Such a beautiful spot! I’m so glad we got beautiful weather for our 3 day stay. The photos don’t do this place justice. The host was also super flexible with our check in since we had a 7 hour drive so that was a huge plus! Very responsive when messaging any questions. Super easy to check in as well. I would definitely love to stay here again whenever I come back!

I was very pleased with our accommodations. We originally had booked to stay at one of their properties in Elon Menlo and we were asked if we would mind switching to Anton Menlo to accommodate a guest who wanted to stay longer. Synergy made sure that we had the same type of accommodation we had originally booked for the same price and everything was perfect. We were still very near our son and daughter-in-law, who live in Elon Menlo. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. We had a wonderful trip!!!

This place is super close to Caltrain which made it very convenient. It’s very walkable to nearby shops, and we even rented e-bikes from the store a couple blocks away and found the area very bike-friendly. The train is pretty loud — I’m used to train sounds but it was louder than expected. Highly recommend bringing earplugs — I bought some on the second night and it was perfect after that. It is her primary residence so you’ll feel more like you’re staying at a friend’s house than at a curated Airbnb. Don’t book this expecting a hotel vibe — it’s someone’s house, so come ready to respect that.

My family and I had such a great time at Anthony and Traci’s place! It was perfect for my wife and two kids. We had plenty of space and was even provided some extra amenities like beach chairs and boogie boards for the beach which was a short, but nice walk away. Anthony kept me informed the whole time, and I really didn’t need to ask any questions as he had provided me with more than enough. Looking forward to staying again! Highly recommend.

Can't wait to be back at this amazing stay again! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures and the view of the beach was just great. It was peaceful and felt very secure. The rooms were spotless and the kitchen and bathrooms had all the required commodities. The house felt cozy and the decorations added to the comfortable atmosphere. Overall, this accommodation made our holiday perfect!!

This place was spectacular. We had so much fun on our mom’s weekend getaway. It was everything we needed and more. Can’t wait to come back.

My family of 4 stayed at Jason's place for a week. Jason was extremely responsive to any questions we had and even let us check in a little early. The location was convenient and close to restaurants on Grand Ave. and easily accessible to the freeway. We had sufficient blankets, pillows, and towels and made daily use of the Keurig in the kitchen. There was plenty of space for my kids to run around and the downstairs area was great to hang out in. Downstairs definitely got chilly at night, but nothing a blanket or portable heater couldn't fix. Overall a good stay!

This a beautiful home that is very well equipped. The house was clean. All the appliances worked. The yard sis large and well kept. I would recommend this to anyone looking for vacation re3ntal in San Jose. Centrally located and easy to reach good restaurants. It is a little challenging getting out of the driveway but nothing that patiences can't overcome. Great Place.

My friends from Utah and Hawaii came to visit, and we have a very nice time at Jer’s house! The house its very clean and organized, and very spacious! The kitchen its a very organized, we able to cook and have a nice meals at the dining table. Jer send us all the instructions, we don’t have to ask anything, he is very proactive and professional! We really recommend this place! And definitely will be in our wish list to came back!

We had the pleasure of staying at David’s place for several months while searching for a permanent home in the area, and it was truly the perfect fit. The house is exceptionally well-equipped, offering all the amenities needed to make us feel comfortable and at ease from day one. David, the host, was fantastic—responsive and proactive. He helped arrange cleaning services, and when we encountered a minor issue, it was resolved within hours. His attention to detail made our stay seamless. Overall, we highly recommend David’s home to anyone seeking a comfortable, well-appointed place that truly feels like home.

Diego’s home was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all you needed to prepare meals, the shower (step over) had great water pressure and was nonslip. It was in walking distances to Sprouts, Target and Cardenas and other amenities (about 10 mins). Worth noting - the neighbours next door had an anxious German Shepard, however after a few days it got used to us being there. Thanks again Diego!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this location. It was a BEAUTIFUL home, fully equipped. Our family traveled with kids, and the back yard was a welcomed escape. The location was walkable to downtown Burlingame, which was perfect for restaurants and grocery.

The place is super cute and close to everything that you need. Would stay here again.

My family and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Justin's place, enjoying his beautiful decorated tree, thoughtful gifts, and delicious cake from a well known bakery and the stunning views of the mountains and city lights, including a firework show from the city. Justin‘s house is just big enough that we all have our own personal space but cozy enough that as a family we were all together.

In a word, David's place is perfection! Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, fabulous linens, ideal location for unmatched views, awesome beach gear and a fantastic, communicative host! Best stay we've ever had at Seascape and one of the most gorgeous beachfront properties we enjoyed anywhere! Thank you David!

This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

We stayed at Isaiah's place for over a month. The room was on the third floor and faced a park, so the view was wonderful. There were also various commercial facilities nearby, so the location was perfect. The room was spacious, bright, very clean and tastefully maintained, and it was very quiet at night, so we were able to relax and spend our time there. There were no problems at all during my stay, and they responded quickly to my requests, which was very helpful. The room was exactly as it appeared in the photos, and it was fully equipped with towels and kitchenware, so there were no problems at all. I would definitely like to use Isaiah's property again next time.

This place was quite nice. Beautifully located right next to the beach with multiple lovely walks both right to the sand as well as over the cliffs giving a nice view. The place was easy to find and quiet. I will say the pics do not do the view justice - it’s pretty breathtaking and you get the lovely sunset every night. Travis was very helpful. I actually had to cancel my initial dates due to illness and Travis was kind enough to let me switch the dates very last minute. Overall, it was a very nice place and old love to stay here again.

Gorgeous resort. Condo was clean and spacious. Nice view of ocean from patio. Wonderful walk down to beach, a bit steep, but worth it. And availability of golf carts to take you down to beach or around property is nice. Restaurant was way overpriced for a limited menu and just so so food. And it'd be nice to have coffee in the lobby.

Marc’s beach view condo was absolutely beautiful. Spent a girls weekend there and it was very comfortable for three people. Kitchen was fully stocked, fireplace was nice and cozy. He was very flexible with our check-in time. I highly recommend this place if you’d like a peaceful location & quite beautiful ocean view. This is a perfect location in between Santa Cruz and Monterey/Carmel.

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

I will echo on so many other reviews that were left for this Aptos property. The condo itself was beautiful, spacious for 4 adults and 2 little kids. There was easy access to the beach (5 minutes through a paved path) as well as access to different pools and a restaurant. Even with a great property, I’m also giving this a 5-star review because Annie was great to communicate with. She offered wonderful recommendations during our stay, and any minor issue we had, she offered a fix for very quickly. She genuinely made our stay worth every penny spent at this location. The added amenities that she provided were definitely a great bonus!
