Such a wonderful spot - lovely space, quiet and peaceful outdoor area, and an absolutely perfect location (walkable and easy access to BART). Claudia was incredibly welcoming and made our entire a stay a breeze. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. We'll definitely be coming back when we visit again!!

We had a wonderful stay at Spencer's place. It was very clean and cozy, and had everything we needed for a weekend trip. Easy access to public transport and a parking spot made it very convenient. Spencer is a great host - very communicative and responsive!

Grace was a great host! She answered all our questions and helped whenever needed. It was a pleasure meeting her and we had a great stay at her house. It was just what we needed for our business trip! Having three independent suite rooms worked really nice for our team. We didn't realize one of the bathrooms, was a shared by two rooms until we got there, but we made do just fine. She left some fresh fruit, eggs and cheese in the fridge for us to eat after our very loooong flights, that was much appreciated to wake up and not have to go shopping on the first day.

Wonderfully beautiful and peaceful home hosted by the same. Zo was a gracious host as well . thank you ingrid for sharing your space. was hands down my favorite to date!

I stayed at Molly’s place for around 4 months and I had the best time! You can really tell that Molly puts extra love and care into her home and made me feel very welcomed during my stay. The room itself is very clean, and she was very very nice about sharing the kitchen, cabinet space for my food/cooking items, and living room! She was very flexible and responsive whenever I had any questions about her home/how to get around in the neighborhood. We became really good friends during my stay! She is super fun to talk to, has so many good stories, and has the best food recommendations!! She also makes 10/10 GREAT waffles, so if you’re in luck and wake up to her making waffles, definitely ask for one :) I definitely recommend this place and am super satisfied with my stay here. Thanks Molly!!

Adan’s place is awesome and the local area is real cool. Adan was great too, responsive and easy going. Will stay here again!

This is the second unit I’ve stayed in at the Kasa and they’ve both been lovely. Personally I loved the loft setup, it felt spacious and modern. The area is super convenient for a bunch of different parts of town. The bnb was really clean and the management were very responsive. Great value compared to what else is on offer in San Francisco.
