Great space for a family with older kids. Many amenities within walking distance, and all of SF easily accessible by taxi/rideshare. Quiet street, with no problems with noise at night. I would happily stay here again.

Spacious sunny two-bedroom home with lively green plants around the house, I simply loved how natural and bright the house is. The flow and space is great; we worked, studied remotely, and enjoyed the steaming service in beds every night for a week. The house is very quiet, with a back yard access from the kitchen. We loved a plenty of coffee shops, hiking trails, parks for basketball, and dog playgrounds in the walking distance. It’s located in the heart of sunny Noe Valley, the premium spot in San Francisco. Hosts Steve and James are super friendly, I was glad to meet and chat with Steve. Special note: the W/D worked quietly and efficiently, big plus for our trip .

It always feels good to stay in a place hosted by locals who live onsite! Luong & Andrea were helpful, warm, and responsive in the lead-up to our trip and throughout our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable (although close quarters, as to be expected in a studio!). We ate most meals away, but the kitchen had what we needed for breakfast before setting off on city adventures. Washer/dryer so helpful for family travel! (Shower is snug, especially for a broad or large-bodied person.) We love to walk a lot, and this location is a nice distance from great neighborhood exploration in Noe Valley and the Castro, or up to Twin Peaks for city views. Neighbor’s Corner is a 10 min walk, for good coffee and a pleasant place to read or work on a weekday. Apart from that, it’s 20-30 minutes walking to lots of restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops. BART is also a bit of a walk, but a bus stops right outside that easily connects to muni light rail and BART.

Loved staying at Alex’s home! It was peaceful and very quiet. Alex was also a great host and very flexible with us, including being proactive and attentive to our needs the whole time (before and during)! Definitely recommend for a cozy, inviting, and peaceful stay.

Jason is a nice guy. He always replies to me very quickly. The kids love the playroom in the basement and the nice TV. We will definitely come again the next time we visit San Francisco!

Great place at a great location! We explored mt tam and some beaches easily accessible from there. The place is super kid friendly, with toys and games. We loved the house!

We loved our stay here. It's the entire upper floor of a 2 story home with a wonderful kitchen and so peaceful and quiet even though you're right in central Berkeley. It's full of thoughtful amenities like nice bath products, fully stocked kitchen with anything you might need, laundry room, and comfortable furnishings. The location is close to everything but set back from the street so all you see from the windows are the tree tops. We also really appreciated having a dedicated office to get some work done. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location and hosts. Beautiful setting and close to amenities. It was a perfect spot to spend the holidays for our family of four.

I always book for a nice home with indoor pool every year to celebrate my birthday. Nelson's place is perfect for the occasion. the place is very homey with lots of space for the family. my 3 grand daughters and the adults enjoyed the pool and the jaccuzi. we all enjoyed our stay and i should say that Nelson is an excellent host. very professional, attentive to our areas of concern and quick to respond and act upon. highly recommended👍🏼👍🏼

We loved staying here! Beautiful and comfortable art-filled home (also with amazing books). Jim was responsive and extremely helpful. The neighborhood is amazing, and very walkable (and hilly!). My one small suggestion for light sleepers would be to bring earplugs, as the smaller bedroom faces the street so there is some traffic noise. Not a big deal if you are used to city noise. We’d definitely stay here again. Thank you Jim!

Miriam was the best host I’ve dealt with. The place is beautiful and in a very nice and safe area. Everything was spotless in the house when we got there. It was a very short walk to a really nice cafe. She was also very accommodating of all of our requests. Parking is a breeze. I can’t say enough good things!

The house is stunningly beautiful - wood floors, well-equipped kitchen, and beautiful tile work- in one of the most stunningly beautiful parts of California - a beaches and hiking trails that go on for miles. Definitely one of the nicest Air B and Bs that we have stayed at.

Christina's place was the perfect getaway that made us feel right at home. The space was clean, light, bright, comfortable and just what we needed for our weary NYC souls. The area is absolutely beautiful and a short walk to Agate beach which I fell involve with. Christina was so responsive and her place is extremely private and is exactly as described. It exceeded our expectations. My only wish is that we could have stayed longer. I would 100% say there again and again and again!!!

We had a great time, Hilary was very welcoming of us and our dogs, and everything was accurately described. Hilary was also very accommodating as we needed to have a package delivered during our stay, which she helped us with. Great communication throughout!

I had a great stay. The place is very well equipped. From the bathrooms, to the kitchen, to the bedrooms. There was even an adjustable standing desk and external screen available which was felt like a bonus on discovery. The neighbourhood is quiet and seemed safe. The house sits on quite an incline which can be tricky to manoeuvre large wheeled bags on the road. Mehul and his family were very welcoming and very mindful of my privacy. Occasional noice leakage on both sides, but with good communication it was never an issue. The place is very well designed for pets. The pet door was a huge convenience for me. The garden was also quite beautiful during my stay in Spring. The hammock at the bottom was a delight. I was a little anxious about the artificial grass at the bottom of the garden, but my cat did seem to like it and I got used it. Overall a great stay. Hope to return someday.
