David greeted us upon arrival and, after that, we had privacy in the two-story guest house...which is the size of many homes! The mattresses were so comfortable that my wife wants to know where to get one. The views are lovely, plenty of space for the 4 of us and 3 bathrooms! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again...

Stayed here for a few nights and the house is really wonderful! Had everything we needed and a personal touch.

Beautiful, beautiful home. I visited with my wife and two small children, and the enclosed yard was perfect for us. The home is in a great location with restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Alexis was very communicative and available in case we needed anything. I highly recommend this home, and we hope to stay here again on our next SB visit.

The ranch is even more wonderful in person and now we’ve created exceptional memories there we will remember forever. We were surrounded by stunning nature and I loved being around the goats and chickens in the back. The property is just gorgeous both inside the cabin (every detail was paid attention to) and outside. We enjoyed an intimate celebration here and everyone just loved our peaceful surroundings. We could have asked for more comfortable beds and we just felt so comfortable, in general, the entire time. Thank you, Erin, for such an incredible stay!

The home was convenient and very well maintained. Appreciated its proximity to grocery stores and the airport. The neighborhood was very nice.

My husband and I did a five day stay here and it was well worth it. We wanted to stay somewhere serene while still being able to explore Santa Barbara and Ojai. Santa Barbara is only 15 minutes away and Ojai is about 30 minutes. We bounced around between those two towns and also got to see what Carpinteria was all about. Steven's place is 7 minutes to the Carpinteria Bluffs where heaven meets earth. The locals are friendly and high in consciousness, they are one with the environment and take pride in their role in keeping it safe. The home itself is spacious with great views, the kitchen was fully stocked with the all the cooking essentials. Instacart delivers to this location if you need anything last minute. During the stay you will hear different sounds of farm animals in the distance which I found relaxing. The living room is comfortable with tons of lounge furniture and space. The outdoor decks have plenty of seating and is surrounded by wildlife. If you want peace come here!

Chelsey’s place was everything we could have asked for! Beautiful views, secluded front yard (perfect for our kiddos to run around and play). We were able to put the little ones down for bed and enjoy drinks on the balcony overlooking the ocean—it was amazing. The location of the house makes it pretty walkable to the shops and restaurants. Chelsey also left a very helpful and detailed list of dining recommendations in the area. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen was one of the better stocked kitchens we’ve had via Airbnb. It felt like Chelsey took every detail into consideration when prepping her house for guests. Truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be back. Ian's cozy place was wonderful! Ideal location. Walking distance to funk zone , state street and more. Duplex was clean and comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. Check in and check out was super easy. Ian was very accommodating. Our family really enjoyed themselves! We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay! Nice kitchen and amenities. Beautiful view of the mountains out the living room window. Anne and Emory were quickly responsive to our needs and questions. Highly recommend their place in Solvang!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment on the sand exactly as described. It was perfect for our girls weekend getaway exploring from Carpinteria to Santa Barbara. Alli was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

This is a beautiful, comfortable place to stay in a great neighborhood close to the beach and Funk Zone--which has restaurants, wineries, art galleries, etc. The house was wonderful and had lots of space. We would definitely book this place again.

This is my fourth time staying at Sandy’s place. (And I’m coming back again next month with my daughter and friends) I stayed at two different t locations prior to this, but when I found Sandy’s place, this was the only place I want to stay when visiting Santa Barbara. It’s charming, comfortable, beautifully decorated and the location is ideal. (Very close to the beach as well as State St.) I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and filled with all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable, and we loved the stylish decor. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook a few meals during our stay. Mani was a fantastic host, quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!

We booked this home for our family Christmas trip, and it honestly surpassed our expectations. Lots of room for a big family. The sauna was a plus for us, it snowed when we stayed there and it was such a perfect cozy home for after some snow fun. There isn’t much of a grocery store nearby besides a convenience store. We took a lot of things from outside of the town(near castaic stopped by a Ralph’s) which helped with meals and snacks. They did provide a lot of toiletries so that helped, I would definitely travel again to this property with my family next year. communication was very easy to have and check-in was a breeze!

This is a lovely place to rejuvenate in the Santa Ynez area. It is located between Los Olivos and Santa Ynez so you cannot really walk to anywhere which was fine for us. The biking in the area was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

Some reviews noted spider webs and debris. We saw no evidence of this. Others complained about the heat system in the guest room. We’re familiar with a split system so had no issues. There are 3 different systems in that unit so maybe they were trying the electric wall heater which isn’t very efficient and what seemed to be a gas radiator which didn’t seem to have the pilot light on and also wouldn’t be as efficient. We had timely responses on the few questions we had ahead of our arrival

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and Cynthia was incredible from the beginning of the booking to the day we departed. She thought of everything we could have possibly wanted or may need. The villa is a short drive from all the activities we love; amazing restaurants, beautiful beaches, fun shopping and horseback riding on the beach! We loved relaxing at the villa by the fireplace on chilly mornings and evenings. Sitting on the patio together, listening to the sound of the beautiful fountain was a daily joy for us. We highly recommend Cynthia’s place for a peaceful, romantic get away. It was beautifully decorated and well appointed. We will most definitely return.

We needed a place to stay for our son's graduation after our other Airbnb canceled on us few weeks before graduation. Tracy's place was just what we needed...a place to sleep and shower and reasonably priced. The condo is close to the freeway and close to TJ and Vons.

Simply magical! Stunning property with incomparable views, the best hammock in the world, beautiful outdoor dining space, right on top of Solvang but feels like you’re in the Tuscan countryside. Beautiful, light filled home with views all around and extremely clean and well appointed. Can’t say enough wonderful things, and the hosts are so friendly and helpful. Amazing!

it's a wonderful and ideal place for families for a quick weekend getaway. I had a quiet relaxing weekend with perfect socal weather. The house has really good positive energy.
