Thank you, Erik and Kate, for allowing my family to enjoy your home. As former long time residents of the central coast, bringing my mom back to visit her “home town” and two sons was amazing. She’s not getting any younger so getting this chance to bring her home for the weekend was perfect. Especially a last minute booking. Your home was perfectly situated in the middle of the town, with quick access to the beach and Old Arroyo. Plenty grocery and restaurants to choose from with in close proximity. My daughters and I fell in love as soon as they opened the front door stating, “we could live here.” It had all the amenities we could have asked for, a charming back patio area and plenty of parking. I will definitely come back. Thanks again!

Charming get away near beaches and wineries, located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Unique outdoor gazebo was fun! Fixings for s'mores and wood for fire added a welcoming touch. Thank you for a relaxing stay!

The house was absolutely perfect! A lovely home for four old friends to reunite and enjoy Santa Barbara! The location is outstanding as you can walk to the beach (!) and it's a short drive to all the restaurants and shops of downtown. The home is beautiful and warm and cozy. Getting in was simple and our host messaged me to ensure everything was fine and we had everything we needed. It was a wonderful choice for our weekend getaway. Highly recommend!

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. Nice bedding, thick towels, very comfortable bed. Really stocked with anything you could need. Close to the beach and activities. John was very responsive to communication. Great experience all around.

Our family of five (2 adults, 3 kids) had a phenomenal stay at Ian’s. The unit was clean, comfortable, and quiet - the best thing about it was the location, truly in the heart of all that Santa Barbara has to offer. Ian was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

I was very pleased with my three week say, at David's place. The building is well maintained, clean, and secure. Felt safe. I see the effort that was made, to make this a good place to stay. Well furnished. Full size TV, and fridge. Fully stocked kitchen, with gas stove, pots and pans, dishes, ect. Full size comfortable bed. Secure parking under the building. Best with a small car. We overall had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Maureen’s place. There place has so many wonderful small touches including a very sunny bathroom, a lemon tree, 5 minutes to downtown, 7 minutes to nature preserves, and overall a well stocked home. Maureen was clear and prompt in communication throughout our stay, and truly a kind compassionate individual.

This was the most beautiful place inside, whoever designed and decorated it deserves an award. It was quiet, the neighbors were friendly and it was so close to all the things!

Great place. Much more affordable option than staying in downtown Santa Barbara. Only a quick 10 minute drive into town. Our hosts were extremely friendly, helpful, and communicative. We had no problems with the space or the surroundings, and the place was exactly what we expected. Thank you George and Azul!

Leah's place is great in every way. The unit is bright, well organized, very clean and has all the amenities needed by a traveler. The location is excellent--in the heart of Carpinteria so you can walk to everything--restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store and the beach.

Loved the convenient location of Baby Dux, super close to everything and very walkable. Very cozy and cute, perfect for 2!

What a beautiful space! So close to everything so walking everywhere was perfect! Easy check in and clear instructions. There were 5 of us in the space and with the vaulted ceilings and so much light coming in, it felt very spacious. It was cozy and close to everything we wanted to do! Jane’s place was very comfortable for our 10-day stay. The light was lovely, the kitchen easily accommodated two people cooking together, and each room was larger than I expected, vs. many airbnb rentals that are smaller than you expect based on the photos. It is an easy walk to a great produce market that has everything you need, Stearns Wharf, a delightful zoo, a bird refuge and of course East Beach. I took advantage of beach yoga there. Reunion kitchen at the CaBrillo Pavillion was very convenient and the food was quite good. Great latte!

Great location! Direct access to the beach and we did a bonfire with the pits provided. I wish we were there longer.

Rob is definitely a super host, and the location is so enjoyable, with walking distance to the sand, and town! My fiance and I will definitely look forward to another stay, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing get away.

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.

Can't say enough great things about this Airbnb or the host! Check in was easy and Autumn made everything so smooth for us! She was detailed with her instructions and very responsive. The airbnb itself was fantastic!! It was spotless, clean, best location, great views and walkable to anything you need. I will definitely be staying there again for all future Santa Barbara locations! Highly recommend this airbnb!

Great place, loved the location, and it was very clean. Host had clear instructions and very responding. Place was a bit small for the price for 4 friends but it would be perfect for a family, I plan to bring my parents soon and hopefully use this place.
