Booked last minute- was very pleasantly surprised! Even better than photos! Location was easy to find (drive in late at night) very easy to check in. Very walkable to everything- beach was a few blocks! Great location to get to the middle of town in no time at all. The private patio space with the hot tub was so amazing after a beach day. I will for sure be booking this place again! Also Liza was super helpful and easy to reach if I had any questions. Book here - it’ll exceed expectations!

We love it so much we returned and plan to make it an annual tradition. It's peaceful, well priced and a complete delight!

Shari’s sea otter cottage was a wonderful way for my family and I to spend our Spring Break. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home (especially the plate of homemade cookies my 8 year old immediately devoured!). In all seriousness, the house is wonderful. From the hot tub and a short walk to the beach, we will definitely come back. Thanks again!

A magical sanctuary! We loved every minute of our stay and the only negative part was that we had to leave. The location is epic- walk anywhere, restaurants, beach, UCSC, downtown, coffee shops. The hot tub is totally private and the place has a very homey feel. The lot is beautiful. Would stay here again.

The house was easy to find and near the beach, as advertised. It felt like home and was accessible to nearby restaurants. Gabriel responded to our questions quickly and was friendly. My wife had crutches and found the house easy to get around. The neighborhood was great and close to beautiful views . Definitely a high recommendation !

We had a wonderful time at the ranch—the location was beautiful, and the unit was spacious. There was hot water and strong WiFi. Dogs on the property were friendly and adorable. However, the cleanliness of the unit could use some improvement. It would benefit from a professional deep cleaning to really match the quality of the overall experience. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

April's place in Los Altos Hills was perfect for my stay in the Bay Area. Gorgeous property that's well maintained and private. April & team were very responsive for anything I needed during my stay. Would recommend anyone staying here particularly for longer stays given the amazing kitchen. I'll be back. Thanks again!

What an amazing spot! This was one of the best locations I’ve been to so far. They provided everything you could possibly need. Such a beautiful clean home in such a beautiful location that was incredibly easy to get to. I would definitely stay there again! We had an amazing time.

Honestly, above and beyond cozy! Surrounded by giant trees and the kitchen is loaded with everything needed to make meal after meal. Enjoyed our day at the Boardwalk, but looked forward to coming "home". Tamara was always quick to reply with courtesy, and the beds are comfy. We didn't wanna leave!

Place is just as described, if you like being out in the country more rugged and alone this place is for you, just be aware the bedroom has curtains but the rest of home does not at night this might scare somebody but I was fine

Great spot close to the water and easy to access, park and walk to and from.

the cottage was nice and peaceful. It was spacious and comfortable. the kitchen was well stocked and had everything i needed to cook meals. overall the stay was excellent and worth the price.

my husband and i stayed for 2 months for our sunny winter retreat and it was PERFECT! everything is well stocked from kitchen appliances, linens, toilet paper to batteries. so many thoughtful touches throughout the house. the deck is DIVINE and sun streams in the house morning through sunset. the beach is an easy walk away and very few people during the week. i requested cotton bedding and green, fragrance-free cleaning and Lori generously accommodated our needs. thank you, thank you, thank you!

The house had a great surf vibe, with a nice sunny open living room and easy walking distance to the beach. This was a great spot for our family trip.

perfect location. perfect size space. the backyard is beautiful! pool was amazing, so many places to sit and layout. cottage was spacious and cozy, nice and cool when the door and windows are closed. nick left towels for the pool and shower for us. definitely would stay here again.

Jerry and Poh are very gracious hosts. I stayed with them for a month and I loved their place. It was well stocked with necessary amenities, with none of the clutter. Jerry was always very responsive and often pro-active. My stay was in June, with a prolonged heat wave, and Jerry proactively installed a portable air-conditioner at no extra charge. His family is very welcoming, and warm and will make you feel right at home. I will recommend his place to everyone.
