I can’t say enough great things about this place!!!!! Perfect location for my family. We are originally from the area and were visiting back home from Ohio. Love the place love the location. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t working which for us in the Midwest we don’t see a pool between September and May were sad we didn’t get to swim as much as we wanted but it wasn’t in the cards this trip. We will for sure stay here again!

This was the most peaceful and beautiful space I have ever been to. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. All the greenery and the deers and random dog was super gorgeous and felt really at home. The hot tub was amazing and super relaxing. Robert was very kind and responsive, Received a phone call about all the lights, hot tub, close trails, and recommended spots!! Super helpful and very kind gesture. Would 100% go back to this place

Beautiful home! My husband and I brought my parents who were visiting and our 3 kids on a trip for spring break. We wanted to enjoy a day at the beach. The home is located in a quiet rural area. Everything was super clean and the kids enjoyed the pool and the tiny office (looks like a fairy house) my girls lost track of time playing inside :) they have plenty of games in the kids room and the backyard is breath taking. Loved this home so much! Looking forward to book again in the near future :) Thank you Sean and Wendy!

Everything about our stay was fantastic!! The beds, the pool, the town…the three of us loved this Airbnb and look forward to coming back. Swimming in a heated pool in the winter is a heavenly experience.

Such a nice place to stay in Silicon Valley. Tucked back into the beautiful hills, with a walking loop through the oak trees just down the street. Responsive host. A perfect retreat.

Loved this place very much! We enjoyed our wine and snacks and movies in the living room and 3 rd bed room which both have nice views and deck in front. Too bad the trip was short and will go back again!

We had a lovely stay at the schoolhouse! Despite being so close to the road and the highway, it felt very private. Kitchen was super well appointed, and the whole house was spacious and airy. We really liked the decor. We really appreciated the surplus of towels! The pool was warm and clean and the hot tub was hot. Beds were comfortable and we all had a chance to catch up on sleep. The sofas are a little low; we made it work. Overally, it was a great location and I can't recommend Carmen more as a host! We will be back!

Wonderful place in a wonderful environment. We had an excellent time with the kids, very nice pool, beaches close by and in the middle of the nice green hills of California

We had a wonderful time at Diana’s place. Great Victorian home, perfect location (especially with kids), and Diana was super responsive and generous. We’ll be back!

We spent a long weekend at Lauren's place and it was a wonderful, relaxing home away from home. Check-in was super smooth and we absolutely loved the area the listing was in. It's walkable (or a very short drive) to many local eateries, breweries, shops, and cafes on the west side and there's also plenty of nature-oriented things to do since it's so close to the ocean — hikes, beaches, walks, parks etc. The listing itself was very clean and had everything we need. Lauren even left some snacks and drinks for us as a welcome gift which we thought was very sweet. The kitchen is well stocked for your needs there. The one small setback was that it didn't have a a full sized refrigerator so the frozen foods we bought didn't quite fit into the mini fridge's freezer section. Everything was spotless and though it was raining while we were there, we would definitely come back and enjoy the patio space next time. Highly recommend this listing for a peaceful getaway to Santa Cruz.

Place was great--fit our needs perfectly. Recommend opening windows at night to bring in that beautiful fresh air. Our 4.5 yo was absolutely over the moon by all the activities outside in the yard-- very well equipped area for adults and kids alike! The sand toys were also a hit--we loved walking to the beach and appreciated how well written the instructions were. Just took a photo of them and went on our way. Only bummer is the lack of sidewalks in Aptos, but most cars do seem to watch for walkers. Marianne's ice cream is great, and tamales across the street also fantastic. Weather cooperated and the easy access to Santa Cruz and Monterey made this location ideal. Colm was a great host--responded immediately to any questions I had. Very thankful for this spring break trip--we truly feel rejuvenated!

This comfortable house worked great for two couples and our friends who dropped by for dinner. The location is wonderful - super quiet and an easy walk to the ocean, optionally through a beautiful park. Short drive to good markets and restaurants. We enjoyed the spacious hot tub and appreciated being able to bring our dog. It is more comfy and cozy than super glam, but that was perfect for us. Ian was a great communicator and shared some wonderful recommendations - don't miss La Hacienda Taqueria!

We just got home from a wonderful stay in Aptos. Our family of 5 plus 2 dogs were very comfortable there. Loved hearing the crashing waves at night. We enjoyed Sarah’s recommendations of local restaurants and beaches to visit. It is an easy drive to Santa Cruz just North or down to Monterey just South. I would highly recommend staying at her beautiful home.

I LOVED this place. It was so beautiful on the inside and out. Each room was so spacious and organized. Also, the walk from the house to the beach was doable and super convenient.

Andrew was a great host who was responsive and proactive. The space was comfortable, quiet and within walking distance of the ocean. The king sized bed was comfortable. There is a small kitenette with a mini-fridge. Parking is on the street in front of the unit. We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend this for your visit to Santa Cruz!

This was a great location for us as it was central to our trip to Pacific Grove and Pebble Beach and then also to San Fran and Menlo Park. We had plenty of space for our group and the neighborhood was nice and peaceful. Julia gave us good recommendations for groceries and restaurants. House was clean, hot tub was nice. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a lovely, seamless stay here, with two little kids in tow. It was a great location, and had lots of amenities. The backyard is nice and quiet and shady. It is a great price, and convenient location, very close to the airport but in a nice residential area also convenient to downtown. 100% would stay here again.

We stayed for a month with my family and we had a great stay. The house is very spacious and baby friendly, with lots of space in each bedroom and a huge living room to hang out with friends and family. I also like the layout of the home as each bedroom has its own separate hallway, which gives more privacy to each guest. Antoni is a great host, very responsive and friendly. We will stay again next time when we visit the area. thank you.

Sun was very helpful and communicative. Sun’s place is a short drive to some lovely beaches, close to a nice park, and centrally located for all the activities we had planned. We had 4 young kids with us (ages: 1, 3, 6, and 9), and it was very family and kid-friendly. Would recommend highly!

This spot is a gem — great for our family of four with two kids under 6 because of the walkability to the beach and restaurants and loads of indoor toys, activities and indoor/outdoor space for when it rains. Carrie is kind, thoughtful and proactive with her communication. Would definitely recommend!

Louise's home was beautiful, spacious and perfect for our family vacation. The upstairs deck is great for morning coffee and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. There are great restaurants walking distance, an ice cream parlor and a few stores. The beach is a few steps away! We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

We had a great stay at Veronica's place. It was beautiful, very clean and comfortable to stay at. It was very family friendly and the backyard was much bigger and full of fun/comfortable spaces. There were so many amenities well stocked, it was above and beyond most other stays we have had. The location had lot of walkable places with easy parking. Veronica was helpful and very responsive!

Such a beautiful location. Sound of the ocean through the windows at night. Walkable to great grocery store and cafe, etc. Didn’t want to leave. House is very clean and cared for. Feels more like a home than a rental property. Definitely recommend ✌️

It was a really nice stay with a really friendly and responsive host 10/10 would stay again!
