What a delightful stay! Leda is a fantastic host, and her home is absolutely a great find. So quiet and safe. The house backs up onto a salt water lagoon—it’s a nature lover’s paradise. The beds are the best, excellent sleep is in your future here. The location is conveniently located to jump on the light rail to the ferry building and then San Francisco, or go to the Marin coast, or Sonoma. One should not let this opportunity pass by.

Danna is a lovely host! She made delicious breakfast and also hosted house dinners, where she made a simple but delicious 3-course meal! The room is beautiful and has a stunning view. I also love the neighborhood. I had a great time and hope to be back soon!

Giuliana and Sandor have been wonderful hosts! They made me feel very welcome and immediately at home. I enjoyed our conversations and they provided great tips for exploring their beautiful neighborhood. Major San Francisco sites and the fantastic Presidio are in close walking distance, so their home is a perfect starting point to explore vibrant San Francisco, without ever feeling touristic. Oh, and you will be having a hard time finding better croissants as the one Giuliana and Sandor make in their oven. I will definitely come back!

Dan and Traci's place was like a little gem on the south side of Berkeley with its perfect location, immaculately clean room, and a whole array of amenities including free breakfast. As for the location, I could walk to either College or Telegraph easily, and could also walk to Cal campus. About the room itself, I loved how it had many outlets to recharge devices. The breakfast was just wonderful given the very reasonable price I was paying for the room. There are hints everywhere in the room that Dan and Traci went out of their typical "host" ways to make the stay comfortable (including the box full of free toiletry samples and the list of movies to be watched on the tv, etc.). My business trip went well partly thanks to Dan and Traci's room, and big thanks to them.

Had the most relaxing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I walked in, it felt like home. The entire space has such a soothing, spa-like atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The hot tub and spa were absolutely amazing – the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The bed was incredible – it felt like sleeping on a cloud, gently hugging you in all the right places. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to create a peaceful, calming environment. I left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated, and I’ll definitely be booking again for my next relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Doug and Richard made me feel so welcome and at home. They set out a continental breakfast for you, which I looked forward to every morning! They are sososo friendly. The location was amazing, I slept so well, and would definitely recommend anyone staying in SF check out their place. Thanks Doug and Richard!!

Great hospitality and location! Just 2 blocks from Telegraph Ave. Lovely back yard to sit and work. Rooms clean and comfortable. Delicious homemade treats and breakfast items. Will definitely like to return! thank you!

Good Place if you’re looking for something quick in the city, front desk was great & the breakfast was cool. Community kitchen was a very nice touch!

Suzanna and John were wonderful hosts, extremely welcoming and had great attention to detail. They even prepared muffins and freshly baked bread for us each day before we woke up. I would definitely return to stay if the opportunity permits!

I stayed at Lana’s for a month & I felt home as soon as I entered! Lana is extremely helpful & kind & is around to help with anything her guests might require. Can’t afford to miss her suggestions buddy. She was also kind enough to help me with my cooking, picked me from BART station couple times & we did share meals along! House is extremely convenient, just 10 mins from El Cerrito BART or 2 min cab ride. There are stores & cafes around for food & drinks. I’ve come home late night 2-3am & it felt totally safe. Lana has an amazing garden & I spent a lot of my time there. Extremely well maintained & equipped with all amenities anyone might require. If you’re looking for a stay in/around Bay area, think no further! I initially felt reviews are hyped & overrated, but based on my review now, we can conclude all are 100% true & there’s no doubt Lana is a SUPER HOST! Next time I visit Bay area, I know there’s a place I can call home! Thank you, Lana for being an amazing host!!!!!

Beautiful house . Really good vibes . The bed is extremely comfortable and the decoration is great. Very close to the tube station.

Pamela and Richard went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and acquainted with the space. They met us for check in and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed many a wonderful conversation with them throughout our stay over breakfast which they thoughtfully set out each morning. Their house was stunning and walking distance from Piedmont and College Ave which made our stay very fun and easygoing. There were so many personal touches along the way, including homemade jam and honey with the breakfast. We would be honored to be able to stay again sometime.

It was nice staying at Richatd's house. He was a wonderful host that treat you with upmost respect. I would definitely stay again. Thank you, Richard for everything.

Great place. Wonderful modern remodel. Sarah and Pankaj have set up an ideal communal space. I was quite happy with my room, the house, the location… the price was relatively affordable for the area and SF. I had my car and thoroughly enjoyed having ample street parking in a safe peaceful neighborhood. Great city views and access to all you need. Convenient Whole Foods… and a pedestrian bridge over the 101 that puts you into the heart of the Mission District. I would happily return.

Terry showed me the Half Moon Bay. Food was good, rose garden, rooms, local restaurants and a tiny local book store reminds me a lot for the disappearing life in my youthhood. If you visit SF with your family, I would recommend you considering the B&B and stay one night to check out couple local services. It will be gone soon, but it is beautiful.

Darcy's and Nick's is a true b&b in the old-school sense. My wife and I enjoyed a fabulous, home-cooked breakfast every morning. The breakfast selection changed every day. As guest Dave-from-Bozeman wrote, Darcy bakes awesome sourdough bread, and it was freshly out of the oven for us to enjoy when we arrived. So, our stay started out on a high note (which was sustained throughout the stay). The space is clean, artfully decorated, comfortable, roomy, and the area is quiet. The location is great: about 1/2 block from Golden Gate Park. The hot tub on the upper patio was a delightful place to relax after long walks around the city. Darcy is the ultimate host (Nick was out of town, so unfortunately we did not get to meet him): she communicates quickly and clearly, and she is a great conversationalist. By the time we checked out, we had become friends with her. This was a 5-star stay in every aspect, and we look forward to our next stay at Darcy's and Nick's!

Beautiful place and inspiring. Feels really comfortable and homey with the internal decor. I love the scent options in the toilet.
