The place was very clean , the host was extremely friendly and very formative. Thiis is my first time to Japan from Australia and they made the transition very easy. I would recommend staying here if your coming to shinjuku. The host even helped me find a local gym and went out of their way to give me instructions on how to get there. extremely kind

Excellent location a short walk to two transit locations. There is slight noise from street and people leaving nearby restaurant, but was not very distracting or detrimental to a good night’s sleep. Would stay again.

A home away from home. We absolutely loved our stay here. The building and apartment are both immaculate. The apartment is so homely and has everything you need to make it feel like home. The beds are super comfy. The location is fantastic, so many shops, resistant and even a mall walking distance. Hosts are responsive and kind. Would love to come back and stay here. 10/10

整体满意，麻雀虽小 五脏俱全。比想象小，但是卫生干净。虽然太阳照不到，但是中午不开灯也有亮。卫生间很干净。Wi-Fi密码要小写哦。数据信号在房间基本没有，所以一定要使用Wi-Fi。

Keiko’s place in Minato City is very peaceful. It’s next to the Takanawadai station, which can transport you to a lot of major cities. Keiko was responsive to any questions we had. I’d recommend this place to anyone who comes to Japan. When we come back, we will definitely book with Keiko again.

The staff at Shimbashi West were some of the sweetest people we met during our whole trip! We absolutely loved our stay here before our flight back home - the lobby was a great place to hangout before leaving! The sauna was so relaxing and such a nice amenity. Would absolutely recommend!

ホストはとても親切で、気持ちの良いやり取りができました。 立地も良く、直ぐ近くに薬局やコンビニがあり、歩いてすぐに行ける近さです。 また、部屋はとても清潔で、センスが良く、機会があればぜひまた利用したいと感じました。

写真通りの素敵なお家でした。広々していてお部屋は床暖房で暖かく大変快適でした。 ベッドルームも複数あるので家族で滞在するのにぴったりです。 2階のゴルフのお部屋も楽しく小さい子供も楽しく過ごせました。 Kotoさんご夫婦はcheckinの時間に迎えてくださり、とても感じが良く荷物も一緒に運んでくださったり親切で素敵なお二人でした。 こちらの都合での変更にも快くご対応いただき本当に助かりました。 とても素晴らしいお家でお勧めです。 ありがとうございました。

房子里电车站很近出行很方便，房东接待的时候也很耐心，房子很温馨就像家一样，非常干净，下次有机会还会来的!

Yu’s very accommodating and the place is great! I love that it has a play room and a high chair for my toddler. The location is great! It’s near the trains station and near stores. My family had a comfortable stay after a long day of roaming around Tokyo. We will definitely come booked the place again on our next visit.

水回りや布団やタオルも清潔な印象でした。予約後にガスレンジは使えないと聞きました。4人で泊まるのに広さ十分です。

女子3人旅で利用させて頂きました！ 猫好きにはたまらない可愛い内装で、家に入った時からずっとワクワクしっぱなしでした✨ 1階の寝室はとてもキュートな内装で、こんなお部屋で暮らしてみたい！と思いました🥰 2階は落ち着いた雰囲気のおしゃれな寝室、猫づくしの和寝室があり、それぞれが素晴らしいので、どのお部屋で寝るか悩んでしまったほどです。 そして子供部屋には壁一面の黒板があり、今回は女子旅でしたが子供連れの旅行も凄く楽しいと思います！ すぐ近くにコインパーキングもあり、車での旅行にも最適です。 夜は近くのコンビニで女子会用のドリンクやフードをたくさん買って、時間も気にせず夜更かししながら楽しくトークする事が出来ました🍻 家の中もとても清潔で、宿泊に必要なものは全て用意して下さっていました！ スナックやドリンクもご用意頂いていたり、手書きのご案内が家の至る所に配置されており、オーナーyumiさんの温かい気遣いが感じられる宿です！ ランチはオーナーyumiさんに勧めて頂いた本格派タイ料理のお店に行きました✨ 駅周辺にはオシャレなお店や、可愛いお店がたくさんあり、1泊では全然足りなかったので、次回は長期滞在して大宮の街を楽しみたいと思います！ yumiさん、旅のサポート本当にありがとうございました😊
