I would recommend SF visitors/families to stay at Raj's place. The location in Lower Pacific Heights was great. Very nice and safe street with classic Victorian homes all around. Easy and free street parking within 1-2 blocks in all directions. The 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths worked perfectly for my family. The kitchen was full of amenities including a Nespresso coffee machine which we enjoyed each morning. In-unit washer and dryer also enabled us to pack light. The only oddity is that the backyard is used as a day-care facility, presumably operated from the garden apartment. So at times, the common/shared backyard had a bunch of toddlers and day care workers running around having fun. It didn't bother us because we were at home during the daytime so rarely, but just a heads up to anyone who plans to spend a lot of time in the house during the day.

Joan's place is magical — set amidst redwoods within walking distance of the center of Mill Valley, where there are plenty of restaurants, a good bookstore, and delicious coffee. The living/dining area has floor to ceiling windows...more like glass walls, and there's a spacious deck where you can watch the sunrise on a clear day and the stars at night. If you want to stay in a place that feels full of history and stories, there's no better place. This is the second time I've gotten to stay at Joan's for a work retreat, and it has been absolutely perfect both times. And Joan herself is utterly lovely and generous — an added delight to the experience.

We loved this home. The area was great and near everything and the street was nice and quiet for the area. The home was immaculate, the care to maintain this home is obvious! Next time we are in San Francisco, this will be our first choice for lodging.

Spacious sunny two-bedroom home with lively green plants around the house, I simply loved how natural and bright the house is. The flow and space is great; we worked, studied remotely, and enjoyed the steaming service in beds every night for a week. The house is very quiet, with a back yard access from the kitchen. We loved a plenty of coffee shops, hiking trails, parks for basketball, and dog playgrounds in the walking distance. It’s located in the heart of sunny Noe Valley, the premium spot in San Francisco. Hosts Steve and James are super friendly, I was glad to meet and chat with Steve. Special note: the W/D worked quietly and efficiently, big plus for our trip .

We had such a great visit in San Francisco. Vladimir's place is lovely and so spacious. For our party of six we had more than enough room. The kitchen is well stocked to prepare and make meal if needed. It's close to the Muni stop to take into the city as well

Tim was a wonderful host and we felt right at home from the moment we walked through the door. I was travelling with my 6, 8 and 9 year old and we chose the apartment for its location and amenities. I like to cook and Tim had everything I needed to put together our meals. The views are spectacular from his place, the bedrooms super comfortable and the bathroom was idyllic - super toasty and luxurious. We found Tim to be a very kind, friendly and generous host and would love to stay at his place again should we be back in town. Thank you so much for having us Tim!

The cottage is adorable. We loved the potbelly fireplace, so cozy. The kitchen and the master bedroom and bathroom are fresh new and so comfortable. This is a perfect place for a single person or a couple. The 2nd bedroom has a futon bed which is less comfortable, but the room is cute and the desk area useful. My adult son used this room. He loved the coziness of the cottage so much, he said he would stay again.

This was our second time staying at Tara and Reid's listing while travelling for work. Which speaks volumes of how great their listing and location is, on Potrero Hill! The photos are exactly what it looks like; I'm almost reluctant to shout this out for fear that it'll be booked our next time we visit SF again.

Matthew is a great host who has a great place to stay! He was flexible with check-in and I've never had an easier check-out. The space itself is wonderfully stocked and includes all the amenities you need in a stay, which can be rare for Airbnbs nowadays. Would highly recommend for any groups who want the combination of great space and a great location! Thanks for an unforgettable weekend!

Such a cute place! Right in walking distance of beach, food, coffee, and even a little park right near the beach if you bring little ones! I met the owners and they were so sweet and friendly and truly wanted to know if I enjoyed the space. The interior was beautiful and bright! I would highly recommend this spot!

Visiting this amazing home should be on everyone’s bucket list. It’s absolutely beyond fantastic. It’s not often historic homes like this are offered to the public. Please be respectful of everyone in the community and take good care of the home so that the owners can continue to share it with us! We fell in love with it immediately. Thank you, again for such a wonderful experience.

Terri was an amazing host. Originally, we had planned a 4 night stay, but we had to change our plans to 1 night. We explained her the situation and she was very supportive with the change of our plans. Despite of my last moment changes, she was very supportive. Kudos to her for that. Also her place was amazing. The art and decor were great. 😄

I stayed in Dawn’s place for a month. From the moment I arrived, Dawn and I became friends. She is an amazing host and a great person. With her help I was able to have a wonderful time in Mill Valley. Location of the house is perfect for shopping, restaurants and just getting anywhere you need to be. I fell in love with Mill Valley and I’m thinking of possibly moving there permanently. I will be back and stay there again. I highly recommend this place to anybody that’s looking for great experience. Ann

Terry’s place is truly a gem in San Francisco. The space is beautiful—with tall ceilings, comfortable beds and furniture, and lovely touches like a bedroom view of a blooming backyard. The kitchen is well appointed, though we didn’t get a chance to use it since there were so many great restaurants within walking distance. Terry was incredibly responsive—when I asked about a drip coffee maker (just a nice-to-have), he dropped one off that very evening. Thoughtful host, great location, and a comfortable, stylish space. Highly recommend!

Amazing location in Downtown Mill Valley, close to shops, restaurants, and trails. Lovely stay!
