Fabulous place! Super clean and spacious, very comfortable bed, huge and unique woodslab table, and kitchen stocked with everything in excellent condition (no scratched pots or pans). We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Easy to reach downtown Ventura or Ojai, friendly neighborhood, and good cafe or food truck options close by. Couldn't recommend more highly, and definitely hope to return! Thanks for making this such a great space, David.

Small but efficient for us two. Great location in Carpinteria. We usually camp at the state beach but opted not to this year. Had everything we needed. Pool and spa were great. Complex was peaceful and other residents and office staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking in gated lot and the spots had plenty of room for our truck and there were bike racks inside the parking lot for locking up our bikes that we took. We only used our vehicle once it was too dark for bike riding, otherwise we biked or walked. Husband fished everyday for several hours while I got to sleep in, relax, watch tv, or walk up the street for shopping. Farmers Market on Thursday was great for buying fresh fruits and veggies and flowers.

This beach house was walking distance from the beautiful Santa Barbara beach and boardwalk. It was a perfect space for me and my family. I really appreciated the extra pull out bed and the playpen for my daughter! The space was filled with thoughtful amenities and extras like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and wipes! I would definitely be booking again when for our next stay.

We had a wonderful stay here! Beautiful, very clean condo! Location was perfect. Appreciated the beach chairs. Kitchen was well equipped. We would stay here again!

The condo was perfect for our family beach stay during Spring Break. Everything was as described. Great location, right on the beach and the condo had everything we needed!

We appreciate the home, the space, but especially Spencer as he was able to accommodate us with ease though we booked same-day in our attempt to escape the LA wildfires. Our home was in a evacuation zone and upon returning, we had no power and detrimental air quality. Spencer's listing had everything we needed to keep us comfortable as we waiting out progress back home. Can't thank and recommend this listing enough!

We loved this apartment. Worth every penny. Clean, comfortable, close to so many activities. A short lovely walk to the ocean, and a quick drive to the downtown area. The bed is super comfy, the kitchen well stocked, and the best shower EVER! Also, it’s a block and a half from a great little market, Rudy’s taqueria (highly recommend!), and a 7-11. Also we felt incredibly safe there with the keypad gates and the private parking. I cannot recommend this rental highly enough. Book it, you won’t regret it. 👍🥰

Great place to stay! Was cozy for me and my girlfriend. It’s in a nice neighborhood with plenty of security so you feel safe. Parking is a little difficult if you come back after 10. Anytime before that is completely fine. Really enjoyed my stay! Would recommend

Awesome condo to stay at! Walking location to state street and funk zone. Liz was a great host, super responsive. Her condo was cute, will definitely be staying there again next time we visit Santa Barbara.

5++ stars!! This place was absolutely amazing and our family (2A, 2K- 10, 7) enjoyed staying here and would definitely book again next time we’re visiting relatives. All amenities were thoughtfully included to make our stay comfortable, right down to the beach tar wipes (which we needed!) and the delightful Wes Anderson coffee table book that we enjoyed reading. Location - Moments to the freeway, and the rest is all walkable- three blocks to the beach, short walk to the pier and On The Alley for a delicious bite and eight minutes to State and the Funk Zone. Grocery store and a pub are conveniently around the corner. House - As others have mentioned, the sound does carry from the other units, but wasn’t a huge issue for us. We found the beds to be a bit soft and a clothes drying rack would be useful, but otherwise no complaints. Property is spotlessly clean, includes a good quality beach set, extra towels/linens, full sized laundry, parking and lovely outdoor patio/bbq area.

The upper deck was not clean, but I think there was a storm the day before. Would have been nice if that had been cleaned up in the morning. But otherwise everything was great.

Great location and of walking distance to restaurants and stores. Felt at home. Beautiful inside designed well. Would love to come back!

*****Highly Recommend Roza was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. My family and I enjoyed our peaceful stay with a short walk to the beach. Our first impression was welcoming, well stocked and cozy. It was bonus to be given access to the the Community Clubhouse which offered an indoor pool, gym and other activities. This location exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay again!

We loved staying here! Great location, walkable to beach, restaurants, grocery and even our sons school:) we stayed for 4 months and had a blast! Definitely recommend to stay especially if you need a long stay..

We had a phenomenal one month stay at the west beach casita. Lara was extremely accommodating and made our stay memorable and easy to work remote. 10/10 would recommend and will stay again.

Great place to stay. Loved that we had both units for two couples and our dog. Super walkable to all of Solvang. And the parking was plenty. Comfortable, clean, easy stay!

The condo was clean comfortable and quiet. The location was convenient to walking trails shops and the beach. Amtrak is a few blocks away for easy trips to Santa Barbara. I would definitely recommend Melinda’s condo in Carpinteria for a great beach vacation.

William provided clear and helpful instructions. We arrived late and had no issues entering gated area and the space was easy to find. It was a clean space, with a fully stocked kitchen, calming vibes throughout the community. We enjoyed walks on the beach. Great location! It looks like the pictures. Hope to return again soon. The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Rob is definitely a super host, and the location is so enjoyable, with walking distance to the sand, and town! My fiance and I will definitely look forward to another stay, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing get away.

Linda's home was the perfect place for our team while we were working in the area. Very close to restaurants and grocery. Her home was clean and cared for. Linda was always responsive to any question. We needed to extend our stay, and the process was easy to navigate with Linda's support, which took pressure off of our plate. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful home while we were working away from our own home.

We enjoyed our week stay at Frank's place. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect! Easy access to the beach and walkable to many great restaurants. We walked to the nearby Amtrak train station to take a quick 15 minute ride to Santa Barbara. Frank provides beach chairs, umbrella, table, cooler, ect for a relaxing day at the beach. Frank was a great host.

Amanda’s listing is wonderful. Easy to find, super clean, amazing location. Lots of extras like well stocked kitchen and bath necessities and lots of beach items included great beach chairs. I highly recommend this Airbnb in the special town of Carpinteria !
