It’s such a cute and cozy place to be. Love all the decorations and colorful furnitures. And both bathrooms are very spacious with cool bathtub (you will like it if you ever played the sims and it’s like you’re in one of the cottage house.) View from the window was amazing as well. Plus, Jody was super responsive and helpful. Recommended!

Thank you, Leslie, for a great stay! The property is beautiful and peaceful. I found it easy to find Leslie’s place with the instructions she provided and check in was fast. Leslie’s place is clean, spacious, and the rooms are super cute with comfortable beds. I love that both rooms have their own full bathroom! Our room had an extra mini fridge and that was a plus for me. We had everything we needed and more! Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay at Leslie’s and we definitely recommend it.

Wonderful quick stop in charming Cayucos. Cozy bedding, comfortable and beautiful surroundings. We are a family of 5 so a bit tight but for an overnight we had a great night, family sleepover style. Laura had a comfortable bed for all of us! Love the little fireplace by the bed, surprising amount of heart and ambiance.

Cozy space, perfect location. Was very accommodating of our two dogs and even provided crates in the garage for when we had to leave them ( they preferred coming to dog friendly piano beach!). Arroyo Grande is very cute and we enjoyed walking the dogs to get coffee in the morning.

Lovely place to stay! In a valley on a farm so very peaceful! And so close to town. Just a few minutes from the beach, the hot springs, restaurants, and so much more! The place was gated and that felt secure. The farm animals all around was a great touch! The kitchen had everything I needed. The bathroom was squeaky clean. Bed and pillows were comfy! I would stay here again!

Dave and Michelle are A-MA-ZING! Let us use their whole driveway when gone, communicative, great suggestions, and house was super comfortable and so close to our family just down the road off Johnson and Southwood!

Wonderful stay for the price! It was nice to have a living room separate from the bedroom. The fridge was plenty big, and we used the toaster, microwave and coffee maker. The enclosed backyard was perfect for our toddler to play in, and it was walking distance (about 15 minutes) to a great park and walking trail. We would definitely stay again!

Super responsive and easy check in and out. Easy to find. Lots of beds in a small place. Small kitchen if you plan to cook for more than 2-3. Thanks for a great place to stay on our visit.

A cozy place to stay when you're in Paso Robles. A cute living room that had clear instructions for WIFI and streaming tv access. A small refrigerator was stocked with waters, soft drinks, and a bottle of sparkling wine to welcome us to the unit. Some snacks were included as well. There's a Bluetooth speaker you can use to stream music. The couch was very comfortable. The front patio was a great place to unwind, with plenty of seating and two tables. There's also a fountain you can turn on. Bedroom and the bathroom were both spotless and very roomy. There's even a great coffee area with plenty of K-cup selections and cutlery. The location was quiet and about 5-8 minutes from downtown Paso. Hosts were amazing and welcoming. As soon as we made our reservations, Lizette reached out to ask if we wanted local recommendations, and the restaurant we went to on her list was amazing. She also offered a bottle of wine/sparkling/non-alcoholic as a welcome gift. An excellent experience all-around.

Bryce has a beautiful location on the top of the hill. The spacious room was very neat and tidy and smelled great inside! 😄 you do have to walk uphill to the room after parking, but, Bryce does allow you to load and unload right by your room. Our favorite thing about this Air BnB is the beautiful scenery!!!

My hosts provided a very private and comfortable space during my visit to Los Osos. Everything was clean and I appreciated the small refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine, complete with coffee and filters. Clearly a recent renovation. Comfortable bed and good water pressure.

I loved this studio! Having the green mini-forest right outside my window and slight view of Morro Bay made my heart happy and soul relaxed. The location is beautiful to walk around, close to the Elfin Forest and walkable to the downtown area with cafes. The bed was super comfy memory foam and it was dark at night in the room so I slept really well. The kitchen is small but perfect for the meals I made with hot plate, fridge, and toaster oven. The bathroom is small but shower has great pressure and got hot fast. The only issue is you can hear the family upstairs when they walk around or talk. I loved hearing the kids in the morning and at night giggle and play, meeting them and talking, but if you’re noise sensitive it might be hard. Their dog is so sweet too. You’re definitely living in someone’s home and guest suite, and I love that when I use AirBnB. It was private but not secluded. The family was super responsive and helpful and amenities great.

We have stayed in Airbnbs in multiple countries as well as around the U.S. and my husband and I found Deedee’s place to one of our favorites of them all! The attention to detail is amazing and made the place so warm and welcoming. The place is in walking distance to town but having the use of the golf cart made perusing through town even more fun. The room, bathroom and kitchen were extremely clean and included everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. We would highly recommend staying here without any hesitation!

Cozy, quiet and peaceful place to stay. It was easy to get to Avila beach area from James' place. Good central location. Our dogs were welcomed and it was easy to have them while at his place.

My husband and I loved staying at Colby’s Place. Jeanne Marie was friendly and helpful, and her attention to detail made for an exceptional vacation. We loved the book of menus, the make up cloths, snacks, night-light and flip flops by the door. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The private outdoor porch with fire pit was cozy and she even had extra blankets, towels and hoodies we could use. We loved the local art in the suite and the information on how to use and access everything we might need. The location was perfect - we had easy access to many beaches, tide pools, and amazing food! Both Morro Bay and Cayucos are fun towns and we came home with many treasures. Thanks for helping use make our spring break memorable! P. S. When you come stay at Colby’s Place, don’t pass up the chance to give Colby a good ear-scratching :-).

Karina's place had nearly all things needed for a week long getaway. A prior guest noted the cozy place and so it was! The accommodations are not super spacious, but plenty of room to move around in. I visited with my boyfriend and felt right at home. Fun set-up: loft above, kitchen and cozy living room below. There seemed to always be street parking available close by. A few restaurants and coffee shops were accessible via walking (in case you are traveling without a car). Karina was super responsive. Beyond grateful for staying here. I would love to come back to this listing for another visit!

Cute studio with small but complete kitchenette. Driveway is a little tricky to find, keep the directions they send you handy upon arrival. The place is very quiet and the bed was comfy.

Wonderful stay. Honestly one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in terms of each bedroom being so comfortable, dark and easy to sleep in! The mattresses were awesome. The bathrooms were spotless. We stayed with my toddler. It’s hard to find family friendly places that are clean and comfortable for us. No home is totally baby proofed, but it worked fine to move the more breakable items. This really worked great, and added bonus was that it’s walkable to a wonderful winery and a ranch with cows and sheep that my toddler loved. The hot tub is nice and private. The only thing this is missing is a work space if anyone tries to work remotely there. Only the dining table is a good option there. 10-15 minute drive to all SLO has to offer. Really nice stay. Stayed here for the trifecta spartan race and it had everything I needed! The place was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. She was very responsive and proactive with communication. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, stress-free, comfortable stay!

My partner and I stayed at week at Juli's home. We had a great time. We especially liked the location, which is at the edge of downtown San Luis Obispo. We also liked the clear instructions from Juli on how to find the property and how to access the home. I recommend Juli as a host and this property as a vacation getaway.

Kathy’s place was a great place to stop on our way back from SoCal. Clean and neat. Set up Iike a nice hotel room with extra amenities..good coffee with milk frother was a plus. Comfortable bed and blackout curtains were appreciated. Roomy bathroom. Kathy was responsive to all communication and requests. Would stay again on our next trip south.
