We truly enjoyed our stay at The Casita. The place looks exactly like in the advertised photos and has a very modern yet cozy feeling. It has everything you need for a short or long weekend. I recommend it plenty.

Beautiful home with lots of personal touches and quirky decor. We felt right at home. We were very appreciative of the clear instructions to get into the home, and clear expectations for the stay. The couch was huge and amazing. Loved the quiet private outdoor area too. Thanks for the great stay, Tracy!

I would go back again and again! I was lucky to get the dates and times it presented and I took it! So glad I did! The waves cleared my mind and the sunset was beautiful. The beach walk was so peaceful and I felt like it was just my personal ocean (hardly no one in sight). Thank you Amber for allowing me the opportunity to stay in this castle! I will be back!

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

The bungalow was adorable!! It was extremely cozy and perfect for a beachy holiday. It was super cute, the bedrooms were generously sized with plenty of storage, the bathroom was tidy, living room comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were more than enough towels, boogie boards and beach chairs. The neighborhood was quiet and interesting and the neighbors friendly. We loved it and hope to be back again!

Great spot in Summerland. We walked both mornings to coffee and found a great breakfast spot. We walked to the beach. And we drive a few minutes into Santa Barbara to explore. The room and amenities were great!

We will miss our two minute commute to the big beautiful sandy Silverstrand beach. The place was nicely updated with comfortable beds and modern appliances. Highly recommended.

This was the perfect air bnb for our spring break girl's trip. so cute & cozy inside. And the tropical looking backyard was charming. Also loved the hot tub. We can't wait to come back!

William provided clear and helpful instructions. We arrived late and had no issues entering gated area and the space was easy to find. It was a clean space, with a fully stocked kitchen, calming vibes throughout the community. We enjoyed walks on the beach. Great location! It looks like the pictures. Hope to return again soon. Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

Rob is definitely a super host, and the location is so enjoyable, with walking distance to the sand, and town! My fiance and I will definitely look forward to another stay, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing get away.

Suneetha's place is in the perfect location! We enjoyed daily walks down to the pier to enjoy the sunset, went whale watching, and drove to several beach destinations on the coast, all within 30min to an hour. Her condo is spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed listening to the ocean and birds from the balcony. In unit laundry was great and we enjoyed using the facilities including the gym and swimming in the heated pool! Overall it was a wonderful stay!

*****Highly Recommend Roza was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. My family and I enjoyed our peaceful stay with a short walk to the beach. Our first impression was welcoming, well stocked and cozy. It was bonus to be given access to the the Community Clubhouse which offered an indoor pool, gym and other activities. This location exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The accommodations and location worked out great. The beach is a few blocks one direction and downtown Carpinteria with restaurants and stores is a few blocks the other way. Lots of things to drive to do like hiking, a seal sanctuary, and Santa Barbara and Ventura are a short drive away. It wasn’t a big deal but the only surprise was that the place was heated by space heaters and we had to get used to that. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Lots of parking spaces.

DeLayne is an outstanding host. The home is beautiful with creative high end architectural details. Architect and owner thought out of the box with many features. Spotless and fresh. Very welcoming and comfortable. Easy to find and is in a safe gated community that is quiet. Home is furnished with all you need in bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen as you were family. The location is ocean front with amazing views of Channel Islands. Surfing is excellent just steps from the house. Have stayed at many beach homes. By far we think this is our favorite. Gorgeous space with great kitchen, totally private yard, and super comfortable beds. Everything was clean and uncluttered, yet we had everything we needed. Very thoughtfully cared for home. We enjoyed walking to the beach and to Montecito where we found great restaurants and shops. Couldn't be more convenient and yet this home is tucked away on a quiet street. Ideal!!

The house is perfect. It was spotlessly clean and everything worked perfectly. Beds, sofas and outdoor furniture are so incredibly comfortable, we had one rainly day and it was heaven watching tv with a sofa each and the fire burning away. My dog was in heaven, she was very safe and relaxed because she couldnt get from the deck to the beach on her own, its a lovely dog friendly beach so she had great walks where she met lots of other friendly dogs. When the tide is high you can almost touch the water! The kitchen is incredable, all the equpment etc is top notch. Clare was great, we never met her but when we needed something she dropped it outside out door the same morning! I really loved this house and beach and souroundings and very much hope I get back there one day. Its a turely magical place and I can't think of one tiny thing that would allow me to rate it less than 10 out of 10. Thank you owners for sharing such a lovely place and allowing dogs.

I cannot put in words what a fantastic experience we had! Absolutely lovely place with everything you could need and more! Beautiful design, great amenities, fantastic location! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

This home was just as described in terms of the space itself, location, contents, amenities and was perfect for our family of 5 adults and one toddler. The kitchen was equipped with everthing we needed, far more than I've seen in other Airbnbs. It was nice having everyone on one floor and not having to contend with staircases. I love old homes and their character. It, of course, was updated with the conveniences we would expect for today's living, but there was a lot of charm captured with wall hangings of the era it was built in and Rudolf Valentino, its original occupant. My only regret was that our stay was at the end of chilly December and not during the warmer months when we could more fully enjoy the beach, but we knew that when we booked it. We plan to return in season!

Wow! What an amazing stay in Ventura, thanks to Daniel and his amazing condo right on the beach! Very safe and adorable area of town. The condo is beautifully decorated, spotless, and best of all - has an incredible view with spectacular sunsets, which are highly photogenic. The jetties outside the condo (which you can see in the view) are home to limpets, crabs, barnacles, mussels, and other fascinating marine creatures. The kitchen was stocked with basics (salt/pepper/oil) as well as all the pots/pans/cutlery you need for home-cooked meals. 2 gas fireplaces and chef stove/oven - I wish I had these at home! Walkable to restaurants/coffee/groceries, and just a few minutes drive to even more tasty and trendy restaurants. High quality toiletries (shampoo/conditioner/hand soap/body wash) from a local shop. If you are considering staying at Daniels place - book now! You will not regret it.

This place is one to go back to. The home is beautiful, the view and location are awesome. The accessibility to the beach is so fun. Our family had an amazing time here. It had everything we needed to enjoy the house and ourselves. I highly recommend it.
