This property features a range of superb amenities. An 8-minute walk to Rio Del Mar beach, a cozy setup, laundry facilities on site, and all the little things you'd expect. Our arrival was met by a mix-up with the dates, resulting in the place not being ready. However, Myra and David went above and beyond to resolve the issue, leaving us extremely satisfied. Myra was an exemplary hostess, always responding promptly. In light of the numerous glowing reviews, I'm convinced our experience was an anomoly. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat, this is definitely worth considering.

A beautifully appointed home in downtown Capitola. Walkable to the beach, bars, and shops. The house was fully stocked with amenities. The terrace was lovely for morning coffee, and sun bathing. 10/10

This air bnb had such an incredible view. Such a comfortable bed, and I haven’t felt like I wanted to sleep in for so long in a while! Coffee and tea ready to go and an amazing way to start my day. The host was so sweet, took time to talk with me and make me feel safe. Also a super cute and friendly dog :) I would live there if I could! Highly recommend - worth every dime

I loved this adventure so much , I’ll be coming back for years to come now!! Locations is perfect, apt was super clean, very quiet community , and the humans that gifted us this space were very kind and truly so easy to communicate with. I am giving big hugs to them now. Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Exactly as advertised. Clean, modern, easy. In quaint downtown area of Capitola about a block to the beach. Small market, great restaurants, coffee - all within short walking distances. Keyless entry, modern mini splits for climate control - great bathroom/showers, kitchen, living space, and bedrooms. I need to ask about the mattress brand because it was PERFECT. Great choice and location - likely to stay again if in the area. San Fran / wine country / airport / big sur - all within a two-hour radius at most.

The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials like cinnamon, salt, and coffee — small details that made a big difference. It’s rare to find a place that feels this seamless and inviting. We left feeling relaxed, recharged, and already looking forward to returning.

The place was very cute and clean, was stocked with all the items you would need, and was in a quiet area that was walkable to multiple beaches. On my morning walk on Sunday I came across an amazing farmers market where I bought delicious pastries and coffee. I loved this place!! The host was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back to stay again.

the beach cottage is an amazing place to stay! very close to a great beach. even closer to great restaurants and bars. Would 100% stay here again. location is amazing. short walk to the boardwalk too!

Sarah’s house is beautiful and exactly like the pictures! Super communicative with our every need. Tons of space and amenities! Loved the outdoor patio and the peek a boo ocean views! Sarah is an amazing host. Would absolutely stay here again! Love the fact that we were able to bring our dog! Thank you again for the amazing stay and making my family feel so welcomed!

We loved our time in Aptos! The house was well stocked and had all we needed (and more!) for our family of six. The beach was a short walk and the ice cream and burgers within walking distance were super yummy! We enjoyed time in Santa Cruz and Monterey during our visit and the house was a great location for driving to both and enjoying some time in Aptos as well. We utilized the kitchen and grill and enjoyed having some family meals at the house. There was a lot we didn’t utilize at the house but I could see how this would be a perfect house for a young family who intends to spend a lot of time at the beach with kids or even just hang at the house. Thank you to Jackie and Anna for providing such a great place for our family to enjoy.

We loved our stay here as a family of 5 with young kids! It had everything we needed and the location felt safe, secluded, and close to things to do. The hosts were proactive and kind, and had a helpful binder with local recommendations and maps for our use. It was exactly what we expected it to be from the listing, and we would definitely stay here again!

The Wave House was a very welcoming and cozy place, making it a wonderful first Airbnb experience. It makes one feel right at home, creating the perfect relaxing atmosphere for a beautiful getaway. It's proximity to both the Santa Cruz beach and Downtown make it the perfect location for exploring various sides of the city. The host also provided clear and easy to follow instructions throughout the stay, even having a folder with recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area which were very helpful. I would definitely consider staying here on my next trip to Santa Cruz.

We had a great time! The space was cozy and intimate. It was a 6 min walk away from the beach, and even though it was a little cold right now, it was so gorgeous, especially at sunset. The kitchen was super clean and packed with everything needed to make a home cooked meal. The bathroom was clean with a huge tub! Safeway is only a 5 min drive away, super convenient. The hot tub was the highlight, warm and super fun. The backyard was fun packed with a trampoline and hammock as well, with beautiful plants too. The space could very comfortably fit 4-5 people! Appliances were easy to use and almost everything we needed was at our disposal. Liz also helped us extend our trip so we could make the most of it. We didn’t want to leave! Would a 1000% come again! We would love to spend a weekend during the summer here. Thanks again Liz!

Our 5 day stay was great. Felt right at home. Great location w an amazing view. Place was nice and clean. We found beach gear as well that’s provided by the host. We were greated with complimentary snacks and bottled bubbly water. Kitchen had everything needed to cook if need be. We will definitely be coming back once the opportunity comes around.

This place is stunning! Hosts reached out to let me know they were available if I needed anything. It was clean, Cozy , Everything was labeled to make it easy to find things. Spacious! Had great recommendations readily available. It was well worth what I paid! It’s not often I feel at home in airbnbs but this place offered that environment! Location is walking distance to the beach. Shop, restaurants, and it’s quiet in the evenings! Highly highly recommend!

This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

Arlene’s place was the perfect location after being in the city for a week. The neighborhood was quiet and not crowded. It was close to the airport. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. A short walk to see the ocean.

Loved this place! Right by Capitola wharf so it was super easy to walk downtown for dinner and shopping. The apartment was bigger than I expected, super clean, and had everything we needed. Jennifer was very helpful and got back to us right away when we had questions. Definitely staying here again next time we visit!

The views and location is better in person. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away for awhile the location was beautiful. The host was very accommodating and left perfect instructions checking in was a breeze I really enjoyed this place.

This is our third stay at Kimberly's airBnB! As usual, it was lovely and exactly as described. We always try to book her airBnb if we can - it is that good! Well worth it!
