Anushthan villa is a great place for any and every celebration. We recently celebrated our friends 40th at the villa and it was nothing less than perfect. The venue, the help, the space, the amenities within the villa and the list goes on. We had a live tandoor and catering done and the place accommodated it all. Huge party hall where we had a game master that made us play games through the evening. Shireesh as a host was very accommodating very approachable and helpful. He was responsive and so easy to talk to. He almost entertained every request that we had and we are grateful for this experience. I have to mention the house caretaker Jamal who made the stay so pleasant. He was ALWAYS available ALWAYS ready to help and his polite demeanour was highly appreciated by one and all. We are glad we chose this villa for our friends special day!

Super bien ubicado Con muchas opciones de comida , super , transporte y vista parcial al burj khalifa , muy bonita vista de la ciudad !! Lo mejor fue la persona de Hospitalty expert q nos atendió super bien toda la estancia , todo solucionado para la estancia super serviciales y amable Gracias Mark !!!

Highly recommend this host and this listing! I had an excellent stay and would stay here again. Nearby metro and shops and a lovely location.

Dubai Hills - идеальный район для проживания. Хороший парк, рядом торговый центр. Квартира отличная, чистая, есть вся необходимая посуда. В доме очень большая территория, есть пинг-понг, бильярд, настольный футбол, беседки со столиками, столы для работы на ресепшне. В бассейне достаточно лежаков и зонтиков

very good location. Walking distance to the Burj. Park and playground in front of the building. coffee place and small supermarkt at grond level. Bright appartment and comforable.

Le logement est très bien situé à proximité de presque tout. Très reposant quand vous êtes dans le logement. Une vue incroyable, très propre. L’hôte a été très réactif et a résolu tout les petits soucis qu’on n’a plus avoir. Je recommande ce logement à n’importe quel voyageur pour un séjour agréable et calme vous allez adorer.

Olesia was very flexible with my checkin and very communicative. the apartment was spotless and just like photos. Cannot fault it. I will be back!
