The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

This home was perfect for our group! Every year we book a place large enough for 5-13 people and spend a week together to ring in the new year. This was easily one of the best places we've stayed in! Lots of kitchen supplies, fun activities, clean towels and blankets, amazing instructions and manual made everything super easy, and Jules was incredibly responsive!! Couldn't ask for a better host or a better house!

Denise is a wonderful host! Accommodations were very clean, cozy and comfortable. The little kitchen was perfect for my needs and I also enjoyed all of the fun snacks and treats which Denise provided for me upon my arrival! Very safe neighborhood. Thank you!

My partner and I booked Dottie's listing for a last minute get away, and it was exactly what we were looking for. The room is quaint and comfortable, and it's a 20 second walk down the stairs to the beach (which you can hear all night long - better than any white noise machine). Dottie is absolutely lovely, very friendly and was great about answering any questions extremely quickly. We are definitely looking forward to visiting again!

This lakeside home is even more stunning in person. The views, boat, hot tub, and games were the highlights of our stay! It is very clean and has lots of space! The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. We plan to come back again!

Great spot to get away for a few days, fishing wasnt the best but managed 2 striper (not keepers) considering the water conditions. Host was nice and helpful. Super clean rv. Fire pit didnt really work but it was windy, we managed without it. All in all I would recommend, and would come back. Thanks ko-ket!

What a great stay for our adults family to hang out! This is a great location, but out in nature. This house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had some people with walkers, so the ramp entrance was awesome. There is a small step into a few showers for those in wheelchairs. Overall though, the 1st floor is very handicapped accessible. Also, you can get to the deck from the front door ramp/porch, so everybody can enjoy the amazing view from the deck. There is a nice grill, and the kitchen is well stocked. The house does not have central heat, but there are plenty of space heaters around the house to keep it cozy. The host communicated well when we had a question. Oakhurst is about 15 minutes away, so you are not too far from groceries and restaurants. I would recommend Yosemite Pies if you head that way. Also, Raymond has a general store/restaurant really good food (burgers and such). Raymond has a museum that is only open on Sunday but looked cute.

This spot was such a great spot for those who enjoy a nice quiet place to enjoy nature and eachother. The home is nostalgic in feel and although it seems like you are enjoying someone’s home in another era the home is clean! Keep in mind this isn’t modern but it is perfect for families. The hosts are really great at communicating and making sure we were settled and happy. My brother was so happy to have a place on the property to go fishing, they actually caught some!

Dania’s home was lovely! It was a wonderful place for a relaxing weekend away. It’s about a 15-20 minute drive into town from the home. The drive to and from town goes fast and is well worth the isolation and peace you get at the home. If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring an eye mask as the wonderful windows let in lots of wonderful natural light!

Great spot to stay. Very close to the beach. A lot of restaurants around. The condo was very clean and David was always very quick to respond when I asked him anything. 10/10 I would definitely stay here again

A gem of a listing! This wonderful home made for the perfect long weekend getaway for our two families. It felt safe, VERY spacious and well equipped with all that one would need for the most idyllic lake-side adventure. There was something for everyone! The host was very accommodating and very responsive. Appreciated how organized the kitchen was. It made it very easy to find all that we needed when prepping meals in the kitchen. Highly recommend treating yourselves to a cone at the Grove Mercantile in Groveland. The ice cream is out of this world! You’re welcome:)

Greg’s place was beautiful and peaceful. Greg’s instructions on how to locate the condo were perfectly described, and he was responsive and helpful when I had any questions. Would definitely book here again.

My family and I had such a great time at Anthony and Traci’s place! It was perfect for my wife and two kids. We had plenty of space and was even provided some extra amenities like beach chairs and boogie boards for the beach which was a short, but nice walk away. Anthony kept me informed the whole time, and I really didn’t need to ask any questions as he had provided me with more than enough. Looking forward to staying again! Highly recommend.

Very comfortable beds, well furnished and equipped, outstanding ocean view from both bedrooms (not ocean front but at an angle; sand beach right under the place but a 200 yard walk to the actual water). Owner let us checkin a few hours early, which was great after a long flight. Would definitely return!

Would family had an amazing time at Sean condo! It had amazing views, the house was extremely nice, and very clean. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Aptos!!

Jane was prompt and responsive to every communication. When we got there, we bought groceries for our stay. After one night in the refrigerator, some stuff was frozen. I noticed the fridge had been at the lowest temperature setting. The previous renter had probably wanted to get drinks/beer cold quickly and forgot to turn the temperature to a typical setting. Jane and her husband were responsive and even compensated us for our loss; I wasn't looking for that because it wasn't their fault. Nonetheless, we were thankful for the compensation.

Like house is a great place to stay

We stay in the Santa Cruz area quite a bit as my kids go to camp nearby. I really enjoyed the Seascape Resort. Bailey's listing was perfect! It is MUCH quieter than Capitola and Santa Cruz, which is more my jam. The resort is landscaped beautifully and we enjoyed exploring! The beach is just a short walk. Side note: check out the grocery store in the village across the street. They make fantastic sandwiches which are perfect for a beach picnic!

I lived in Knights Ferry many years ago and the place never disappoints. I bring family and friends every year to visit relatives and old friends. Great place. Great people. Great views. The Washington Hotel is quite a place. I remember when it was built. Great addition to Knights Ferry. The property is well kept and the rooms were great...thanks so much for sharing your place and we will be back....

This was our third stay at Monterey Dunes and our first during winter. The home was very cozy and perfect for our family on four adults and two grandkids. Kitchen was well supplied and updated quality appliances. Beds were comfortable with great mattresses. Beach was just steps away although we we there during tide warnings so stayed close to the dunes. Great spot for relaxation, a very private beach, and home cooking. Not the best spot if you’re looking for fancy restaurants.

LOVE, love, loved this home and location! The river was gorgeous, and the home was comfortable and stocked to the teeth with everything one could need. I have a personal connection to Knight's Ferry and being on the Stanislaus was really special. Cannot wait for warmer weather so we can get in that river! If Carol will have us, we will be back! My family spent four nights here and we had a lovely time! The proximity to the beach and privacy of the property were what I was after. It was peaceful and quiet, a nice retreat after days spent at Henry Cowell and down the coast in Monterey and Carmel. We spent one morning on a guided kayak tour of nearby Elkhorn Slough to see otters and seals up close. Kids enjoyed the pickleball courts. Bala was communicative and helpful. The house had every amenity we needed - down to beach towels and sports equipment. Everything was clean and comfortable. Fantastic!
