Mike and Cindy’s cottage studio was charming, clean, pretty and perfect for my trip to visit family. We could walk to restaurants and shops and at the end of a busy day, it was a comfortable haven to return to.

Marjorie's place was so peaceful and quiet. It's beautifully landscaped and my family enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay. The proximity to the beach and location in Santa Cruz were great. It was ideal for walks to and on the beach. The Boardwalk was close by via car as were a good selection of restaurants and shopping downtown. The house was clean and thoughtfully outfitted. Thanks!!

Our stay at the Evolve property was amazing! The home was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The highlight was definitely the beautiful backyard – it was a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoying the outdoors. The space was ideal for our group, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this property to others. It’s a wonderful place to stay!

We really enjoyed staying at Geoff's place. Worked wonderfully for a gathering of family and friends for a Memorial Service in the area. We enjoyed the layout of the house as well as spending time in the yard around the Firepit and Hot tub. Also loved walking to Natural Bridges. Thank you Sue (co-host) and Geoff for providing a comfortable and relaxing place with so many helpful amenities to gather for an important weekend.

Great stay! The listing was private and included a reserved parking spot, which was super convenient. Amenities were great, wonderful bedroom and bathroom. We didn’t get to use the kitchen, but it looked well maintained and stocked. Overall, definitely recommend!

Five-star host! Is a great experience for me especially as a foreigner. This is a great place, in the best location, a lovely, ideally placed (close to park, shop, restaurant), well equipped, comfortable house, everything you need is there. I feel like a home with family during the stay. As a newbie in US, Aunty Phoebe and Uncle John provided me great advice. They are super nice.

We stayed here for a work conference for 2 nights with 8 women. It worked out great for all of us to have room for all our things. Bathrooms were quite nice. The kitchen and family room was very spacious for us to hang out and team build together as well. This would be an ideal location for any Levi Stadium events/concerts as it's right across the street. Our host, Dien, was great at communication before and during the stay. Thank you!

Beutiful place with great views nicely upgraded ocean front house. We had a little trouble with heating system (thermostat not working) but we managed. It would be a perfect stay if we did not have that little trouble with heater. I trust the owners will be fixing that. In short, we had a great time and will go back!
