Shibuya : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Great location. Convenience stores just across the street. And just several minutes walk to Ebisu Station & Atré Shopping Mall. The apartment is very clean and not cluttered with knick-knacks. (Maybe a bit austere.) It has basic amenities but doesn't have a TV set. Guests to this apartment will get a good taste of urban life in the middle of Tokyo.

Sophies place is an absolute gem in the heart of Otsuka which is directly on the Yamanote line! Super convenient to travel around and a great Tokyo starting point for us since it only takes less than 5 minutes by metro to Ikebukuro and also pretty close to Shinjuku, Harajuku and Shibuya as well! Thanks to Sophie we had a great stay, she was always very responsive and proactive and made us feel right at home :) The only small issue we faced was that sometimes the Wifi connection wasn’t very stable but otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back one day! Thank you Sophie :)

This place truly felt like a hidden gem. It’s a beautiful, modern two story apartment in a cool area of Shinjuku. You are also on the top floor of the building so you have nice privacy. The place matched the description exactly and honestly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend to anyone and if I come back to Tokyo with friends, I would definitely stay here again. The hosts are also very helpful and responsive!

Absolutely great location, so close to multiple train stations and Akihabara centre. Very spacious unit for a big family and has all the amenities you would ever need. Washing machine is huge bonus. Great restaurants close by and the unit is located in a beautiful quiet alley. Fully recommend this place for you stay in Tokyo, we wished we could have stayed longer! Fantastic host, with good communication.

The place is very near to the train station, with convenience store and fresh market around the corner make it the most convenient for person or traveller like me who likes to cook during my stay to save budget on food. The house is clean and have all of the basic things needed. The most important thing is the host has been very helpful & responsive..

Host was super responsive and helpful. Instructions were very clear. We had an infant but didn’t request any particular services but noticed the place was completely setup for bath facilities and chairs for infant completed with a cot. Surpassed expectations!

Awesome Airbnb in the middle of Shinjuku with everything in the area within a super short walk from your front door. However, still quiet and easy to sleep. Everything matched the photos/descriptions and check in/out was very easy. Would definitely stay again on my next visit to Tokyo!

這次的住宿讓我覺得很滿意，整棟房子很乾淨有家的感覺，廚房設備使用也方便，有問題寫簡訊給房東，房東都會及時回覆，服務很好，房子附近有一間大超市及7-11，買東西很方便，房子離新柴又車站也近，走路約五分鐘，唯一美中不足的地方就是離東京市區太遠了，一趟出門到東京市區要轉三次車子，雖然如此，但我還是會強力推薦這個好房源的，謝謝房東的招待！

Highly recommend this place! Best location (walking distance to station), lots of local good dining options and away from the busy tourist crowd. Our kids love it here as well, quite spacious for Japan and 8 of us were comfortable at this cozy place. The host was nice and responsive.

Kiki was an amazing host! Every time my group had a question, it was always answered quickly. The house is amazing and cozy! The house is located near great grocery stores and local restaurants and bakeries. We loved our stay!!!!

We stayed here with three kids. Everyone had their space. Area is nice and quiet and 10min walk to two different railway stations: different lines so more options to go places. The Old Ginza plaza 2min from the house was amazing, so many places to eat. Nice walking routes all around this area, we felt we didn’t need to train anywhere some days.

여행 가기전부터 궁금했던 모든것들을 친절하게 안내해 준 리나양에게 먼저 고맙단 인사드립니다. 아이 네명과 함께 여섯식구가 묵기엔 충분했습니다. 아이들도 너무 잘 잤다고 하구요. 일본의 아기자기한 공간을 느낄 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 배고플 땐 가까운 편의점에서 사다먹었구요. 역 근처(도보5~10분)엔 돈키호테(많이 크진 않아요) 등 볼거리와 식당들도 많구요. 나리타공항에서 숙소 코이와까지 직행버스가 있지만 지하철이 훨씬 차편도 많고 버스랑 차이나도 20여분이기 때문에 더 낫습니다. 지하철은 조금 헤맸지만 그래도 잘 타고 다녔네요. 3월 아직은 쌀쌀해서 바닥이 온돌이 아니지만 난방기가 있어서 그거 틀었구요. 아쉬운 것은 샤워실이 한개(좌변기 공간은 분리돼 있음)라는 것입니다. 6식구가 넓은 침대에서 방해받지 않고 쉼을 가질 수 있다는것에 추천드립니다.

The location is super convenient, especially if you're arriving at Haneda Airport. It's also close to two stations, and there are plenty of shops around, which is great for those last-minute shopping needs. The apartment was in perfect condition, spotless and super convenient, and everyone in my group was delighted with it. (Just like the description and photos!) Dan was an amazing host, providing detailed guides, excellent communication, and quick and friendly responses to any questions. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone and would absolutely stay there again.

Premium was the best host! Incredibly welcoming, communication was fantastic and very kind. The apartment was centrally located in a wonderful location. Surprisingly very quiet home. Would absolutely love to stay here again when I return to Tokyo

we had the power go out for 24hours (Japan powers fault, not the units) and Zhu had us in a spare unit next door overnight until it was sorted, which we were very appreciative of... we will book the same unit on our next trip to Japan we liked it so much

Great place to stay when visiting Tokyo. It’s close to a train stop so it’s easy to go anywhere. The Airbnb was the perfect size for us and the host was amazing. He even provided us with snacks and drinks for our stay.

很高興在眾多房源中選到了這裡，房間的分配完全符合我們的需求，特別是一樓的房間，適合給有帶小嬰兒的旅客。客廳跟餐廳的氛圍也很好。這間房源四周沒有緊鄰（只隔著牆壁的）鄰居，所以相對來說較不怕打擾到別人（以及被打擾。當然樓下還是有鄰居的）。總之，是一次非常愉快的居住體驗！

The room was very cosy and clean. Provided all the amenities that I required to feel at ease. The location is nice and away from the busy night life but may get a little noisy during the day, as it’s next to a fuel station. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would consider coming back in the future.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Sky’s airbnb. The location is very near Tokyo Skytree, which is walkable to sightsee. Around 4 mins walk to the bus stop can take you to Asakusa within 15 mins which is great, and 7 mins walk to the nearest MRT which is a breeze with luggages as there is no stairs or bumpy roads. The airbnb is squeaky clean and have all amenities, it is very spacious for 2 person. The area is also quiet and no noisy train or people downstairs to make sure you have a good rest. The hosts responded really quickly to my questions and were very helpful. I would highly recommend this airbnb to my friends and i would definitely want to stay here again. Thank you!
