Santa Croce, Florence : locations de vacances avec jacuzzi

Le logement proposé par Gino est très bien ! Fiesole est une charmante petite ville et les accès à Florence se font très bien. Ils nous ont donné toutes les infos nécessaires pour y accéder facilement. Ils sont réactifs, et il est très facile de communiquer avec eux. Le logement est parfait, très propre. J'ai eu de nombreuses expériences avec Airbnb et je dois dire que c'est la première que j'ai un si bon accueil. Un grand merci à Gino et Antonello !

Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely in awe of this little gem! The place itself was new and fresh but still with that Tuscan look and feel. Set amongst the most gorgeous gardens with a pool. The town had everything you need, a big supermarket and plenty of restaurants. Florence, the airport and Pisa were so close and easy to get to. Not to mention the beds were super comfy and the aircon was fantastic. We had such a lovely stay and Manuela was so lovely, responsive and helpful. Would absolutely be back if ever in Tuscany again! Glad we booked here it was just honestly perfect and such a highlight of our big Europe trip.

We went on a 2 week trip and only stayed here 2 nights and wish we had stayed here for a week This was our favorite place by far. The home was spacious and was a full house over a delicious bakery. If I ever get back to Italy this home will be where we stay again.

La casa è assolutamente stupenda, con una splendida vista sui colli circostanti. Ben arredata e spaziosa, è davvero molto accogliente! In cucina c’era tutto il necessario (pentole, stoviglie, canovacci, detersivi). In salotto c’è la possibilità di accendere il camino. Uno dei bagni è dotato di vasca idromassaggio! La posizione è perfetta per alternare giornate di pace assoluta a giretti a Firenze, Arezzo e Siena, o 1000 altri splendidi borghi toscani. Il giardino esterno è una vera chicca: essendo inverno non l’abbiamo sfruttato molto, ma è stato perfetto per ammirare i fuochi di Capodanno. Giulio, che ci ha accolto, è stato davvero molto gentile! I gattoni Umberto e Pierino ci hanno tenuto compagnia. Come chiaramente indicato su AirBnb e specificato al momento della prenotazione, il riscaldamento non è incluso e va pagato al momento del check-out: per 3 giorni abbiamo speso 60 euro.

Casa stupenda, super spaziosa, è piena di comfort. La vasca da bagno con idromassaggio é stata la ciliegina sulla torta per rilassarsi a fine giornata. Fuori Firenze, quindi é tranquillo, con parcheggi gratuiti. È a soli 15 minuti dal centro di Firenze, ci si arriva benissimo. Chiara é stata super disponibile. A ognj mio dubbio o problema mi rispondeva velocemente risolvendo ogni cosa. Se dovrò tornare a Firenze, rivaluteró sicuramente questa casa.

Appartamento al di sopra delle aspettative! Ampio, pulito, non manca niente. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo! Buono per la posizione (non vicino al centro, ma vicino a bus e tranvia), siamo stati ben accolti e seguiti per tutte le necessità. Ci sarebbe piaciuto restare di più, consigliato!

If you want a peaceful, Tuscan stay with panoramic picturesque views, then this is your place! We were welcomed with homemade cakes, bread, and wine! After a long day of travel this perk was so appreciated. Our stay was perfect! After a long day of walking and driving to either Lucca, San Giminagno, Chianti Classico or Florence the hot tub relaxed our achy legs. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. We loved this home so much that we hope to return with our families in the future! This home made our visit to Italy PERFECTO!

Mimma and her husband were amazing. My wife and I really enjoyed staying here during our stay in Florence. Beautiful modern home with every thing in the house ready for you when you get there. Lots of room for our luggage’s. Tv was a big smart tv, lots of privacy and most importantly they were very professional and nice. It felt like being at home compared to other airbnbs we have stayed at. Might be a bit pricey but I can say it was 100% worth it. You won’t regret staying here. Thank you Mimma!!! Will definitely come back if ever in Florence

The property are spectacular, with all the amenities, Anna is an excellent host, courteous, friendly and willing to help, we loved the property and enjoyed our stay very much. It is a place we recommend 100% and if we return to Italy we would love to stay there again. It's close to Florence and other cities in Tuscany. There are supermarkets 3 minutes from the property, as well as restaurants and everything you need for a wonderful stay.

Nous sommes venus à 11 personnes dans ce logement, et avons tous beaucoup apprécié l'endroit. Il est très isolé et n'est pas conseillé de le louer si vous ne disposez pas d'un véhicule. Toutefois, cette isolement permet précisément de profiter du calme, du jardin et de la piscine, même pour les grands groupes (il y a deux grandes tables dehors). En cas de grandes chaleurs, il faut prévoir de l'anti-moustique et l'absence d'air conditionné se fait ressentir. Cela étant dit, ce gîte représente un chouette endroit pour les grands groupes (même avec enfants) qui souhaitent visiter Florence, Sienne, Chianti, ou même rester surplace. L'endroit dispose de nombreuses chambres, de tous les équipements nécessaires, et Renata a été très amicale et réactive avec nous. Je recommande certainement !

Um lugar maravilhoso, uma verdadeira experiência toscana. A Laura é uma anfitriã impecável, muito gentil e simpática. Eu e meu grupo vivemos momentos muito felizes nessa casa. Recomendo demais!

This house fully lives up to the photos and it is an amazing place with a wonderful pool in a perfect location not too far from Florence. We stayed with 6 people and enjoyed every bit of it. We felt very welcome and everything went very smooth our whole stay! Would love to go back :)

Our stay near Impruneta was nothing short of magical. We were four adults and two teenagers, and the house was perfect for all of us — beautifully decorated, full of character, and surrounded by incredible landscaping. Natural light poured into every room, creating a warm, peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax and feel at home. The location was ideal for exploring Tuscany. We took an easy day trip into Florence and ventured through the surrounding countryside, always happy to return to the tranquility of the house. There’s a calm and quiet here that’s hard to put into words. You can feel the care and intention in every corner of the home. It’s more than just a place to stay — it’s a reflection of the host’s grace and warmth, and we left feeling deeply refreshed and grateful.

Das Haus ist wunderschön, super gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist gross, der Außenbereich richtig schön und gemütlich. Ist alles da, was man braucht. Gastgeber Marco ist sehr zuverlässig, super freundlich und der Pizzaabend mit ihm war ein besonderes Highlight. Seine Tipps für Ausflüge waren ebenfalls sehr hilfreich. Wir haben eine wunderbare und äusderdt erholsame Woche verbracht.
