First impression- WOW! House is very spacious and clean. Stocked with every need. The house was very quiet inside. Owner (Gabriel) was very helpful with local recommendations and accommodating a special request. Gabriel was very responsive and stayed in communication with me when I had any questions leading up to the time of our stay. He was also very kind and accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend staying here. It’s a great location near to stores, restaurants and downtown. Definitely somewhere we will be coming back to.

Dan’s place was just as described. He was very responsive and accommodating. Location was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

Cute guesthouse, total privacy, great location in Santa Cruz. Sarah sent clear instructions and we had no problem finding extra towels, coffee, etc. There’s even a little s’mores kit included to utilize the fire pit—which we unfortunately didn’t have time to use. Street parking was easy to find and we could walk to the pier or SC downtown. Very much recommend and would stay again.

We spent almost 3 weeks in this cozy and charming apartment. The location is perfect for experiencing all that Santa Cruz has to offer and we walked to the beach, wharf, and Boardwalk daily. Many coffee shops and restaurants are blocks away. Mike was extremely responsive and friendly, but not intrusive at all. We hope to stay here again.

This is a gem of a stay in a fantastic location. I live close to Rezan’s place and had to move out of my house for construction. Finding a place that would allow me to bring my cats was hard. Rezan wanted them to be comfortable; she and her sister went out of their way to remove decorative touches that would be a temptation, tied up drapes, and put a beautiful cover on the sofa. The quiet, peaceful setting and fantastic bed combined to give me the best sleep I’d had in months. Rezan’s hospitality is unequaled. The pictures can’t do justice to the decor and gardens.

This is our second time staying at Ray's. Ray is a great host and always responsive to my requests. He has made upgrades to his home since our last visit. All of which were appreciated. We'll be back, Ray

Super cute little place with beautiful surroundings. It has everything you need and all instructions were very clear. It was perfect for a peaceful getaway. Tera was very friendly and accommodating!

First off I want to publicly say Thank Betsey for everything!! Great location, easy freeway access. Very close to downtown for restaurants and entertainment. For extended stays it is the best!!

I would LOVE to stay here again! So clean, peaceful and beautiful setting!! Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. We were able to watch the Santa Cruz Classic bike race that started 1/2 block away. The shared kitchen was organized, clean and friendly. The hosts were fantastic and the setting felt very safe. This is a hidden gem right on Santa Cruz’s main street! Don’t hesitate; you’ll love it!

This is my 3rd or 4th time staying at Pedram's place and every time is perfect. Pedram is super easy to communicate with and responsive. The place is exactly what I want and has excellent appliances and layout.

Rustic pool house in a beautiful, serene setting. Although I didn't need anything, the hosts were right next door and were home during my stay so if I did need something it would have been easy. Sounds of nature were all around.

Farah's Airbnb was wonderful! Everything was extremely clean (we appreciated that they ask guests to remove shoes when entering - we do the same!). We were very comfortable and appreciated all of the amenities. It was very thoughtful to label things that may not be obvious as to how the work. This place was incredible! Clean, comfortable, and felt just like home! The host was very friendly, the location was perfect, and the fresh eggs were delicious! We have a wonderful stay at this charming cottage in Los Gatos. The view was absolutely breathtaking, offering a serene and peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The area itself was gorgeous, surrounded by nature and quiet, making it the prefect spot to relax and unwind. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was prefect during our stay. We highly recommend this peaceful retreat for anyone looking for a calm gateway in a beautiful setting.

A fabulous little cottage in an amazing location. Our family of 4 (with 2 teenagers) felt very comfortable at the cottage and enjoyed the location. The place was spotless and well appointed. Super friendly and responsive hosts.

Husband and wife stayed 28 days. This is a truly wonderful unit and the hosts really care about creating a comfortable stay for their guests. Spacious for two people and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood and we never heard any noise from the main house. The bed is comfortable and we slept well. Highly recommended to other guests.

Great host, very quick to respond the place was wonderful and I enjoyed my stay there and will be definitely looking forward to staying here in the future as well five stars highly recommended!

We stayed at Zohars place at a great time of year. If you enjoy California red woods galore, this is the place! Great hiking and mountain activities close by. Bed was clean and a bit firm, comfortable. Many cozy blankets and washer and dryer available. We had a great stay, thank you Zohar for being an awesome host. Enjoyed the infrared Sauna, easy to use, helped with soar muscles from hiking! We will be back!

This place was so adorable. Such a cute little cottage in beautiful surroundings. My daughter especially loved the bed in the loft. The host was accommodating and gave us all the privacy we desired. The house was fully functioning and as described. We would definitely book this place again.
