Wir haben mit 3 Erwachsenen in dem Apartment gewohnt und es war trotzdem für alle ausreichend Platz. Die Aussicht ist natürlich das absolute Highlight der Wohnung! Aber auch der zu dem Gebäude dazugehörige Pool von dem man beim schwimmen einen Blick auf Burj Khalifa hat ist schon besonders! Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen!!! Ein besonderer Dank geht an Irina dass egal ob es Fragen im Vorfeld oder vor Ort gab, immer super schnell reagiert hat!!!!

Die Unterkunft war top. Gute Lage an Marina Harbour. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Sehr schöne Aussicht vom Pool-Bereich und Fitness-Bereich. Die Vermieterin war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

As the description says it truly is an Modern Oasis in the midst of the hustle bustle of Dubai city. But that said, the place is beautifully designed to suit guests who want to have a peaceful stay and spend quality time. The surrounding locality is also very well kept and is neat. I would definitely go back there.

Amazing place and hoist

Had a wonderful stay.. this place is very close to DMCC metro station. No need to worry about food, you will find Mess, restaurants and grocery store in the same block. it's an added advantage. Studio flat is Cozy and the balcony view is outstanding. I would highly recommend stay here.

It was a great place to spend with my family. However, the limitation if access card was a bit annoying. But overall the stay was amazing, the location is great with full burj khalifa view. The amentities was also nice. I loved that the shower head had filter. Will definitley recommand the place to family and friends.

Das MAG 318 Apartment in Business Bay, Dubai ist ein echtes Juwel und verdient 5 Sterne. Die Lage ist perfekt – nur wenige Gehminuten von der Dubai Mall und dem Burj Khalifa entfernt. Das moderne Apartment überzeugt mit einer hochwertigen Einrichtung, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und bodentiefen Fenstern mit fantastischem Ausblick. Besonders der Balkon lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Annehmlichkeiten sind erstklassig: Pool, Fitnessstudio, 24/7-Concierge und viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend. Fazit: Luxus pur in bester Lage – absolut empfehlenswert! Bin schon 10x in diesem Tower gewesen. Lage 10/10

The apartment was fabulous and it was in the heart of Dubai. Nimisha and Rj both were great host and they made sure that our stay was remarkable.

Lovely place to stay. 6th floor but you feel you are on the ground floor. Very convenient. Would really recommend.

Our first impression of the apartment was excellent. Beautifully clean and very tastefully furnished. We had amazing views from the balcony and it felt very comfortable and homely in every room. We are very happy with the excellent communication with our host. A couple of very minor issues were dealt with very quickly and positively.The apartment was excellent and well worth what we paid to rent it. We would strongly recommend it to our family and friends. The private residence had 24 hour reception staff so we felt very safe and secure despite our arrival in the early hours of the morning. We have family in Dubai and would definitely book this apartment again the next time we visit the country. Thank you Tarek for making our stay thoroughly enjoyable.

Romy is an excellent host. I had such an amazing experience staying at her apartment. I felt right at home with my family considering she provided almost everything in the apartment. Romy was also very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. I would definitely recommend everyone to come stay at this place because you wouldn’t find a better deal
