San Martino, Gênes : locations de vacances adaptées aux animaux

Het verblijf bij Alessandro was heel speciaal. De accommodatie was keurig schoon en erg romantisch. We mochten in de avond eten in zijn eigen restaurant en koken heeft hij ook prima onder de knie . Kortom een prima plek welke we niet snel zullen vergeten !

Das hübsche Häuschen von Caterina, liegt etwas versteckt und trotzdem zentral im interessanten Stadtteil Quinto al Mare. Ein wirklich großes Plus ist der Stellplatz vor der Tür. Caterina hat uns bei unserer Ankunft mit Schwung eingewiesen: mit hupen bergan, scharf links! Perfekt! Man kann die gesamte Küste mit dem Zug bereisen; Busse fahren auch. Im Haus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn es draußen geregnet hat. Caterina hatte sogar für Regenwetter Besichtigungstips für uns. Man kann in nächster Nähe einkaufen und in der Küche Leckeres kochen. Wir kommen bei sommerlicherem Wetter wieder und erkunden Quinto noch genauer. Dann nutzen wir auch die niedliche Terrasse. Wirklich eine wunderschöne Wohnung! Katia war proaktiv und hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Super nah an einer U-Bahn Station, die einen schnell in die Innenstadt bringt. Ich kann es nur empfehlen!

La vue splendide de l'appartement est un bonheur chaque matin et soir. L'appartement est très bien organisé, la literie est confortable, les salles de bains sont propres, et la cuisine fonctionnelle même si certains équipements sont un peu désuets. La terrasse est très agréable avec des stores automatiques qui protègent bien du soleil. Le jardin à l'arrière est un plus pour le chien. Ne pas oublier de venir avec ses prises anti-moustiques! Il faut aussi prévoir de faire un peu de sport tous les jours pour aller et remonter de la plage où de la gare, compter. 20 minutes environ. Un petit bus passe juste en bas de la rue toutes les heures sinon. Les petites routes qui partent depuis la maison sont très agréables pour faire des belles promenades ! Bien que nos mollets ont ete mis à contribution, nous avons vraiment apprécié le calme et la beauté du lieu.

My stay was delightful. Stefania was very welcoming and friendly. The house is adorable and the view was stunning, I cannot recommend it enough.

Great place to stay. Patio overlooking the valley was a lovely spot to sit and relax. The patio was perfect for meals outside as well. Patricia was wonderful to work with, very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. Great hiking trails throughout the area.

Beautiful and peaceful property. Simona greeted us and made sure everything was to our liking. The geese were fun to watch, the cats came to visit and we could watch the deer from the terrace. Our hosts were generous with their time and attention. Would definitely go back for another visit.

Tutto perfetto come al solito, soggiorniamo sempre qui quando siamo di passaggio a Genova. Lidia ,gentilissima come sempre ,ci è venuta incontro per l’orario di check-in.

Wir waren 5 Nächte zu Gast bei Guido und alles war wunderbar. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Appartement ist liebevoll eingerichtet, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden, das Bett war für eine Schlafcouch sehr bequem und schön groß. Die abgeschlossene Garage ist das I-Tüpfelchen des Appartements 😀, Parkplätze waren auch in der Nebensaison Mangelware in Rapallo. Die Lage war für uns ideal: fußläufig ins Zentrum, zum Bahnhof (ideale Anbindung nach Genua oder Cinque Terre) oder zum Supermarkt. Sollten wir wieder mal in die Gegend kommen würden wir auf jeden Fall gerne bei Guido einchecken.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella bellissima casa di Nicolò dal 4 al 18 agosto io, mia moglie e i nostri 2 figli di 8 e 9 anni. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo sfruttato molto la possibilità di mangiare all'aperto e la comoda piscina del residence. Non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di parcheggio. Il mare si raggiunge in pochi minuti in auto.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus. Der Garten und das Haus sind einfach ein Traum. Die Aussicht aufs mehr ist einzigartig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus des Malers ist ein wunderbarer, persönlicher Ort. Mit grandiosem Ausblick, schönem Garten, individuell eingerichteter Wohnung. Einzig der Verkehr auf der Via Aurelia und die Züge stören ein wenig die ansonsten famose Lage am Golfo Paradiso. Vielen Dank an unsere herzlichen Gastgeber, die einen erfreulichen Sinn für Nachhaltigkeit haben: Wassersprudler, Plastik vermeiden, Heizen mit Pellets, Stromgewinnung per Photovoltaik. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Appartamento molto grazioso in un contesto discreto e tranquillo. La casa è molto spaziosa con la divisione tra zona giorno e notte. La cucina è impeccabile e il bagno pulito. C’è anche la possibilità del posto auto praticamente sotto casa e la posizione è molto buona considerato che in pochi minuti si è sul lungomare di Rapallo.

Filippo è stato super disponibile e ci ha accompagnato dalla stazione fino all’abitazione. L’alloggio è veramente stupendo! Si può godere la vista del mare direttamente dalla camera da letto. Il terrazzo e il giardino consento di rilassarsi all’aria aperta.

Gabriella und Alessandro sind super sympathisch und haben uns gleich Willkommen geheißen. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit an sie wenden. Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum!! Insbesondere der riesige Garten mit Olivenhain, Pool, vielen gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten und einem tollen Blick aufs Meer. Wir waren das zweite Mal hier und wollen definitiv wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt wirklich sehr gut gefallen; die Wohnung ist wirklich top ausgestattet & sehr modern ! Vor allem die schnelle & einfache Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ausgezeichnet! :)

Väldigt bra boende på en lugn gata endast ett par minuters promenad till centrum. Santa Margherita Ligure var en mysig stad med gott om restauranger och perfekt utgångspunkt för utflykter till Portofino, San Fruttuoso och Camogli.

Appartamento stupendo, rinnovato di recente con gusto e attenzione. La stazione é a un paio di minuti a piedi, il centro di camogli appena sotto la porta di casa. Ritorneremo!

Casa incantevole,alla sorgente di un ruscello che è tutto da ascoltare!casa molto pulita ma soprattutto curata nei minimi dettagli (di ottimo gusto).davvero una bella esperienza,host gentilissima e molto disponibile!

Einfach eine traumhafte Unterkunft mit privatem Parkplatz, in 5-10 min. zu Fuss im Zentrum, sehr freundlicher Empfang (Danke nochmals Emanuele!), super schnelle und freundliche Antwort von Francesco. Overall great 5 star stay! The unit is very conveniently located close to bus stop and in the heart of Portofino, with shops and restaurants at your doorstep. Be mindful that the unit is located on the top floor with four flights of stairs, so challenging if you have lots of bags. Amazing location and view, with beautiful outdoor balcony with views of the village and water. Ample space inside and clean unit, with easy instructions and very responsive host. Would highly recommend!

Sceglierei questo posto come casa. L’appartamento è stato rinnovato di recente, rispettando il suo passato ma con tutte le comodità di oggi. La vista sul mare non ha bisogno di commenti. Tutti gli ambienti sono impeccabilmente puliti. Grace è estremamente disponibile e reattiva. La posizione è comoda per la stazione, il bus, il mare e il centro paese. Mi manca già essere là.

We had the best time in Nervi and we fell in love with the area and with Alessandra’s apartment. It had everything we needed, and the view from the outside terazz is breathtaking. It is a spacious apartment where our two kids had more than enough space to play. Kitchen has a good size for cooking. Alessandra has been the most loving and warm host with exceptional communication. We are definetly coming back, and would choose this apartment everyday.
