It was a incredible weekend, the place was so nice and peaceful and everything was in order, Definitely I will go one more time

We loved this place and would return again! One of our favorite things about it was the 2 large windows which provided an “amazing” view of the ocean where we could watch the rolling waves and catch a sunset. A large side window also gives a view of the ocean and a beautiful cypress tree with Morro Rock in the background. There’s a public stairway to the dog friendly beach just steps away. The lovely downtown just minutes away by car had several nice restaurants, coffee and pastry shops, specialty stores and a beautiful pier. Morro Bay is 4 miles south and Cambria is 18 miles north, which makes Cayucos the perfect location.

We had 6 sleep comfortably using the air mattress. We did host dinner for 13 comfortably. Shower pressure was good. Hot water was always present. Had good laundry and dryer machines. Clean place. Convenient location. Can walk downtown in 10 minutes and to the beach in 5 minutes. Check in was easy. I think there was a hiccup because we didn’t receive the door code prior to check in. However, I was able to text Newell, and he called me back with the code. Newell was quick to help us with other minor things to help make our stay enjoyable. One thing to add on is easier access to netflix and amazon prime. The Smart TV only works with Samsung phones. We had to do a hack to connect a laptop to the TV and then use the internet wifi to access Netflix and Amazon Prime. However, this was a minor issue. We loved using the fireplace! We left items behind accidentally, but Newell allowed us to get them. Overall we had a 5 star stay, and we had a memorable and warm time.

Beautiful single family 3br house right by the beach. Very dog friendly yard (fences and gates). Lovely little town with shops and restaurants. Easy check in and check out - highly recommend.

My wife and I planned a visit to Sequoia, but when we got there smoke from a wildfire made it untenable. I contacted Heike, at the last minute, because we figured we'd head to the central coast. She responded immediately. And, lucky for us, the place was available. It's right next to a tiny airport (but you hardly hear any sounds and it's fun to watch a few small planes, e.g. Cessnas, take off or land. It's across from a park. There's a diner that's walking distance away. Pismo Beach, perhaps two miles away, has everything you'd want from fine dining to markets. I've never been to Oceano before. Now, I'm sure we'll go back. It's quieter than places like Morro Bay and SLO. The unit itself is a bit cramped, but not in a bad way. There's three bedrooms and two baths, and it's a two-story unit. I recommend Heike's place whole heartedly. She's super responsive. When one of the TV remotes didn't work, she had batteries delivered because she was out of town! Signed, Alan K

Rental company was very communicative, house was very clean and well stocked. Very pleasant stay and loved Morro Bay! Visit the state park: golf, canoeing, hiking etc.

This home met our every need. We enjoyed a relaxing, comfortable stay, it was like home away from home. It was the perfect size for two. Centrally located to restaurants, shopping, hiking, and wine tasting, as well as local sites. I eat an entirely plant based diet so I especially appreciated the fully functioning kitchen with proper pots, pans and knives.

Great location and nicely maintained older resort! Exactly as described and can’t beat the view or location.

It was great place to stay, clean, comfortable bed, and very relaxing. My family had a wonderful time and highly recommend anyone planning to visit Avila beach!

We had a great time staying at the RV! It was clean, fit 2 people and a small dog easily. It was easy to get in and out and explore the Pismo Beach area.

Loved Michelle's place. Too bad it was only for one night, on our way from San Diego to Yosemite! The condo is beautiful and top quality. The pool is heated and hot tub was nice. The restaurant was good and very convenient. The grounds and trail down to the tide pools and beach were beautiful.

This place did not disappoint. The walk down to the dunes was our favorite part. The location was very central to all of the cities on the coast (Pismo, SLO, Grover) There are so many places to eat it is hard to choose. The place was really cozy and clean and I loved the ease of parking and entry. We will definitely be back and have this as a fave vacation location. Amber is really communicative, sending multiple messages to give advice and suggestions. We had zero issues and no need to check in with Amber, but knew they were available.

Incredible location! Wonderful accommodation! Helpful host! Best place we've ever stayed. We felt at home the second we walked in and throughout our stay. The cottage is outfitted with everything you need to cook, relax, realign with nature, and peacefully sleep.

We came to California 49 years ago and have been coming to Cayucos many times. We were lucky enough to secure this rental home on the beach again. The November weather was spectacular, the moon was full, our daughter drove over from Las Vegas and as retirees we had a wonderful relaxing fun 7 day visit. We will visit again.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Living Well Gallery & Spa! Our host Barbara is such an amazing cook and incredibly generous and accommodating. We felt absolutely spoiled for our entire visit! Every meal she fed us was superb and catered to our specific dietary needs. Her spa treatments were lovely and her gardens were exquisite! And the location was unbeatable! Tucked away behind tinted glass so that we could see out to the entirety of Atascadero Lake but joggers and folks walking their dogs could not see in. Just a five minute walk from the park and the Atascadero Zoo! Highly recommended to anyone and everyone who needs to get away and enjoy some pampering!

Beautiful bungalow with the absolute comfiest bed! Walkable to all the shops, wineries & beach! 10 out of 10 recommend!

The house was exactly as pictured and described. So often the house/backyard/common areas are a lot smaller than pictured. The sheets/towels/furniture were very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating in asking questions. The backyard is huge and had a grill and a fire pit that me and my guests thoroughly enjoyed. There was exceptional amount of parking at the house. Minutes walk to the beach.

The location to restaurants, towns and beaches for the price is unbeatable! The home was easy to locate, very cute exterior with great amenities for the kids. The inside was neatly decorated with a beachy vibe. The drive to the beach was short, we found a delicious restaurant, Ada’s fish house on the way that hit the spot for my whole family. Our server was great and gave us a tip to a local beach spot. Incredible. Wish we stayed longer to explore more. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was perfect and the access to laundry services helps so much when traveling with a pack like mine. We’d definitely stay again.
