I love staying at Caterina’s well appointed place when I’m in Firenze. It is well designed, comfortable, clean, organized, and spacious. Caterina’s place is situated in an area of Florence without the congestion of being in the historic center, yet being walking distance to all the sights. Situated just a few minutes walk from historic Piazza Liberta, her apartment has tons of great, local style restaurants and everything you need just outside her door. There is an Esselunga directly around the corner with everything you need, perfect for longer stays and for groceries if you like to cook. Further for cooking, there is an excellent farmers market just a 5 minute walk from her apartment. There you can get all the freshest produce, meats, cheeses, etc. Caterina is most gracious and friendly as a host. She is always available to answer any questions and always has poignant advice for anything that came to mind. Don’t hesitate to book her place. You will have an unforgettable experience.

Can definitely recommend this apartment. What we loved was the short walk from the train station and the short walk to all the attractions of Florence. And the view is outstanding, loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sites. Perfect for a couple for a weeklong stay.

We stayed at Tiago’s place on a trip to Florence that was for both work and pleasure. The apartment was just as pictured and had everything we needed (including fast internet for telework!). From the moment we arrived, Tiago was friendly and communicative. The location is great - peaceful and calm but also a quick walk or bus ride to the city center. We arrived with our car and appreciated that there was plenty of free street parking right in front of the apartment. Highly recommend you stay with Tiago when you’re in Florence (don’t forget to try his ice cream at the shop next door - it’s great!). We hope to return again the next time we’re in Florence. There’s something very special about this home and its surroundings. It’s both serene and spiritual. A charming old farmhouse, with the most beautiful greenery all around it, (many olive and fig trees) and stone pathways to lead your way. Beatrice is so helpful and sweet. She is lovely to talk to. She is available when needed, yet allows you privacy. She also let us have the opportunity for a late check out. Getting to Florence from the home is a 35-45 minute drive, but there are many surrounding towns that Beatrice helps you to navigate. If ever I return, this will be where I stay. Thank you Beatrice!

Such a wonderful stay! I loved the privacy of being so high up, we didn’t have to worry about anyone being able to look in the windows. The washing machine was very convenient. Beautiful and clean.

Francesco's place was a great find. The location was just right; walking distance to every place I wanted to visit, but just enough off the very center to be less crowded. Also, I got to see the beautiful facade of the Bascilica di Santa Croce every time I walked out the door! There are some really good restaurants nearby; the famous gelateria, Vivoli, is steps away; and a short walk took me to the nearby supermercato. For those who want to eat in sometimes, as I did, though minimally-equipped, kitchen worked well to make simple meals with a refrigerator, an induction cooktop and a microwave). The apartment is not huge, but feels spacious with its high ceilings, and was comfortable for me staying both solo and as a couple. I stayed for four weeks, and I was happy to return to my little home away from home every day. Francesco was a great host, very accommodating, who checked in weekly to make sure all was well, and was quick to respond to any question or concerns I had.

Daniela’s apartment was spacious, beautiful and smells great. We loved the big TV screen, comfy sofa and bbq grill on the patio. It was a distance from Firenze, but it was easy to get around with a car. Daniela was always helpful through text, even though we didn’t get to see her. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

La Suite di Paola è esattamente come nelle foto, forse addirittura meglio che in foto, pulitissima, ordinatissima e profumatissima. La posizione è perfetta per chi come me aveva necessità di un alloggio vicino all'Ospedale Careggi (10 minuti a piedi). Essendo comunque l'alloggio posizionato di fronte alla fermata della tramvia è facilissimo e comodo anche arrivare in centro a Firenze. Paola è un host molto gentile e disponibile.

Elona and Daniele are amazing hosts, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left they were there to help guide us, support us, and in even gift us with their huge hearts! Words cannot express the quality of the hosts caring nature of your overall well being and stay. I had to get some work done remotely as many of us do now, and the hosts went out of their way to upgrade to a super high internet speed plan, which was noticed when working, the WiFi connection was lightning fast. The amount of toys, tools, and furniture available for our 2 year old baby, as well as books, was second to none. The private parking spot in the garage with security door is a huge plus, and was the initial reason we booked this place in Florence. Overall we fell in love with the city and the hosts, and are definitely looking forward to returning soon, and staying with Elona and Daniele again if their place is available. Thanks!

L’appartamento rispecchia perfettamente le foto, molto confortevole, il bagno e le camere molto spaziose, la cucina grande e con le comodità giuste. È presente anche un ascensore, molto comodo ! Posizione perfetta, il tram a 5 minuti a piedi e con fermate dell’autobus sotto casa. Supermercati anche quelli vicini. Federico sempre disponibile, gentile, reattivo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente !!

merci à l'hôte pour sa gentillesse. piscine municipale à 2 minutes à pieds (bonnets de bains obligatoires). le tramway pour aller à Florence est à 10 minutes en voiture, il vous en coûtera 0,30 euros d'autoroute pour y allez. le parking est à 7 euros si vous y restez entre plus de 10 heures. les tickets de tramway sont à 1,70 euros l'aller. mais s'est un super moyen de transport pour aller sur Florence, environs 30 minutes depuis la villa. les tramway partent environs toutes le 6/7 minutes, jusqu'à 23h30. merci à l'hôte pour ses conseils. le garage pour la voiture est un plus. nous avons même eu droit à un très bon gâteau de l'hôte le dernier jour. merci

We had a lovely stay at Torre Rossa early September. We were without car so walked the long driveway to the bus for outings to Florence and managed to get taxis easily back. The pool was great with gorgeous view of Florence. Our 3 year old enjoyed the cubby house and toys.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable, especially for our 2-year-old daughter. There were plenty of toys and useful items that made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful snacks and drinks provided – a perfect touch after a long journey. The location is incredibly convenient, with a pizzeria, pastry shop, and grocery store just a stone's throw away. Plus, the bus stop to the city center is nearby, making it easy to explore. We highly recommend this Airbnb for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Thank you for the exceptional hospitality!

Our stay here was excellent! This apartment is in a superb location near Santa Croce church and the Arno- walk to shops and food. My family and I stayed for 9 nights in mid Nov with our 2 kids, and the grandparents. We lucked out with mostly sunny & chilly weather. Yelena met us at checkin & was incredibly helpful in walking us through the huge apartment, explaining & answering all our questions. Conad grocery store just below us on the same block has everything to cook a quick dinner at home of pasta and veggies for the kids. The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials to cook a dinner. Beds very comfortable. The apt was higher end than most Airbnbs. And it was much nicer than the other places we stayed in Italy and where our other family members were staying. Superb! I felt like I was staying in a relatives beautiful apartment. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the team at Acacia for making our trip easy and special!

Simone est un hôte accueillant et amical et sa maison située dans un quartier paisible permet d’accéder au centre de Florence rapidement via le tramway. Le parking permet de laisser le véhicule en journée et d’accéder au centre-ville en soirée ou bien d’accéder aux points de vue et aux jardins situés sur les collines de la rive-sud. Nous remercions Simone pour ses conseils et ses explications et pour notre excellent séjour à Florence.

Wir waren als Gruppe dort und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Einzellage ist sehr idyllisch mit sagenhaftem Ausblick ins Tal und über die Olivenbäume. Die Villa war sehr gut ausgestattet( Küche alles was man sich vorstellen kann, zusätzlicher Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine +Trockner…) man hat gemerkt, dass das Haus auch privat genutzt wird und deshalb auch mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert war. Der Stil sehr gemütlich. Betten sehr bequem, Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern. Vom Pizzaofen waren wir sehr begeistert, ebenso vom Pool. Wir verbrachten die meiste Zeit am Haus aufgrund der Hitze und der doch sehr steilen Auffahrt (geschotterter Weg, teils ausgespült, zwei scharfe Spitzkehren). Ein Auto für Unternehmungen und Einkäufe ist ein Muss.

Alessandro and his wife were excellent hosts! Alessandro was expecting us and helped us arrive at the house and he gave us useful instructions about the area! He was very friendly and communicative and made our stay very nice. The place itself is a paradise for hikers and nature lovers. The yard was ideal for our dogs! Thank you Alessandro!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

Veronica’s house is incredible. Stayed there as a family of 6- and plenty of space. The view is like something out of a painting! The pictures don’t do it justice. The hot tub was a huge plus! The location so peaceful. Veronica was very easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a great visit!

Das Haus war insgesamt sehr schön und komfortabel. Die Einrichtung war etwas altmodisch, aber das trug zur authentischen Atmosphäre bei. Besonders genossen haben wir die ruhige Umgebung, die uns einen erholsamen Urlaub ermöglichten. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, was das Zubereiten eigener Mahlzeiten sehr einfach machte. Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass das Haus etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt ist und dass der Pool nur zu bestimmten Zeiten genutzt werden konnte; es wäre hilfreich gewesen, wenn diese Informationen im Voraus bereitgestellt worden wären. Dennoch war der Gastgeber äußerst höflich und aufmerksam, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Trotz der kleinen Mängel war alles hervorragend.

Maison Toscane au calme et pleine de charme. Louise est adorable et nous a donné plein de recommendations d'activités variées aux alentours. On a adoré notre séjour, merci !
