It was an excellent, clean, cosy and very neat room. The room offer all the amenities and the bed was very soft, perfect choice for a good sleep! The excellent hosts made us feel like home and they have put a lot of effort and care to this place. there is a small fountain outside, a nice garden with armchairs, deckchairs and a small bar to relax. A combination of snall loghts makes it even prettier. The hosts offered breakfast in the morning and they were quite friendly, communicative and friendly. A great experience! I highly recommend it!

Mimi's home is lovely, and having two rooms plus a private bathroom was great! Breakfast was above and beyond. Great view from the little deck. We will definitely be back!

Great location, easy walking to the village home was clean. Jan was very quick to communicate.

Had a very wonderful time in her place. Also, had a lovely conversation with Raeanna with great coffee she offered. would love to come and stay again in the future. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in the “Hickory Room” which had a bonus balcony! The entire place was lovely, welcoming and very quiet and peaceful .. and the breakfasts delicious! We also enjoyed being able to walk to local stores and restaurants - great location.

This is my second time staying and I’m just as pleased as ever. This place feels like home to me, I will keep coming back. Such a peaceful and refreshing environment, kind hosts, sweet home.

The Black Barn is a lovely bed and breakfast in the center of East Cambria -- and the breakfast is really good -- Thank you Tiffany! We stayed in the Maple Room on the ground floor, which was nice as we could smell the coffee in the morning and everyone was respectful of the nighttime noise level. On our last day we let Tiffany know that the mattress had some issues and she was receptive and said she would attend to it, so I'm sure the problem will be or has already been solved.

A hidden gem at an amazing location. Small American town with an authentic vibe, close to the ocean and some nice trails. Very clean room, very pleasant, cozy and stylish. Breakfast could have a better selection, but it’s not a big deal as there are lots of nice cafes around. Enjoyed our stay very much!

It was the perfect place to get away and disconnect from the city! We enjoyed the breakfast so much and the kitchen staff, Stacey was a delightful and friendly! We hope to come back later this year🥰
