Robert And Arlina were fantastic and so accommodating we fled the la fire and Robert and Arlina went on and above to help us feeling safe and so well taking care of the house is fantastic and so close to the beach i really appreciated that every room had a tv, so it was easy to follow the news and see how the la fire developed i can really recommend staying here you will never find a more accommodating hostess

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

We loved staying here. The property is peaceful and quiet with farm animals to visit nearby. The home was warm and cozy and was stocked with everything we needed and more. My girls enjoyed seeing the animals and playing the games that were provided. We can't wait to visit again!

Bobbi's harbor house was absolutely beautiful - right on the water, fairly quiet and peaceful, but also with plenty to look at (locals on their various boats, paddleboards, etc). We decided to bring most of our food in (so that we could enjoy the gorgeous back patio as much as possible!), but there are also some yummy restaurants/bars/cafes nearby, if you're staying for more than a couple days. Bobbi was an excellent host - sent just enough messages to make us feel welcome and at home and was quick to respond if I had any questions while staying there. I highly recommend Bobbi's place if you are looking for a beautiful, peaceful, waterfront vacay. :)

The house is really nice and the frint yard is perfect for dogs. Super comfirtable beds. Overall we had a wonderful stay and Jeanne was helpful and really nice. Highly recommend!

Very nice spacious living quarters. Comfortable furniture, nice amenities, feels just like home. We needed a place to stay to visit the wine region, but the home itself turned into part of our vacation that we wanted to enjoy. The kitchen was stocked well and we never fell short on dishes, pots & pans or utensils. David was a wonderful host, was a great responsive communicator and took time to chat and make sure we were comfortable. This is great find, don't hesitate on this one.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and thoughtful, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of style and comfort. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was ideal—close to everything I wanted to explore but still quiet and peaceful.

My friends and I loved this air bnb. Rosa was super responsive and very helpful when the app was giving me a hard time to book her place. The place was amazing and super peaceful. It even snowed while we were there!! Would totally recommend booking it’s worth it. Place was completely clean when arriving and check in and check out was super simple. Instructions and rules posted everywhere to make us all aware.

This cabin was everything and more. We had 4 families all with kids and we all loved it!!! The kitchen was well equipped as we forgot some pans and overall things and Julie had it all! Even as simple as salt. Also a plus there was a kid bookshelf and toys! We were sad there was so snow but drove a bit and found some. Julie was very communicative and very kind. We can’t wait to book again!

Diane and Mike’s place is like a private little paradise. It’s quiet and peaceful. The view of the sunrise from the bedroom window is nothing short of breathtaking. Nights are clearly visible and gorgeous. You can even occasionally see the rockets from Vandenberg SFB. 10 min from the beach and hundreds of trails. Diane & Mike are incredibly kind and generous, with homemade scones to greet arriving guests and sweet bowls of fresh fruits & veggies from the garden on my doorstep, like a secret garden fairy. Oh, and Bear!! What an absolute love he is! Being here is like winning the lottery. You’ll never want to leave. It’s an incredible thing to find the right match between a peaceful long-term stay and budding new friendships.

We loved our stay at this cute house! It was perfect for the three of us (myself and husband and teenage daughter) plus the fenced in yard was great for our dog. The house is adorable and the yard makes it fee like you are in the tropics. It's a quick walk to the dog-friendly beach, which we enjoyed long walks on every morning. And you are a 5 minute drive from the town of Montecito and close to Santa Barbara. We would definitely stay here again to visit our other daughter at college.

First, this is an amazing property. It's more beautiful and relaxing than the pictures can capture. It provided a much needed respite for our family during a fortunately brief evacuation from the socal fires. It's convenient to a number of great trails and beaches. We also had fun saying hi to the animals. Lastly, Laurie and the property manager went above and beyond to be supportive during a stressful time for our family. We look forward to coming back for a full vacation!

The place was great for my family and my furry friends. Beautiful outdoor spaces and the house had everything we needed.

We think the Wine Country Cottage is a lovely place to stay. Our many reasons include: gracious and responsive hosts; beautiful rural/country setting; fire pit; full kitchen; comfortable bedding; full laundry; and the sweetest donkeys—Henry and Jack. Erin and Joe made us feel welcome right away and we look forward to our next stay in this peaceful place.

Donna is incredible. We booked her place due to the recent evacuations in LA & Ventura counties and she was wonderful in every way. She responded so promptly and was such a light during a dark time. Janet’s place is everything I expected and so much more! The small cottage makes you feel welcome, the attention to details from the fresh flowers and orchids, to the beautiful inside decor, to the amazing landscape that makes you feel secluded and comfortable. We were welcomed with a bottle of great wine, and breakfast items for the first few days which makes it so convenient. The bird bath that is visible just outside the window and from the dining table, I could just spend hours watching them. The house is close to downtown and we walked everywhere from there. It was a great experience and will be staying here again when traveling to Santa Barbara

Lovely stay - everything was as described. Entrance is quite private, and it feels almost like your own little studio on the side of the house. Hosts were super friendly and responsive — and prepped the space with snacks and drinks :) Pretty good base for getting around Ventura (immediate vicinity), Oxnard (~10 min), and Ojai (~30 min)… as well as other places a bit further away (LA, Santa Barbara, etc.). Would definitely stay again!
