Excellent apartment right off the main road in Solvang. Tons of walkable bakeries, restaurants, shops, and parks.

We enjoyed our stay! Nice kitchen and amenities. Beautiful view of the mountains out the living room window. Anne and Emory were quickly responsive to our needs and questions. Highly recommend their place in Solvang!

We absolutely loved Geoffrey’s place and getting to know him and Annika a bit. So clean, great energy, comfortable, and it was perfect to have the hot tub and sauna available. We will be back again!

We had such a wonderful stay at Kiran’s place. She is incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating, making the time there so smooth and comfortable. Communication was always easy, and she truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The home was very clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed. The location was perfect, and i really enjoyed the scenery it was a great way to start each day. I’m so grateful for her hospitality and would highly recommend staying here. This host was amazing. Quick & easy to communicate with. I had to book this place last minute because the previous Santa Barbara reservation cancelled on me the day before the wedding. This house was close enough to Santa Barbara to make it an easy trip, yet peaceful, walkable, & affordable. AND DOG FRIENDLY!! Thank you for a great, stress free stay. Cute home too!

William provided clear and helpful instructions. We arrived late and had no issues entering gated area and the space was easy to find. It was a clean space, with a fully stocked kitchen, calming vibes throughout the community. We enjoyed walks on the beach. Great location! It looks like the pictures. Hope to return again soon. The place was in the perfect location, making it easy to walk into town and have access to all the activities in the area.

Lorie is a great host. She responded quickly to all my messages and gave clear instructions for directions, check-in and Internet log in. There was a good amount of space with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Worldmark resort has a game room with a pool table, foosball, ping pong table and a collection of movies that you can borrow and play in your unit. Hopefully the pool area's renovation finishes quickly, the water was just emptied during our stay. You can walk all around Solvang from here. The front desk has suggestions and discounts to local businesses, coffee in the morning and snack vending machines. The front desk let us pick the view we wanted because there were a few units open to choose from, which was nice. We would stay here again.

Suneetha's place is in the perfect location! We enjoyed daily walks down to the pier to enjoy the sunset, went whale watching, and drove to several beach destinations on the coast, all within 30min to an hour. Her condo is spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed listening to the ocean and birds from the balcony. In unit laundry was great and we enjoyed using the facilities including the gym and swimming in the heated pool! Overall it was a wonderful stay!

*****Highly Recommend Roza was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. My family and I enjoyed our peaceful stay with a short walk to the beach. Our first impression was welcoming, well stocked and cozy. It was bonus to be given access to the the Community Clubhouse which offered an indoor pool, gym and other activities. This location exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay again!

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.

We had an incredible stay in Santa Barbara (for our first time). The house was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean, peaceful, had everything we needed/wanted/expected, as well as an amazing back yard. We went for walks daily to the beach or the preserve. Thank you and we’d love to come back :)

I would go back again and again! I was lucky to get the dates and times it presented and I took it! So glad I did! The waves cleared my mind and the sunset was beautiful. The beach walk was so peaceful and I felt like it was just my personal ocean (hardly no one in sight). Thank you Amber for allowing me the opportunity to stay in this castle! I will be back!

This Santa Barabara upper riviera studio is exactly what I expected. It is a smallish room with beautiful views of the ocean. She has segregated a largish area outside to enjoy the views. My one complaint inside is that it could be lighter. I have suggested she change to a higher wattage light, and that should remedy the problem. She has lots of appliances for your every need. Shower was refreshing. All in all, I got what I paid for!

We had the best time at Beth’s home! It was so comfortable and accessible to Los Olivos. The gym, coffee and music were by in far the best I’ve ever experienced but I also must say the decor and thoughtful amenities in rooms really made this stay special

It’s a pity we were so short… It’s our favorite place in California…It’s the best for our family. So comfortable, cosy, warm with love and care… Thank you so much Lisa! We definitely will come back again…❤️

Jasmine was easy to communicate with, responsive, welcoming and also a lovely person. Her home is set up on the hill with a view of the city and the ocean. It was the perfect place for an intimate family gathering. The home exceeded our expectations. Everything we could need was anticipated and then some. It is also a great place for cooking with a tremendously well outfitted kitchen. There's a great sound system but it's equally rewarding to simply listen to the quiet and the crickets in the night.

Jonathan's place is conveniently located - 5 minutes or so to both Hendry's beach and downtown Santa Barbara. The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and has plenty of privacy. The parking area is spacious. The views from the interior and the deck area are outstanding - you get quite an expansive view of the Santa Ynez mountain range. The house itself is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. The master bed is king sized and we slept great. Jonathan was a great host - very responsive, helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again when in SB. Very nice property.
