I've used AirBnB in a number of countries. My mom also hosts a few AirBnBs at her multi-family unit. I mention this information to suggest I am very familiar with AirBnBs. This apartment is great. We stayed for two weeks (taking a short trip in the middle). Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Close to a 7-Eleven for quick and easy start to the day (or to finish the night). Close to Ueno for Shinkansen/museums/metro. Close to Nezu, too (and Nippori). Host is easy to communicate with. Place is clean. The only thing I would mention is if you are a taller person, just be aware of the ceilings/doorways. I'm a touch over 6ft. Showering will require you to watch your head. Not a negative. Just wanted to mention. Please be respectful if you stay here (and anywhere, honestly). This country deals with a lot of bad tourists. Don't be one of them.

Le logement est très bien, propre et on a tout à disposition. Quant à l'emplacement, il est très bien situé, à quelques mètres de la gare, ce qui est très pratique. Notre hôte a été très réactive à mes messages, toujours disponible. Elle nous a laissé un petit cadeau très sympathique. Si je reviens séjourner sur tokyo et que l'appartement est disponible, je le réserverai à nouveau.

Katsuo was a very kind and accommodating host. I would definitely stay at his place again, there were so many amazing restaurants near his place and it was not too far from the big attractions and sights.

Host response is very quick and will answer any questions. 1 minute walk from train station.

Mary was easy to talk to. The place was huge and near public transportations. I would book here again if i come back to tokyo

Yoshifumi's place was easy to find with the clear instructions provided. It was spotless and exactly as described. The location was perfect for walking to several great sights and was walkable, even with luggage and small children, to Shinjuku Train Station. The space was just right for our larger family. And the balcony was beautiful! We had a great stay and will return for our next trip to Tokyo.

Thank you for a very comfortable stay. Although the check-in process was contactless, the detailed instructions provided made everything easy and smooth. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and came with clear explanations for each amenity, which made me feel completely at ease during my stay. There were convenience stores and supermarkets just a short walk away, making it very easy to pick up anything I needed. The location was also ideal for sightseeing, with quick and easy access to major tourist attractions. I truly appreciated the host’s attentive and polite communication, which gave me peace of mind throughout my visit. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Sakura was responded to questions super fast. The house was clean, right near 711, and near a huge department shop and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the train station and felt like you are a Japanese National walking the streets! Beautiful neighborhood.

I had a fantastic stay! The space was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. The multiple toilets and showers were incredibly convenient, making it easy and comfortable for everyone. The location was also a major plus. There were plenty of convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, which made it easy to grab anything we needed. One of the standout features was the property’s accessibility. It offered easy access from the airports, making both arrival and departure hassle-free. Getting to Disneyland was a breeze as well, thanks to the direct bus just a few minutes’ walk away. The host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Easy to find, quiet neighbourhood. A quick walk to bus stops. 15-20 minutes walk to train stations. The host is very friendly and helpful. The house is very clean and tidy with all the amenities you will need. The ramen shop at the end of the street was a welcome bonus.

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Easy walkable distance to train stations, lots of restaurants, convenience stores and supermarket nearby. Apartment was clean, had all the amenities we needed for our family. Host was very responsive.

This place is in a perfect Location. It's in a quiet neighborhood with Lawson and 7/11 right around the corner. Even though you're in a quit area you are just walking distance to everything you need. Mega Don Quijote - 5min walk, Parco Mall which my kids loved to visit because of the Pokémon and Nintendo Center - 7min walk and Shibuya Station is just a 10mins walk away. The house itself is amazing. Its very clean and modern with many great features. We had a family of 5 and fit with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room with the huge tv with Netflix was great to just relax and watch a movie. Two of the best features of the house that we used was the heated floors in the living room and the drying area in the shower worked amazing to dry off our things after walking in the rain. The only concerns I have are the indoor stairs are very steep for kids/elderly. We were very happy with our stay and Ayaka was a great host.

Great place, exactly as described. Location is amazing. Very quiet, yet just a couple of blocks from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya. We loved staying there and would go back next time we visit Tokyo. Thank you!
