Sebastian was quick on responding. Brought my parents in to stay near my place. They loved the location and easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and the Dubai mall in walking distance. As well as Mosques near by which was appriciated by my mom. Loved the stay!

Deepak was extremely responsive. The place was beautiful and clean.

The apartment is just like the photos with a great view of the harbour from the balcony. Apartment also comes with a great pool and a decent kitted out gym. Check in was smooth and we very much enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect for all the usual sites. Elie gave lots of recommendations and was very quick with responses. We will use again when we come back to Dubai.

Beautiful new apartment with amazing view over the seeside with stylish interior. I had very comfortable stay there with my little son and my mother. Beach was just in front of the building with free sun chairs and the private pool as well. The service was great with quick response. I was very impressed by Feteen’s place. Extended my stay after I stayed in a below average accommodation on the other side of the Marina. Feteen’s place more than redeemed my experience as it was very well located and super clean and accessible. The flat was spacious, well lit with natural light and homely. I even tried to extend my stay as I was enjoying it a lot. Highly recommend!

Rohit is such a nice and warm welcoming person. He made sure I know the key people in the apartment and walked me through the whole house to the details and made me feel like I was at home. since I travel for race events, I find this place very close and easier to commute to the race track. Now we have become friends than just Host and Guest. I would highly recommend Rohit's place for anyone who travels on a budget. Remember, you'd have a friend for a life. Thanks a lot Rohit!!

Ein sehr toller Aufenthalt und Vorallem eine gute Lage, wo alles erreichbar ist. Saubere Wohnung, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zugang zur Wohnung immer problemlos und sicher und eine schöne Aussicht. Immer wieder gerne.

I had an amazing experience during my stay. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with all the amenities and facilities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect and the check-in process was smooth, with the communication also being top-notch. I would definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Dubai. Wir sind früh morgens gelandet und unser Ansprechpartner Herr Waqas gab sich Mühe uns zeitig in die Wohnung zu lassen. Er hat mir alles persönlich nochmal erklärt und war sehr gut erreichbar. Schon der Ablauf bei der Buchung war sehr professionell und auf Fragen wurde innerhalb von Minuten geantwortet. Die Lage war top. Die Tram ist in der Nähe und auch den Strand haben wir innerhalb von 10 min fußläufig erreicht ( wir hatten ein Kleinkind dabei). Man ist da innerhalb von Minuten im hotspot. Der Yachthafen war innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreicht. Alles was man braucht, ist dort fußläufig in der Nähe . Auch die Wohnung war top und ich fand sie eigentlich besser als auf den Bildern. Der Pool draußen ist beheizt und somit auch im Schatten total genießbar. Alles im allen waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :)

Appartement magnifique avec vue à couper le souffle , on s’en lassait pas. Proche de Marina et aussi proche de JBR , on peut ce rendre à pied sans problème. Restaurant en tout genre assez proche, à retourner. Merci Steve

Für uns war diese Wohnung perfekt und für einen Aufenthalt von 6 Nächten mehr als Ideal. Man muss sich schon ganz bewusst für die 57 Etage eines Hochhauses in der Innenstadt nähe des Burj Khalifa entscheiden...da zwitschern morgens keine Vögel und nachts wiegen einen nicht die Palmen in den Schlaf ;).

Unterkunft war entsprechend der Beschreibung. Sauber, gepflegt alles Vorhanden was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Immer wieder gerne.

Outstanding stay with a fantastic host who ensured we had everything we needed! The location couldn't be better, and the apartment's excellent amenities made us feel right at home. The breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa were the perfect backdrop to our Dubai adventure.
