First and foremost, thanks Julieta for allowing us to stay at your property. The photos truly don’t do the place and location justice. The views are incredible. The location is perched on a hill whereby its backyard is essentially an incredible hiking journey to several different peaks and vistas. Then, the convenience of having restaurants and grocery stores simply at the bottom of the hill. This is an absolute gem. Book it while you can!

A welcoming place with the little extra amenities that make it feel friendly. The books and games were perfect for our 7 and 8 year olds. We loved walking to the beach every day and being so close to Golden Gate Park, where we visited lakes, casting pools, bison, Blue Boat playground which is nearby and the big Children’s playground closer to the east end of the park. Having the driveway to park the car was handy. We didn’t bother going downtown. The best parts of San Francisco are the neighborhoods.

Great little house with access to freeway, restaurants, shopping, and most importantly the coast! House was well equipped and extremely clean - perfect for a family of four to explore nearby attractions.

Great place. Clean. Quiet once inside. Well equipped kitchen. Responsive host. Ten minute walk to huge supermarket, two minute walk to a small park. The big living room shelving and tall dining table and chairs make the small living room feel smaller. But it served us well. I savored the privacy.

Vivien is one of the best hosts I have met on Airbnb. She was proactive and communicative and went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. Loved all the unique decor at her place. The porch view omg is my dream retirement place! Just need to be careful driving in the neighborhood since it’s so hilly.

Really great place to explore San Francisco and Marin Country. Great weekend activity: Walk to Sports Basement, rent bikes to cycle across the Golden Gate Bridge, have lunch in Sausalito and take the ferry back to the Ferry Building in SF.

Christian and Christine's home was pristine, beautiful, clutter-free, and so perfectly functional. In addition to having all the practical amenities listed (great A/C, beautiful kitchen, refreshing pool) there were some details that really came in handy while traveling and working there with a couple of young kids, such as: neatly organized toys and books, some unbreakable plates/cutlery for kids, a removable pool gate they setup for our stay, and the separate sauna / work space that allowed me to work uninterrupted with the kids at the house. They were so responsive and helpful, going so far as to anticipate our questions with a check-in document. I felt I could reach out with any questions or concerns and they would get back to me within less than a day, but nothing came up during our stay with any urgency. Their house is meticulously maintained without being delicate -- definitely a wonderful place to stay that I'd highly recommend to anyone and to which we'd love to return.

The house is as advertised - super well located, extremely clean and well organized, and genuinely a very comfortable place to stay. I'd recommend it highly to anyone visiting Mill Valley!

Jun’s place was just what we needed for our stay! Everything was good. The only thing i can say is that i wish there had been more extra blankets and sheets. Besides that, it was clean and well equipped.

The house is absolutely amazing. It’s a short drive to restaurants and shops. The walk to the beach is only a couple of minutes. The ambiance of the house is warm and cozy. So many amenities were available including the indoor fireplace, the outdoor grill and fire pit, as well as bikes for the family. The outdoor space is perfect for dining. Even though it was a bit cold, the outdoor heater made it warm enough to stay outside at night. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming. Absolutely loved the house and we really hope to come again.

My family and I absolutely loved staying here. It's in a gorgeous location with a view of the ocean from the deck. You can hear the waves in the distance. There's a hot tub that's in a beautiful spot beside a running creek with a waterfall. The house is clean, spacious, and very quiet. There's a wonderful little trail from the house that connects to the Mt Davis Trail, which is one of my favorite trails on Mt Tam, and is a beautiful little walk to town. Annie was wonderful - friendly, kind, helpful, and flexible. Would definitely stay again.

This is the 3rd Stinson house we have rented and the best! The location: on the beach, closest to town possible, easy parking, beautiful views from inside or out, perfect interior layout. We rent 3 to 4 house each year for our family of 7, ( I figure cheaper and more flexible than owning a vacation home) Tahoe for Christmas, Santa Cruz before Thanksgiving, Lake Arrowhead this summer and Hawaii for Thanksgiving 2025. Unlike a lot of places we stay, Jeff's place had good stuff! Beach chairs/toys, fry pans and utensils and good kitchen lighting! The place feels well cared for and supported! We hope to be back soon!

A Dream House! The house was beautifully designed and impeccably organized. Every detail was carefully chosen, with soothing colors that made us feel relaxed and at home. Ruth’s exceptional attention to detail ensured we had everything we needed. We loved exploring the Fitzgerald Marine Reserve trails, thanks to her great recommendation. We will definitely come back—thank you so much Ruth!

Immaculate, very recently renovated home with beautiful views and so much to do - wonderful for families. Kids and adults alike enjoyed many rounds of ping pong, games - all sorts, warming up in the hot tub, dinner looking out at the ocean, and walking to the park around the corner. Three-minute drive to Fitzgerald Marine Reserve (or walkable, if you don’t mind crossing Cabrillo Hwy). The home was incredibly well appointed, and everyone had their own en suite bathroom! Loved our stay and would look forward to returning.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful coastal retreat! Our party of four (my wife, toddler, infant and myself) couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. The location was stunning and we got lucky with gorgeous January weather that made exploring the area even more enjoyable. The home itself was perfect for our family. The sunroom and back deck were real highlights, providing a relaxing space to unwind and soak in the coastal vibes. The fire pit and barbecue were great additions that we made good use of. Amy made us feel welcome — she was accommodating and communicative. The toys available for our kids were a lifesaver, keeping them busy and happy. Overall, the property was comfortable, inviting, and an absolute treat for our family. We would happily return for another stay!
