This was my first experience with Airbnb housing. The booking was easy and communicaiton was consistent and prompt. If you are looking for a quiet location this is an excellent choice. The location is near restaurants, sites to visit and within easy driving distance to Lincoln and Omaha. Since we were there in December the cold weather prohibited us from utilizing the outdoor options. The outside deck and patio looked amazing as a way to visit and spend time outside if the weather is pleasant. There were game options that we were unable to use outside but the inside games were nice to have. As advertised the bedrooms were adequate for our family group that attended. Overall this was a perfect way to spend our few days together for Christmas.

Perfect house for our family to enjoy while celebrating our grandson’s 2nd birthday. Spacious with lots of room to spread out too. Brad & Amanda were perfect hosts seeing to our every need. We are already making plans to book again.

Lovely home in a great area! The house is beautiful and would be a perfect place to stay with pets. Not super great for young kids…The house has a lot of decor our 1 & 2 year olds wanted to play with that we were afraid of them breaking. Had to move a lot of stuff out of reach and put it back before leaving. That being said it was a beautiful home.

Jennifer’s place was perfect for our stay in Omaha. Super clean, very comfortable furniture, comfortable beds, and had everything we would have needed in the kitchen and bathroom. We were pleased to have cable Tv access. Great fenced yard for our pups, easy to find, and centrally located so we could get anywhere quickly. Located in a safe area. We highly recommend!

This home was just the right accommodation for a month long stay in the area. It was a great neighborhood to walk around on the warmer evenings. Everything you might possibly need is a quick 10-15 drive away. Cara was very responsive and quick to assist with any needs! I would certainly suggest this home to anyone considering it.

We loved our stay at Rachel's! She was quick to respond with questions. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was quiet...summer time might be a bit more busy, but it was just what we needed! There is a ton of space! A nice touch was finding a couple of dog bowls...especially since I had forgotten ours at home! The bed was comfortable as well. Looking forward to our next stay! I'd highly recommend Rachel's home!

My friend group and I had a great time! We had everything we needed and Tyler was always available to message and quick to respond!

We stayed for a week at Steve’s place while in Omaha visiting our son. His place was perfect and comfortable, exactly what we were looking for and in a great location. We loved sitting out on the back patio by our entrance every morning while enjoying our coffee. Steve was very responsive and recommended some local restaurants. We will definitely stay here again for future visits.

Very spacious and clean.

Overall, we had a great stay. The host was super responsive and proactive in making sure our stay was enjoyable. The neighbors above the unit where noisy and a simple message to the host was made, and the host took care of the noise issue even though the tenets upstairs were not a part of his responsibility. I felt the host went above and beyond to help correct something that would typically be out of the host's control.

The accommodations were fabulous. The host was responsive, flexible and incredibly friendly. In a great location with lots of restaurants nearby. The gym, laundry room and building were clean and well maintained. The apartment was equipped with a lot of travel essentials so we didn't have to pack too much. The bed was incredibly comfortable and those pillows were lavish. We had an incredible time in this place and we'd definitely stay here again.

Second time I’ve stayed at one of Merrys places. Once again it was great. Exactly as described and felt like home away from home. Will for sure be staying here again next time I’m in town.

Luann was super nice and a great communicator. The property was well appointed, comfortable, and clean.

She was so awesome to us we will definitely be back . My grandkids just loved it there as we did too .

Everything was wonderful. This is such a great part of Omaha. Lots of great restaurants. The whole Turner Park was lit up every night with Christmas lights, which was beautiful. It was easy to get into and we felt very secure. The apartment was quite lovely and Giles was very proactive in making sure we had what we needed. We would definitely stay here again !!

The place was beautiful! Just like the picture it was very quiet and super calm loved it would love to stay again!

The place is easy to find and get into! Perfect little apt for someone who is visiting town and doesn’t need much. It was clean and stocked with what we needed! Not as close to old market as we thought but a bird scooter got us there in no time. Would stay again! Host was very responsive when we needed to communicate!

I love the balcony and how u can sit out there and enjoy the fresh air in the morning.

This location was perfect for our stay. It was close to all the things we wanted to do and the accommodations met our needs perfectly. Close to many good restaurants and we really enjoyed the Dunham Museum located within walking distance. We received helpful instructions for checking in and out. Parking arrangement in the garage was an added bonus. We would stay here again.
