This place is amazing! If you are looking for an affordable house ON THE BEACH with LOTS of beds then this is your place! It’s not state of the art or completely upgraded, but it is so cozy. We were there with 5 small children and 6 adults and we were never in each others way. The beach itself is beautiful and the outdoor shower is a perfect addition to this beach get away. There are lots of amenities provided so don’t stress! Towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, toilet paper, beach chairs, beach loungers, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, hand soap, outdoor shower, hose, grill with gas hook up, bedding, blender, coffee maker, 2 microwaves, 2 ovens…so much! Bring some WD 40 for the tar you might get on your feet and make sure you put the trash cans out ON SUNDAY NIGHT! The trash man comes EARLY Monday morning. The recycle only gets picked up every other Monday so don’t stress if it doesn’t get emptied…the schedule is on the fridge. Also, the knives are TERRIBLE! If you like to cook you might want to bring a few of your own. I hesitate to leave a good review because we plan to return and I don’t want it to be unavailable but it is awesome!!! Communicate early with TREE if you have questions. They will get back to you but not right away. We would just call the number and send a message on the app and they would eventually get back to us. Enjoy your stay! Check all of the drawers before you leave. There are tons of dressers and it’s easy to leave things behind.

We loved our stay at Aloha Hueneme and had a great time. Donovan and Gretchen 's place was a great find and looked way better than the pictures. The location was ideal and was like a little piece of heaven. The house had so much natural light which elevates the mood greatly and being very close to the beach was an added advantage. We will definitely come again when visiting this area.

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed or stay very much! We loved the peaceful neighborhood and walkable distance to the beach. We also loved using the fire pit in the evening and hearing the waves crash at night. Though we only stayed a couple of nights, Kristi and Karen were very responsive throughout our stay!

Thank you for offering a great place for us to stay while attending a family wedding in Carpinteria. It served our needs wonderfully.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Ventura. The location was excellent. One block to the beach. Easy 5 or 15 minute drives to the Ventura and Oxnard harbors to catch the ferries or other boats to the Channel Islands. We enjoyed the restaurants within walking distance, particularly Pierpoint Tacos fish tacos.

The perfect location on an incredible property! Highly recommend this location if you want to check out Los Olivos, Santa Ynez, and Solvang within minutes.

It is really a home away from home. We enjoyed the closeness of the place to everything. We stayed here when the temperature reached at 90 degrees Fahrenheit, we would go back to rest in between walks. One thing, be ready to see tourists taking a picture in front of the house. I mean who wouldn’t want to? This place has its charm. The first time I saw this place when I first visited Solvang, I took a picture too and decided that the next time I visit I would stay here. Everything is very organized inside too. You’ll have everything you’ll need. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Nice place to stay on the beach. My son and family lived right down the street. So I could walk to their place.

Really enjoyed my stay at Chico & Coco’s place. It’s a beautiful home with everything needed and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and great proximity to everywhere in Santa Barbara with a short walk to the beach, market, restaurants and shops. I also enjoyed the gorgeous yard and soaking up some sun or having my breakfast or coffee among nature. The hosts are great welcoming people and shared fruit from the garden with me. I had a wonderful time. Thank you and would definitely stay again next time I’m in Santa Barbara. : )

We felt lucky to stay in Debbie's wonderful home. Very spacious and open, with a calm hygge decor and a well stocked kitchen. We felt comfortable, pampered and slept like logs. Location with parking could not be beat. With so much room for 4 to spread out, it feels like a luxe suite. Would stay again in a heartbeat -- it is THE place in Montecito.

Highly recommend this place if you want all the comforts of home while you’re on vacation. My family was well accommodated here and everything was thought of. The hosts are super responsive and available whenever you need them. The kitchen is very well appointed and there’s two adorable patios to enjoy while the weather is nice. I drive a Yukon XL with roof racks and it was too tall to fit into the garage. It didn’t matter because parking was easy and extremely safe. The neighborhood is walkable and safe. Neighbors are super nice and the block is very quiet. So nice to come back to unwind and relax.

We found this home to be very comfortable and in a beautiful neighborhood, within walking distance of the Museum of Natural History and the Santa Barbara Mission. The necessities were provided, such as cooking utensils, bathroom toiletries and towels, televisions, comfortable bedding, and a nice patio for dining outside. The GPS directions are a little tricky, so do follow Javier's explanation of the directions. We would return to this home in the future. Thank you.

Charming home as described. Would stay here again. We especially loved the private, fully fenced yard and beautiful garden. The host was super responsive and helpful when we requested a late checkout due to car trouble. Very appreciative of that kindness.
