Santa Croce, Florence : locations de vacances avec lit PMR

This was such a charming place! Max greeted us right away at the apartment was super responsive, gave us recommendations, and even had a bottle of wine for us! The location is perfect, with tons of restaurants and cafes nearby. We had some construction during our visit which started very early morning but it was due to recent weather damage and no fault of our host. Overall I would highly recommend this place! ☺️

This apartment is well valued. The bed is very comfortable. The coffee was delicious and the shower was hot with good water pressure. Across the street is a grocery and many restaurants steps away. Very close to so many Florentine iconic treasures. Highly recommend at an excellent price!

What an incredible experience. Marco goes above and beyond to make sure that the stay is a 5 star. Always did in communication and I really feel that I was home. The apartment is super comfortable and the dedication and guest service that Marco provides is amazing. Always taking care of everything, giving advice in regards to where to go and what to do. What a fantastic experience. If I would have the opportunity to extend the stay at Marco's apartment, I would definitely would do it. But have to return to work. I will definitely will book another trip to Florence and will contact Marco again. Marco ensures that all the details are in place. Marco is a super start and deserves the Airb&B award . I had a fantastic stay at this centrally located Airbnb in Florence. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to all the major attractions. Monica was exceptionally responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Florence!

Matteo’s Airbnb was great! We stayed for 2 nights, it was very clean everything was walking distance. Matteo was very friendly, responsive and flexible with all my questions! Definitely recommend staying here!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay. The location was quiet and peaceful with great access to Florence by train. Marco is an excellent host. He was always responsive and helpful and had a notebook with all the information we could ask for. He welcomed us with a very nice regional wine and biscotti. Everything we needed was in the accommodation. The town had nice restaurants, shops, and a great market on Saturday. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to visit Florence and Tuscany.

Marvellous place! The views are divine, interieur is beautiful. It is more spacious than it looks on the photos. Comfortable bed, handy kitchen. Shower is a little tricky, as the water only flows from a fixed spot overhead - but it can be taken as an adventure. Lapo is very friendly and helpful, he helped us with our suitcases and gave a ride to bus station when we left. To reach the place by foot you have to climb rather a lot, but it is definitely worth it. Bus connection with Firenze is very good, so this place is a suitable base for exploring the city, but Fiesole and its surroundings themselves are worth visiting also.

We had a great time in Gherardo’s place. The well-equipped apartment with all you need, cleanliness, perfect location together with the unique view to an inside yard made our experience close to perfect. The property is very calm, total lack of noice, located in the heart of Florence just next to the Four Seasons hotel. Host’s recommendations were very helpful to us. For sure, we’ll book same apartment for our next visit in Florence and can strongly recommend it to all our friends and relatives. Best wishes to Gherardo in all personal and professional respects !

Alessandro es de los mejores anfitriones que he tenido en mi experiencia con Airbnb, es amigable, tranquilo, y siempre hay algo para sus invitados en la cocina. El tiempo de respuesta de sus mensajes es corto, siempre está pendiente de sus huéspedes y da muy buenas recomendaciones para visitar cerca a Casalguidi o con facilidades para llegar/salir de ahí. La casa está limpia y las fotos coninciden con el alojamiento. ¡Gracias por todo, Alessandro!

Nous avons passé 10 jours en juillet 2024 dans ce logement avec nos deux enfants de 4 et 6 ans. Nous partageons les avis des commentaires précedents. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison et surtout le grand et beau jardin sans vis-à-vis, entièrement pour nous. Elisabetta, en déplacements durant notre séjour, a été disponible pour répondre à nos questions et accueillante. Nous avons facilement visité tous les environs, tout en profitant en fin de journée de la piscine du camping voisin de l'autre coté de la route, facile d'accès et calme. Nous avons pu alterner visites touristiques et activités pour les enfants (accrobranche, piscine du camping, jeux dans le jardin, jeux du gîte...etc). Nous avons adoré utiliser la douche solaire dans le jardin au soleil couchant. Enfin, il est vrai que la circulation sur la route voisine perturbe, surtout le matin et le soir, le calme général, mais on s'y habitue finalement. Et, surtout, les excellentes prestations du logement compensent ce point !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paola Giovanna’s lovely home. Paola and her whole family were welcoming, warm and helpful. We really enjoyed an Italian cooking class with Paola’s grandson, Thomas! We also enjoyed wine tasting at Paola’s neighbour, Buondonno. This residence truly provided an exceptional Tuscan experience!!

Vi två nyblivna pensionärer hyrde huset en hel månad och trivdes väldigt bra. Eftersom vi hade egen bil och gärna åker runt och ser oss omkring var det inget problem att ta sig till olika intressanta och vackra omgivningar. Till fots är det ganska brant till byn och i omgivningarna, men det uppvägs av den fantastiska utsikten. Vi tyckte det var ett mycket funktionellt hus. Köket var underbart att jobba i, och när vi hade ett annat par på besök en vecka var det så bra med flera sovrum med eget badrum och på två våningar. Rymligt kring matplats och kök, fin terass och avskilt från grannen i samma hus, som vänligt tog emot och visade oss huset när vi kom.

We loved our time at this rustic Tuscan property tucked up under the Castello di Poppiano. It is a large private space with tremendous views. The weather was not optimal for us so we didnt get a chance to stroll through the landscape but were delighted when the cats made an appearance for us. Sara met us to introduce us to the property and did a great job getting us acclimated. We were very comfortable here and the location allowed us to maximize our time in Tuscany and get to the experiences we were looking to have over a 4 day span. The only criticism is that the interior lighting is not very bright and often times was darker than we would would have preferred but that was only a minor concern.

Wir haben ein paar schöne Herbsttage bei Francesca verbracht. Er ist viel schöner als auf den Fotos abgebildet. Das Haus ist traumhaft und ruhig auf einem Hügel gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und Francesca war stets kurzfristig zu erreichen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Absolutely gorgeous property, modern amenities and ample space for a group of people. Matteo was great at communicating and helped us greatly with check-in. The walk to Florence’s town center is a bit long but easily done, great access to stores and food. The only small note is one bedroom faces a busier road and the noise may disturb light sleepers. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Tommaso's place and he is an excellent, responsive host. Tommaso greeted me at the apartment and carried my 50-pound bag up the two flights of stairs, which I very much appreciated after an overnight flight from New York. He explained how everything in the apartment works in great detail and had a booklet with the instructions in case I forgot. He also left a map of Florence with recommendations for bars and restaurants. The apartment is in a convenient location, walkable to everything I needed. The apartment looks just like the photos and was very clean and comfortable. Having the second bathroom, with room to open my suitcase and shelves for my things, was a big help. I highly recommend Tommaso's place! It helped make my first trip to Florence a great one!

Great check in where Frederico explained everything about the apartment, which was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and then kitchen was well equipped. Great location for walking to all the tourist attractions.

Our stay at Villa Le Pergole was amazing. The Villa was the true essence of Tuscany. Though the beauty and history was amazing, the best part was Anna. She is such a kind host going above and beyond to make our experience magical. She helped us navigate the city, provided a cosy, relaxing space, and made us feel completely at home. It is possible to get to Florence by walking to the bus and/or tram. We highly recommend Anna's home!
