The best thing about the apartment was the balcony with great views (12th floor)! Everything was clean, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the neighborhood was peaceful. The pool and the gym were fairly basic, but the beach was nearby.

Great place to stay for the week! Clean, spacious apartment close to the coast. Reliable internet. And Samuel is a fantastic host! Friendly, helpful, and very responsive.

I had a wonderful time at Maria Cristina’s place. The view of the pool and the ocean is amazing. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was convenient to everything in the town. Maria Cristina was quick to respond and willing to work with and accommodate us.

The best place in Juan Dolio, Dominican Republic. The apartment was great, very clean, and had all the amenities. I recommend it. 10/10

This was our first time vacationing to this part of the DR and wow! The condo was Amazing and condo was very beautiful and better than the pictures! The View was beautiful as every day we sat on the balcony which wrapped around the condo. You can see the beach and the beautiful view from the bed or the balcony. All of the staff in the building were very friendly. We took maximum advantage of the pool and jacuzzi as they were amazing and I met many new friends. I highly recommend Juan as he is an outstanding host! He answered my questions quickly and even helped me make arrangements for a ride to and from the airport with Abel Taxi service whom I highly recommend also. Juan also recommended going to Nico Beach restaurant (5 stars) to enjoy a meal and more beach adventure. The only other thing I would recommend is spending more than 5 days as you will fall in love with Juan's condo! We had so much fun and can not wait to go back!

Excellent séjour. L’appartement correspond exactement à la description avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Le gérant a été très réactif à chaque fois que nous en avons eu besoin. Les espaces communs (piscine, plage….) sont très bien entretenus. La sécurité est ultra présente sur le site. La seule difficulté est de devoir prévoir à l’avance les invités potentiels dont le nombre est très restreint et dont les identités doivent être envoyées par le gérant à la résidence ( cette difficulté est liée à la résidence et non au propriétaire ). Nous serions très heureux de relouer cet appartement lors de notre prochain séjour !

Great stay, great communication to host, fantastic location. Only minus was the phase 2 of the Hemmingclub Club is under construction was gave a bit of construction noise. I assume it will another year before they are fully done.

El lugar estaba hermoso en excelentes condiciones, el complejo de Marbella es bello, es muy seguro es un lugar para compartir en familia y pasar unas excelentes vacaciones, los anfitriones muy atentos siempre contestaban a tiempo!

This was the 2nd time that I stayed at her place in less than a year. I Enjoy the quiet nights and the beautiful sunset. I will definitely keep going back to her place…

La villa es excelente para quedarse en familia, cómoda, espaciosa y con todo lo necesario para una estadía placentera.

La villa es aun mas grande y bella que en las fotos. Increible piscina y comodidad para el grupo. El lugar es tranquilo y muy seguro. Nos hicieron llegar una invitacion a un evento en el club de playa que coincidia con nuestra estancia. Estuvieron al pendiente y en continua comunicación al momento de llegar y durante la estadía, anfitriones y propietaria super amables. Sin dudas volveria, por demas recomendable

Para mí extraordinariamente perfecto! Vuelvo pero seguro , ya la puse en mis favoritos . Ninguna queja , súper equipada , Wendy excelente siempre me respondió de forma inmediata y preocupada por mi estadía y como me sentía , esta villa es excelente , segura, no le falta nada y todo fácil de llegar y salir a conocer . Coqueta y confortable

Immaculate place to stay at. Super safe , super clean and Wendy was extremely responsive and attentive. Definitely would recommend this place. The down stairs has its own secluded room which is good for couples.

The place we rented and the host were both great, no major complaints. The house is very spacious and well equipped overall. The host was always helpful and available. Two suggestions for the house: knifes that actually cut and new dishwashing sponges would be appreciated. The area per se is still work in progress, very few restaurants, no decent grocery stores nearby (finding food was not easy), there is still a lot of construction around and it gets noisy sometimes. As for DR as a destination, this was the last time we went there. The police is corrupt and they stop you on the road just to get cash from you. I obviously don’t like to have to pay a bribe (we had to pay $80 the one time we were stopped on the highway) but my main concern is what would happen to my family if we don’t have the cash. And, you can be stopped multiple times on the same trip. I don’t put up with these type of unsafe situations, especially when the safety of my family is at risk.
