This location is very close to the beach. My husband walked to the beach with our toddler and our baby no problem, there and back. It is close to a lot of eateries, and Vons grocery store. There's a lovely backyard for you and your family to relax. It's a great location. 2 story, with bedrooms upstairs.

Absolutely stunning unit and very private! It’s in a quiet area with a gated entrance. It was very comfortable and I only wish we had more time to enjoy!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Great little loft right by the beach. Cozy space with all the basics. We booked on short notice and Jim took the time to call to ensure our check-in instructions were received. Would happily stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The 1 bedroom suite has so much vintage charm but kept in top condition with all the luxuries one could want for. Great water pressure, instant hot water, uninterrupted wifi, luxury bedding and furniture - we were super comfortable, the location was excellent - very walkable to shops/restaurants/beach. We drove up from Los Altos, parking was easily available. My family reports that they would happily stay here again when we visit next.

Great service beautifu house And neighborhood

This place was perfect for us! We loved the Pierpont community vibe. The beach was a 5 min walk away and there was a wagon for us to use which was wonderful. Instead of bunk beds like the listing photos, there were twin beds, which also worked great for us. We felt super at home and the host was extremely helpful when we had any troubleshooting to do. We would love to stay again!

Jennifer’s home in Ojai was clean, comfortable, and very peaceful. We enjoyed waking up the views of the surrounding area each morning. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Ojai.

Cooper and family are great hosts. We communicated through our stay and always got a quick response. Terrific hosts for our first Airbnb stay. We will be using Airbnb again thanks to our positive experience cultivated by Cooper and his family. Very easy to find and access the house. It's a front house on a two house property so we were able to come and go without disturbing the second house. The house was very clean and minimal but plenty furnishings. It had the appeal and cleanliness of a hotel suite with the warmth and space, both inside and out, of a private house. Beautiful property with a fresh garden. Thank you for the stay!

Mark was an angel. We were forced to evacuate due to the fires in Los Angeles. Mark was highly communicative, caring, and generous. He allowed us to check in early due to our dire circumstances and maintained the utmost professionalism as we dealt with this relocation. The Airbnb was spotless & so stunning. So grateful. Cannot wait to come back under better circumstances.

Julie was a great host and very communicative. The place was better than described and was very clean, comfortable, and nicer than described. Our family enjoyed Julie’s home and her place made our getaway very relaxing and a great stay. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. It was a clean space, with a fully stocked kitchen, calming vibes throughout the community. We enjoyed walks on the beach. Great location! It looks like the pictures. Hope to return again soon. The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Carpinteria is incredible already - have visited many times. We love the quiet area, everything in walking distance to the condo, and a beautiful calm beach literally 'right next door.' The condo was exactly as advertised, very cute, comfortable, well appointed, great refrigerator, and lots of space to unpack our simple belongings. Amanda also provided local tips that were much appreciated! There were even beach chairs and beach towels! We loved sitting on the balcony as the sun was setting to wind down each day! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.

I was on the hunt for a cozy, cool place for our family of 5 with 2 grown children and 1 teen to enjoy family time together. We initially chose Oxnard b/c of its proximity to Sunburst Railbikes which we were eager to experience. However, narrowing down our exact accommodation, I was intrigued to read not one but three reviews that stated this was the best Air B ‘n B ever stayed. I am now the 4th to say that. Loved how central the townhome was to shops, eateries, hikes and adventures yet how delightful it was to stay in and watch movies on the 3rd floor. The decor and color palette of each room was just right, evoking a warm, peaceful feeling. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything needed to prepare meals, the beds were comfy and the attention to detail was remarkable. All 5 of us were thrilled to enjoy such a memorable vacay in this lovely home away from home!
