Courtney was a lovely host! She proactively met us when we arrived to help us park. The house was exactly as pictured and a quick walk to the beautiful Abbott Kinney area with lots of restaurants and shops. Incredibly well appointed, super cozy, and very clean - we felt right at home and would love to come back one day!

This is a beautiful home in L.A and gives you a nice local "vibe" as a home base. It's near so many wonderful things--we really didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to get to most of what we wanted to see. The home is super clean, and we used the kitchen almost daily. There's a beautiful quiet back yard for morning coffee, sunning, and evening owl watching (there was a beautiful owl perched nearby almost every night). We walked through the neighborhood, and we found food and supplies within a few minutes drive. Carlos was so kind and called to make sure we were in the place okay. Thank you for hosting us and for opening this beautiful home to guests.

Lisa is a very friendly and generous hostess. The house is beautiful and the backyard is gorgeous. The house had everything we could possibly think of for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds and beddings are very comfortable. The house was immaculately clean. We would definitely book again if we’re ever in the area.

We had such an amazing week staying at this beautiful home! The owner was very attentive and was super helpful when asked questions! We were only suppose to stay for a few days but we loved the house so much that we had to extend! Close to the gym, mall, and restaurants! Do not hesitate in grabbing this place! Kalis lejlighed var rigtig god til vores familie på 6 personer. Det var masser af plads og der var alt, hvad vi havde brug for. KaLi var hurtig til at svare på vores spørgsmål og hun havde beskrevet, hvordan vi kom ind i lejligheden på en super nem måde. Børnene var glade for poolen og det var nemt at komme ind til Monica Beach med bus 3. Desuden var der gode indkøbsmuligheder lige rundt om hjørnet. Kan klar anbefale lejligheden til andre familier!

We had a wonderful stay at Kayla’s apartment! The space was beautiful, very clean, and had a perfect balance of modern design with just the right amount of charm. Kayla was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better! We walked to the Warner Bros. Studios and explored several great restaurants in the area. It’s also close to everything—Burbank Airport, Hollywood Blvd, WeHo, and NoHo were all just a short drive away. One of my favorite parts of the mornings was waking up to the sound of birds singing—it was such a peaceful way to start the day. You can even see the WB Studios right from the window! There's construction across the street, but it wasn’t too disruptive during our stay. The convenient parking in the back was also a big plus. The only small suggestion I’d make is to consider adding blackout window treatments in the bedroom—the morning sun is quite bright. Other than that, everything was fantastic and we’

I felt safe walking around at night in this neighborhood. The host always replied very quickly and was helpful. Recommended!

Maria's place was a great find on airbnb, I need a place for my father and I to stay for the night. It was close to where my family lives in Bellflower. Would stay at Maria's place if I am ever visiting family in Bellflower.

Highly recommended place! We stayed for 3 nights with my wife and 3 teenage kids. For all of us is was the first time in LA, so this place was the perfect location: close to LAX, close to the beach, close to a number of cosy and tasty restaurants. We appreciated the cleanliness, clear communication and the amenities provided. The garage was a plus! The beds are comfy, but if you are a light sleeper make sure to bring earplugs as you do the planes from LAX. Thank you for letting us stay in your place!

What a great place! Can't beat the location, quiet and cozy, two minute walk to the beach, lots of good shops and restaurants. The place is super cute and perfect for one or two. Great host and I'd love to be welcomed back.

An absolutely amazing experience! Not only was the space unbelievable, the team was beyond lovely! Luis was the absolute best human possible, and made the experience 10x more magical for us. This is def a bucket list item--if you are debating it, BOOK IT!!!!
