Awesome house, exactly as pictured. Both host are very nice, attentive and responsive. The beach is 10 minutes away, however the neighborhood is not walkable at night. Very dark and empty. Other than that, we loved our stay there. Thanks for having us! Do recommend it for family stays of four of friends

The villa was great, cozy and clean with everything you need. The complex Beautiful and serene. Valencia was very welcoming and responsive to all our needs and very accommodating . Total experience 10 out of 10❣️

Felipa’s place was perfect for my family’s stay in San Pedro! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The home is cozy, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Two of the bedrooms feature air conditioning, which made it easy to relax during warmer nights. The kitchen is well-stocked with essentials, and we appreciated having all the tools needed for meal prep. My wife grew up in the neighborhood, so staying here felt nostalgic and special. The location is ideal—walkable to great spots like Loren Di Pasta, where the pizza & pasta was amazing, and 787 Bar and Lounge, which has a fun atmosphere. For groceries, El Jumbo is just a 5-minute drive away, making restocking effortless. Special mention to Ana Maria, the house manager, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. She made sure our stay went smoothly and even shared some tips that made our trip even better. Overall, Felipa’s home offered comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommend!

We have just stayed a month at Romena's. The apartment is very pleasant, spacious, clean, safe and quiet. Being retired , we only needed a supermarket and a nice beach for swimming within easy walking distance. We'll definitely be back.

To start..Jose is very responsive and always answers as quickly as possible. The apartment is exactlt how it is mentioned in photos and i could not have been happier. The beach is a very short walk away and for me it is the perfect location..I will definitely be back very soon !

The best place in Juan Dolio, Dominican Republic. The apartment was great, very clean, and had all the amenities. I recommend it. 10/10

3ra vez en las Olas 704 inolvidable tiempo y lugar, sugiero ajustes en algunos accesorios del mobiliario en las habitaciones CONSERVAR lo hermoso de los detalles para que la calidad siga siempre el PLUS de este lugar.

Me encantó quedarme en Las Olas, Daniel una persona super activa siempre respondió los mensajes de manera rápida, las instalaciones del 601 impecables todos los electrodomésticos eléctricos funcionaron a la perfección, todo limpio, agua caliente Un aire acondicionado qué funcionó excelente. Definitivamente recomiendo este alojamiento 100 %.

Excelente alojamiento, muy bien equipado, con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda, los espacios comunes muy bien cuidados, la piscina limpia y espaciosa, la playa es excelente. La pasamos super bien. Jackie es excelente anfitriona, siempre disponible y dispuesta a ayudar. Lo Recomiendo 100%

I loved the apartment it was right by the ocean had central AC, amazing balcony overlooking playa juan dolio.The beach and pool was really entertaining and relaxing.

Excellent communication , the place is A Plus , the Beautiful beach less than a block away , walkable area with many different restaurant , friendly and secure area really good for everybody , family with children will love it !!

Excellent séjour. L’appartement correspond exactement à la description avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Le gérant a été très réactif à chaque fois que nous en avons eu besoin. Les espaces communs (piscine, plage….) sont très bien entretenus. La sécurité est ultra présente sur le site. La seule difficulté est de devoir prévoir à l’avance les invités potentiels dont le nombre est très restreint et dont les identités doivent être envoyées par le gérant à la résidence ( cette difficulté est liée à la résidence et non au propriétaire ). Nous serions très heureux de relouer cet appartement lors de notre prochain séjour !

Muy bien todo, el apartamento es comodo, limpio, las amenidades buenas, el parqueo y las personas de mantenimiento excelentes.

Logement très propre rien à dire sur ça, un appartement super bien équipé une très grande cuisine (lave linge, sèche linge) très spacieux Le balcon avec vue sur la mer au loin Si vous avez un logement à choisir sur Boca chica n’hésitez pas à choisir celui là !!

Sin duda regresaría de nuevo a hospedarme en la residencia :) Limpieza Impecable: El Airbnb estaba excepcionalmente limpio y ordenado a nuestra llegada. Cada rincón se encontraba muy bien cuidado. Comodidades Modernas: Las instalaciones proporcionadas son modernas y estaban en perfecto estado de funcionamiento. Desde los electrodomésticos y utensilios de la cocina hasta los dispositivos de entretenimiento, todo estaba en condiciones óptimas. Atención al Detalle: Se notó un cuidado especial en los detalles, desde la ropa de cama, servicios de limpieza, utensilios de cocina. Todo estaba arreglado con gusto y pensado para brindar una experiencia acogedora.

Family of 5 enjoyed our stay very much. The views from the unit were great. The apartment was clean and we'll laid out. 2 fabulous balconies overlooking the ocean. The gym and pool were also very nice. I just wish the pool wasn't in the shade for most of the day. Wendy was extremely helpful, efficient, and professional. I would highly recommend this unit to other traveller's that are looking for a very nice place that is less than a block from the beach and has all the amenities you could want.
