We loved our stay in Joseph’s Council Bluffs house. It was spotless, warm and cozy. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we could need. Amenities throughout the home- games, books, toiletries and more. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Highly recommend this home!

Noel’s place was perfect for our party of 9 and that included 2 toddlers. Plenty of space. Everything we needed. And it was very clean. Great place.

6 stars. Awesome suburban Omaha spot near to the soccer fields where my daughter was playing. Super great communication, excellent space and they basically thought of every amenity and provided it.... all the details. Comfortable beds, nice common space, great kitchen, garage, etc. Excellent. Highly recommend.

The property was exactly as described. It was clean, well maintained, in a quiet neighborhood close to the zoo and downtown. Our hostess was very accommodating, extremely responsive and offered great suggestions for local attractions appropriate for our group. We had some weather challenges with a surprise snowstorm and she offered to adjust our reservation to help us, which was was just wonderful. We were on a spring break trip with two young grandchildren. The air hockey and ping pong table in the basement's game room was enjoyed by all. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bathrooms were clean with all the necessities. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. The living room, with it's big screen TV and plenty of seating was a relaxing hangout after full days of sight seeing and exploring. We were very pleased with our stay in La Casita - even our 6-year old said she thought it was nice & calming. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here over Spring break and had a wonderful time! Nice quiet lake and well kept home. Enjoyed recommended restaurants in the area as well! Highly recommend!

Cute house, just as described. We chose to stay here vs. in Omaha (where most of our activities were) because of the playset and twin beds. Fenced in yard was a big plus too! Amanda was quick to respond to any concerns/ questions. We had the unfortunate circumstance of a snow storm that stole a day from our trip and covered the yard in snow but it did not stop my littles from wanting to play in the yard. The drive and sidewalk was also shoveled before we arrived, salt was put down as well! House was clean and in a nice neighborhood.
