Easy place to stay! Near a beach and with sand toys for our kiddo which was greatly appreciated. Pass to drive your car on the beach (which we were too scared to try) which is cool. Amber was very responsive

Absolutely perfect for our weekend. The rooftop grill is a great thing to have, we cooked tri-tip and ate on the roof, it was wonderful. It really is within easy walking of the main draw of Pismo, great coffee shop just a 3 min walk away! The garage fits 2 cars easily even an SUV and a midsize truck could fit in their. With multiple balconies and the rooftop it's a wonderful place to get away and relax for a weekend. We would definitely stay again when visiting Pismo in the future!

Buck and Jo Ann’s place was terrific! It was the perfect place for our family. It was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed. The location and views are awesome and having the parking spot in the garage was a huge bonus! We looked at a number of properties to rent based on location, appearance, and value- we could not have made a better choice by renting this unit. Our 10 month old granddaughter absolutely loved the open space in the living room. We plan to return again. Thank you Buck and Jo Ann!

Fantastic location - seconds away from the beach and pier.

Our family of four had a great stay at Amber's Airbnb. The rooms were spacious, and the place was very clean and cozy. The location is just off the beach and dunes, which made for really convenient fun and exploration. Lots of casual eateries nearby as well. Check-in and check-out were super straightforward and Amber was very responsive. Highly recommend the place if you're planning a stop in Pismo!

Very nice condo in Avila Beach. Super quiet area but still near everything. If you are looking for a place to relax, this is it. Just as pictured.

We stayed here for a week to escape the Minnesota winter. It was perfect! We did day trips to Cayucos, Cambria, Morro Bay. Loved the Elephant Seal Vista Point near San Simeon - it’s amazing! The little town of Avila Beach had everything we needed. Hula Hut was our favorite for breakfast in the morning and ice cream in the afternoon. We also enjoyed live entertainment at Alapay Cellars Tasting Room on Thursdays and Sundays. The French Onion Soup at Blue Moon is the best we’ve ever had. We’d love to come back!

Beautiful get away for couples. Great places to eat within walking distance. A great experience and a great location to spend it with your significant other.

Great location! Direct access to the beach and we did a bonfire with the pits provided. I wish we were there longer.

This rental was the best we have stayed in while visiting Morro Bay. The location is amazing, within walking distance of restaurants, beaches, shops, museums, kayak rentals and more. We had all of the amenities needed and especially enjoyed the comfy king sized bed, beautiful views of Morro Bay and the rock from the front patio, living room and bedroom, the large walk-in shower, and fireplace. We experienced proactive communication from Beach-N-Bay, and I liked how they immediately invited feedback regarding any maintenance needed. I highly recommend the La Roche rentals for your next Morro Bay vacation!

The condo was exactly what we needed for a long weekend with our 10 year old son and our poodle. We went to dinner the first night, cooked breakfast in the mornings, packed picnics for our beach trips, and bought local fish to make dinner the last 2 nights we were there. Beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset from the condo. Just walk right down to the beach and local shops. Very relaxing environment. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay here! The unit is toward the back of the property which offers quiet and privacy. We would recommend the space to any other single travelers or couples visiting the area!

Great location — not far from downtown SLO and quick drive to beaches and other state parks. Also great park across the street with hiking trails, which dogs and kids will love.

Relaxing home in a beautiful location. Walkable to shops and eateries and steps to the sand.

This property is safe, impeccable and included all the comforts of home while at the shore. Couldn’t help being drawn to the beach and pier since the views reminded you of how close they were. Plenty of dining options and close proximity to vineyards and Morro Bay. Definitely recommend to anyone vacationing here or visiting Cal Poly.

What a great place to stay in Pismo! Great amenities and cozy with beautiful views of the ocean! Was a great location and close to restaurants and shopping as well as the beach. Will definitely be back!

This is a marvelous place to stay right on Pismo Beach by the pier. The location could not be better. The condo itself is wonderful, especially with upper and lower patios looking right at the beach and the ocean. The home itself is clean an comfortable. We would definitely return. Our hosts were quite responsive. Good stay!

Excellent experience! I definitely recommend this place!

Nice condo near a lot of restaurants and shops. There is a walkway right to the sand to walk out to the beach. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. Would absolutely stay here again, enjoyed it! There was also a pool and gym available, but we did not use those during our stay. Looked very nice as well. Just remember to take a key to get OUT of the gated community. If you don’t have a key, you’re pretty much looked in. Oh, and I can’t forget, it’s really close to the cinnamon roll place, so fresh coffee and cinnamon rolls whenever you want! Yum!

It was great place to stay, clean, comfortable bed, and very relaxing. My family had a wonderful time and highly recommend anyone planning to visit Avila beach!
