The cottage is perfect if you want to be walking distance to the preserve and the hiking trails. The home is very nicely decorated and functional for cooking and everything else. We return often because it's always pleasant, super clean and has a great location with a great porch.

My second stay with Dian and Jay. They are great hosts and have a beautiful property.

We had a great time here. Very comfy bed, very nice interior decoration, very cosy. We loved the cold dips in the pool and running to the hot tub. It felt like we were alone with the wildlife: deers, squirrels, a skunk and many many birds. The short flat trail on the property is nice. Highly recommended

4 of us stayed at Angie's place for a long weekend and had a lovely time! She is super welcoming and responsive, the place is quirky and unique, had everything we needed and is quite comfortable. It's in an excellent location and her decks are gorgeous. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone!

I believe the reflection between me and my gf was... "I think we set the standard too high with this being the first place we stay on our trip!" don't hesitate, just book it. what. a. idyllic. dreamscape.

We had a great time staying at Heidi’s place. She was very quick and thorough with her responses to my questions and made it very easy for check in when we arrived. Her and her husband are very nice and did a great job showing us around the house to make sure we were completely comfortable before they left. The house and the property are beautiful and has everything you need for an amazing weekend in the mountains. Jacuzzi was perfect for a night under the stars and the bbq worked well for dinners. The beds were comfy and each room has an AC unit to adjust as needed. Will definitely be coming back to stay again

We enjoyed our two night stay at Julia’s place. The location was great, a 10 minute walk downtown and an 8 minute drive to Cal Poly SLO. Coffee shops as close as 2 blocks away! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the home itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. Wished the weather would have allowed us to take advantage of their outdoor space as it is very inviting! We most certainly look forward to returning to San Luis Obispo and staying at Julias in the future!

Jesse’s place was a relaxing delight. A short walk to the ocean and the sand dunes of Oceano and Pismo, this is a lovely spot to also sit on the deck and enjoy the sounds of the coastal wetland - birds in the morning and starry skies and frogs at night. Jesse was beyond accommodating. Her house is set up to make for an easy stay. Seems silly, but I extra appreciated the covers on the outdoor furniture, which meant that some rain here and there didn’t soak everything and make the deck unusable for the whole stay. Thought we would miss out on the ocean view but the wetland sunsets on the deck, and easy walks to the beach made the spot perfect.

Location walking distance to the beach, right across Hwy 1, was great, and short drive into Morro. Sylvia was quick with communication. Her house had everything we needed. Had some run ins with ants in the kitchen but nothing major. Just couldn’t leave food out on the counters overnight.

This place is perfect for a long term stay. 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms, both with showers, large kitchen fully stocked. We’ve stayed before and it’s one of our favorites. We really enjoy the rooftop deck.

We loved it here at Aaron's cottage. The place was furnished with love and we had everything we needed for our stay. The deck was perfect for our two pups and Aaron was just so hospitable. He made sure we had everything we needed and then some. The location itself is ideal! Lemons galore and a quick walk to the Arroyo Grande Village for a glass of wine, outdoor dining and the best bakery (Mule) to grab your coffee and croissants. The kitchen was also set up beautifully and we were able to make some healthy meals to offset the decadent ones. I would highly recommend that you stay here and I'll be back if we come back to this area!

This is I believe our 4th time staying at the rental and it was wonderful as usual. We enjoyed the spacious layout and private location. Janet left us extra towels for the dog due to the rain and some tennis balls for him to play with. Janet was responsive as always and even allowed us to check out a little bit later so I could complete a work phone call using the wifi. We'll of course be returning soon and always look forward to these trips.

We had a wonderful time at Shelly's place. We loved the location and our puppy loved the yard and walks through the vineyards.

Absolutely loved this home-it was super clean, comfortable, well- stocked and cozy- really a wonderful blend of old and new. Several things we greatly appreciated include the fire pit, the big fenced yard and dog toys available for our black lab, the super firm mattress in the guest bedroom, and the abundance of yummy local dark roast coffee. I am thankful for Angelique’s prompt responsiveness and her generosity in allowing us to check in a couple hours early with no extra charge, and also not having an extra pet fee. I hope to be back,

Cute little cabin in a hilly neighborhood off the PCH and Cambria is a small town with a lot of cute local shops. The place was really quiet and we slept really well since it was so dark. Sherry provided water and a bottle of wine for our stay for Valentine’s weekend and was very helpful on tips and what to look out for (mud, animals, rain).

We enjoyed a quiet cozy stay. The Tiny Cafe has with delicious food topped off by ice cream adjacent. They are open on the weekends. The mornings were chilly but the heater and fire place worked perfectly. The solitude at night is a treat with black skies and abundant stars..

We often drive to Central California and usually stay in hotels in SLO but we wanted something different for this trip. The Pink Gem was such a fun getaway and very spacious for our family of 5. The kitchen area was the hub of the house and we prepared a few meals while there. Host was very responsive.

This place is lovely, with exceptional views of the ocean! The home itself has been artfully decorated, every space a treat in itself. Joanne is an attentive host and generous with her welcome and suggestions for dining and sightseeing in the area. The kitchen is fully-equipped including an array of spices; like home away from home! It was such a treat to stay here!

Everything was much nicer than expected with lots of extras, great beds and nice bedding. 3 Smart TV’s. Extras for cooking everything you would need. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Walking to town is a couple blocks away. Susie was a great host and quick to respond.

Perfect place for a family of 4 visiting Morro Bay! So cute and comfy. Lots of great photos and artwork to look at. It was cold when we visited and there were 2 space heaters that worked great. We had the place heated up to a comfy temp very quickly. The host was thoughtful enough to let us know that we could check in a bit earlier than 3 pm. That was awesome since we got to town around 2 and could get settled earlier than expected. We walked around morro rock and watched the sea otters and their babies in the bay. It’s a beautiful and peaceful area. Overall we had a very enjoyable overnight stay.
