First and foremost, thanks Julieta for allowing us to stay at your property. The photos truly don’t do the place and location justice. The views are incredible. The location is perched on a hill whereby its backyard is essentially an incredible hiking journey to several different peaks and vistas. Then, the convenience of having restaurants and grocery stores simply at the bottom of the hill. This is an absolute gem. Book it while you can!

We had a great long weekend at the house in Discovery Bay. The location was beautiful, the house was spacious and had all utilities that we could have wished for. Thank you very much!

The house was great and accommodated our family well. The bedrooms were large and it was nice to have a third bathroom. With small kids, they had plenty of room to play and the bunk bed room was perfect. Everyone had a great time.

We are a group of friends and family got a chance to rent this home away from home from Jonathan. We had the blast and enjoyed every moment there. Jonathan is very nice and very attentive. On the day we checked in, we arrived 1 hour early, and the cleaners were still there, Jonathan was so nice to sent my friends and his little kids to the local ice cream shop to chill out while waiting for the house to be done. He even ordered ice cream for the kids that made them so happy. He really went extra miles just to make sure we enjoy our trip. Thank you! I would like to recommend his house to everyone. Don’t hesitate to rent this place. It is the most pleasant experience I had from my regularly vacation with airbnb and VRBO every year. Again, thanks Jonathan, we will be back!

Our family visits Discovery Bay almost twice a year, and this is one of the most beautiful and well-maintained homes we have stayed in, especially for young kids. Thank you Jessica for providing your house for us to enjoy a very memorable weekend!

The place was awesome! The backyard and dock were the best in discovery bay. The house was easy to find and had lots of parking. The house was really clean and spacious for our 11 guests. The only thing to be aware of about this place is it takes a bit of time to travel from the main part of the river to the house so if you don’t mind a chill 20 minute boat ride to the main river its perfect.

Suzanne was an amazing host. When we arrived, we found it easy to check in, and she had provided us with instructions on everything that the place had to offer and how to use each thing. The house is on the older side, but even with that, our family had a great time. The homeowner kept in contact with us the entire time we were there and was very responsive to every need we had!

We had a wonderful stay at Jonathan’s lovely home. The house is well kept, the dining area is perfect for two families, bedrooms are spacious and the beds have nice linens and are very comfortable Location is very nice, we took walks to Lake Merced and also could walk to the west lake shopping center, and also parking is available in the driveway, so no looking for street parking Our kids also enjoyed a lot, there were board games , TV in each room, and also throws kept in the living room for a cozy movie evening Thanks for the wonderful stay

Foremost is what an outstanding host Brian is. He was consistently responsive and helpful, and always good-natured. Whenever we needed anything, Brian was very quick to provide it. The apartment was more than adequate for our needs--I especially liked the walk-in closet and the view of the plants on the back deck. The office space was good for getting work done, and the futon couch there could have served as another bed, though the space is open. There is a step up to the bathroom, which has a nice roomy shower, and everything very clean. Also a step up to the kitchen, which can handle one person at a time. Fridge, range, microwave--all clean and of recent vintage. The neighborhood was quiet, even with a handy laundromat and coffee shop just around the corner. We also liked how close we were to Lake Merritt--good walks. We would definitely stay here again, and hope that we'll have the opportunity.

Toni’s place is spotless, cozy, and equipped with a fully functional kitchen. The bathroom has everything you need, including fresh towels and body/hair wash. The bed is comfortable, and the linens are pristine. The home overlooks a beautiful backyard garden filled with seasonal flowers and a lemon tree, all lovingly planted by Toni. Located within walking distance of bus stops, the weekend farmers market, and Golden Gate Park, the area is safe and convenient. I had the pleasure of meeting Toni, a warm, kind and welcoming host who is highly responsive and helpful with local tips. I highly recommend her place to anyone visiting San Francisco!

We loved Amber's place! It has an amazing view of the Corte Madera Creek and Mt Tam East Peak. Watching sunrise and sunset on the outdoor balcony with the fit pit over coffee/drink is a must! Amber was super responsive both before and during the stay. When a few unexpected incidents occurred, Amber responded and addressed the matter promptly, while being out of town. We enjoyed hikes and walks right from the unit and highly recommend it!

I spent a week here when my own apartment was under renovation. It was great! Very cozy, but had everything needed to live my daily life uninterrupted. I got to meet LaurieAnn and she was very kind. I will stay again if I need a place in Oakland. Thanks LaurieAnn!

I would gladly live in this sunny apartment full time. It's quiet and roomy, with views of trees, but only a block from superb restaurants like Burma Superstar, and only a few blocks from Southshore Center and Alameda Beach. Its fixtures are somewhat outdated, but that's East Bay real estate for you.

Exceeded expectations, would stay there again, the tub was a huge treat. Thanks Mary :)

This was a great alternative to my conference hotel! Super convenient to BART and amenities. The place was comfy, plenty of linens, easy to access. I'll be looking to book again if ever back for work for sure.
