Great location on Santana Row with cafes and restaurants within a short walk. We only used the kitchen for breakfast. It was suitable for other meals, too. The two BRs and two BAs were useful. Note that the 3rd bed is upstairs next to the master. We enjoyed relaxing on the couch and watching TV.

This apartment is perfect for a fun visit to Santa Cruz. It’s a new construction with convenient, safe parking situated downtown. Everything in the apartment is clean, new and well thought out. The best part is the prompt and thorough host. Dave immediately responded to any concerns or needs we had and everything about check in and check out was easy and clear. Honestly, for a couple or small family visiting for the weekend (or longer!) you can’t do better than this.

Staying at Claire's place was a great experience for our family. We were able to enjoy a fun evening with the kids at Santa Cruz Boardwalk. We took a peaceful wall at Natural Bridges State Park. We had a delicious Oaxacan dinner at Copal Restaurant. We went to Roaring Camp Railroad and enjoyed stunning views of the redwood forest. All these location were no more than a 20 minute drive from Claire's place. This was our first time visiting Santa Cruz. I highly recommend staying at Claire's place . We felt safe and very comfortable in her private condo.

I absolutely loved the place. We had a one bedroom apartment, which was spacious and beautiful. Everything was spotless and high-quality. It felt like home, with the additional amenities: gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, an additional kitchen for cooking with friends, two courtyards with barbecue and a fire pit. The crew was very friendly and helpful. There are some restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets just 5 min away by walking. Locale was very responsive, professional and flexible. Overall one of the best stay I had, I highly recommend it.

Coming from Alaska, Diana did a wonderful job! Especially with communication. This is my second time staying here, I just had to come back! Love the area, quiet and safe. Walking distance from Safeway, beautiful amenities, for sure enjoyed the pool! The pictures doesn’t do its justice for how truly beautiful the ambience is. Ultimately, I will give the place 5 stars as it met the expectations I had. For the price the location is hard to beat. Especially if you are interning at Adobe, Zoom, Deloitte etc. In Room 210 specifically, noise was not an issue despite being directly near night life and sandwiched between a bar and restaurant. The windows were very noise canceling. This room in particular is pretty separated from neighbors so privacy was great. Hosts were responsive. I will point out a few issues I encountered. WiFi is bad. To the point where TV in bedroom was essentially unusable for streaming. I would not rely on connection for remote work/video calls. There is an Ethernet connection provided in kitchen so make sure to bring an adapter if you have a Mac. Dryers occasionally broke down requiring extra payment. These were not huge issues for me. Other than that, good experience. I would recommend for any tech interns.

I had an incredible experience staying at Kitty’s place! The home was cozy, and the location was perfect. The host was super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Great host- from the time we booked the Airbnb until the time we signed out (and after), Kwesi was always available, and genuinely interested in how we were doing G, what else we might need, etc. Great place- clean, quiet, beautiful, nice location.

Great place, comfy, and felt like a home. The location was easily accessible to major roadways which made driving very easy. With a host who was very responsive and clear, there was nothing else that I would ask for out of a vacation stay.

Ryan is a great host answered all of our questions, addressed our requests/needs promptly. A neat safe place near shopping and close to Stanford university met our goal of staying in the area.

Great stay! The house was very clean and organized. The bathrooms were excellent. Johana responded to all our questions quickly. The location of the house is excellent, close to everything in the area. The gated community has very good security patrols, which adds a sense of safety.

Would family had an amazing time at Sean condo! It had amazing views, the house was extremely nice, and very clean. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Aptos!!

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The house was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with great amenities like a washer and dryer, which made our trip even more convenient. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the fast internet was a huge plus. The host was responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a wonderful experience—we would definitely stay here again!

While I did not need a four BR house, being in the area for business for two+ weeks meant that I was able to feel at home, including use of an office with large monitor. I love to cook and can say there was not a single utensil or appliance that was lacking. With a choice of gas or charcoal, I truly got a chance to make food superior to what I would have to eat at a restaurant if I stay in a hotel. Tone was super cooperative and responsive, so his will be the first place I will look for on my quarterly trips to the area.

I loved my long term stay here! This airbnb is well equipped with every amenity, it is spacious, it's in a nice area of south san jose, parking is provided, and on top of it all the hosts are fantastic. The hosts went out of their way to make accommodations for the stay and even helped when I was stuck without a car - I highly recommend the stay!

The house is decorated with taste, comfortable, and has a toto washlet. The kitchen was well equipped with sharp knives! The peloton bike and yoga mat are fantastic. The house is much smaller than it looks on pictures but it is kind of usual with airbnb. other than that pictures are accurately describing the place.

We stayed at Sara's while visiting family nearby, but her home felt like a vacation in itself. The backyard is magical - we spent a fair amount of time there, swimming, grilling/dining, reading/napping. The backyard (and its myriad diversions) even lured our tech-obsessed teenagers away from their devices for extended periods. Everything was well maintained, no detail overlooked. We also enjoyed the access to a peloton bike and workout equipment. The interior was clean, organized, stylish but comfortable. The sunroom and small courtyard off of the bedrooms were great for yoga or stealing a quiet moment with a cup of coffee or book. Sara was responsive and attentive. Instruction booklet was clear and helpful. The stay exceeded our expectations. We hope to be back.

Great home base for a family trip to San Jose. Bedrooms were spacious, and having a king bed in every bedroom was quite nice.

I cannot say enough good things about my 10-day stay at this place. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed — it truly felt like a home away from home.
