This was the perfect getaway and Shelley and Niles's place had everything I needed! I especially loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the birdsong and beautiful countryside. The dogs were friendly and accompanied me on my daily walks around the property. My favorite parts: the quiet and beautiful sunsets and the beauty of the area--fabulous for getting work done as well as relaxing and reading!

We had a great stay. The neighborhood is quiet which made relaxing outside by the pool quite peaceful. The kitchen is great and well stocked, and there was more than enough room for our family. Would recommend for sure.

Claire's guest suite suited my needs perfectly for an overnight stay on a long distance route. The chickens, rooster, and goats were a delight, and the yard is beautiful and well-maintained. Claire was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The space is clean and nicely appointed.

Ginger's Luna Loft was perfect for our visit to Modesto to spend time with family. It was nice to be able to cook some of our own meals in the loft. The loft had all the dishes and cooking tools we needed to make cooking easy. The basic spices in the loft, the Keurig machine and the snacks and breakfast items provided for us were a nice plus too. The instructions for getting into the loft and for check-out were simple and clear. We loved the neighborhood and were able to walk to a local market for supplies just a few blocks away. The bed was comfortable and the surroundings were peaceful and inviting. We will definitely be staying at the Loft when we are back in the area for another family visit!

nice place plenty of space. only thing that would make it better is if there was more than one television. other than that it was great.

This was my second stay in this property. I chose to come back because it was so great the first time. The hosts are very responsive and the property is perfect for my purposes of visiting family nearby. Highly recommend.
