Awesome house, exactly as pictured. Both host are very nice, attentive and responsive. The beach is 10 minutes away, however the neighborhood is not walkable at night. Very dark and empty. Other than that, we loved our stay there. Thanks for having us! Do recommend it for family stays of four of friends

The villa was great, cozy and clean with everything you need. The complex Beautiful and serene. Valencia was very welcoming and responsive to all our needs and very accommodating . Total experience 10 out of 10❣️

I absolutely loved this place! The atmosphere was inviting, Carlos was incredibly friendly, and the service was top-notch. Everything felt thoughtfully curated, and the attention to detail really stood out. I can’t wait to come back again! Highly recommend!

Carlenis was a great host throughout our stay! She was very responsive and communicative during the entire trip. The property was very quiet and made it feel safe since it was gated. Each room was as described in the listing and the photos as well. The beach was about a 10-15min walk from the property as well. I look forward to staying here again in the future. Es una villa privada muy acogedora y cómoda, te hace sentir como en casa, se rodea de mucha vegetación por lo que se siente muy fresco. Las atenciones de Martín y Carmen quiénes siempre se mostraron muy diligentes y atentos en cualquier cosa que necesitaríamos, sin duda volvería 🥰

Felipa’s place was perfect for my family’s stay in San Pedro! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The home is cozy, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Two of the bedrooms feature air conditioning, which made it easy to relax during warmer nights. The kitchen is well-stocked with essentials, and we appreciated having all the tools needed for meal prep. My wife grew up in the neighborhood, so staying here felt nostalgic and special. The location is ideal—walkable to great spots like Loren Di Pasta, where the pizza & pasta was amazing, and 787 Bar and Lounge, which has a fun atmosphere. For groceries, El Jumbo is just a 5-minute drive away, making restocking effortless. Special mention to Ana Maria, the house manager, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. She made sure our stay went smoothly and even shared some tips that made our trip even better. Overall, Felipa’s home offered comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommend!

We have just stayed a month at Romena's. The apartment is very pleasant, spacious, clean, safe and quiet. Being retired , we only needed a supermarket and a nice beach for swimming within easy walking distance. We'll definitely be back.

Me sentí como en casa, un lugar muy acogedor para pasar un fin de semana en familia , la anfitriona muy amable y atenta , la verdad si tuviera que volver a Juan Dolio , sin duda alguna volviera a elegir este lugar .

Fui con mi familia, es las 2 vez que voy e indiscutiblemente el lugar es acogedor, limpio y muy organizado. El anfitrión es muy diligente.

This was our first time vacationing to this part of the DR and wow! The condo was Amazing and condo was very beautiful and better than the pictures! The View was beautiful as every day we sat on the balcony which wrapped around the condo. You can see the beach and the beautiful view from the bed or the balcony. All of the staff in the building were very friendly. We took maximum advantage of the pool and jacuzzi as they were amazing and I met many new friends. I highly recommend Juan as he is an outstanding host! He answered my questions quickly and even helped me make arrangements for a ride to and from the airport with Abel Taxi service whom I highly recommend also. Juan also recommended going to Nico Beach restaurant (5 stars) to enjoy a meal and more beach adventure. The only other thing I would recommend is spending more than 5 days as you will fall in love with Juan's condo! We had so much fun and can not wait to go back!

I loved the apartment it was right by the ocean had central AC, amazing balcony overlooking playa juan dolio.The beach and pool was really entertaining and relaxing.

Excellent communication , the place is A Plus , the Beautiful beach less than a block away , walkable area with many different restaurant , friendly and secure area really good for everybody , family with children will love it !!

Excellent séjour. L’appartement correspond exactement à la description avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Le gérant a été très réactif à chaque fois que nous en avons eu besoin. Les espaces communs (piscine, plage….) sont très bien entretenus. La sécurité est ultra présente sur le site. La seule difficulté est de devoir prévoir à l’avance les invités potentiels dont le nombre est très restreint et dont les identités doivent être envoyées par le gérant à la résidence ( cette difficulté est liée à la résidence et non au propriétaire ). Nous serions très heureux de relouer cet appartement lors de notre prochain séjour !

This place was in a quiet location and very safe. Walkable to a few restaurants and the MiniMarket. It would be nice to have a list of tour guides in addition to the restaurant guide that is already provided. We had stayed in a previous Airbnb that had a water filter already in the apartment - this would be a great addition to Anthony’s place. Would highly recommend staying here if you are in Juan Dolio

Sin duda regresaría de nuevo a hospedarme en la residencia :) Limpieza Impecable: El Airbnb estaba excepcionalmente limpio y ordenado a nuestra llegada. Cada rincón se encontraba muy bien cuidado. Comodidades Modernas: Las instalaciones proporcionadas son modernas y estaban en perfecto estado de funcionamiento. Desde los electrodomésticos y utensilios de la cocina hasta los dispositivos de entretenimiento, todo estaba en condiciones óptimas. Atención al Detalle: Se notó un cuidado especial en los detalles, desde la ropa de cama, servicios de limpieza, utensilios de cocina. Todo estaba arreglado con gusto y pensado para brindar una experiencia acogedora.
