Shiga : locations de vacances dans des ryokans

Such a gorgeous Machiya to stay in Kyoto. The place felt so homely and authentically Japanese which was such nice change to staying in standard hotels for the rest of my trip. Hosts we're very responsive to any questions and during an unexpected snow storm and cold weather sent advice in advance to prevent pipes freezing and keeping place warm (as an old house in minus conditions it got cold quickly, was very thankful for the heaters in the house). Location is very residential and calm but only about a 10 minute walk into Ginza and very close to underground to take you to further away! Would 100% recommend for a peace of calm during your Kyoto trip.

Il soggiorno è molto tradizionale, bene tenuto. Tutte le stanze sono belle e riscaldate. I bagni ben puliti e attrezzati. Ci siamo trovati anche molto bene con l'host che ci ha permesso di lasciare le valigie anche dopo il check out nella casa. Veramente molto gentile!

Le séjour chez Atsuko fut formidable ! Atsuko et sa sœur sont vraiment au petits soins avec ses invités. Bienveillante et toujours partante pour donner de bons conseils sur la ville. Elle m’a accueilli avec d’une gentillesse inégalable ! Je recommande vivement de venir passer un séjour chez Atsuko si vous êtes dans le partage et que vous souhaitez découvrir la culture japonaise. La chambre est chaleureuse et on y dort très bien. Je reviendrai si j’en ai l’occasion sans hésiter !

Très bon accueil, auberge de jeunesse pas mal avec du monde. Quartier tranquille et à 5min d’une grande ligne de métro c’est pratique. Petit point bonus pour les toilettes turcs (; ( je pensais pas en voir au Japon très belle surprise )

Great location, so close to lots of restaurants and also bus stop. Cute accommodation, so clean. Easy to warm up the room with heater in winter. All instructions from the host were so helpful and easy to follow.

Chieri's place was just across the train station, so convenient, but given this we still slept like a log, didn't hear the trains passing by at all, in fact we had the best sleep of our lives at her place in our 10 days in Japan, considering we stayed at 3 different accommodations. If you want to experience living in a Japanese house/ryokan, this is the place! You can see the garden from all 3 rooms and common room or living room. Chieri was also very helpful with our itinerary in Kyoto. She made everything easy for us.

Matatabi's place is an excellent stay if you're able to book it I'd highly recommend, it is close to a lot of public transport and quietly tucked away in an alley it is picturesque to walk back to. There is an amazing restaurant that is basically a few houses across and a Shinto Temple extremely close as well! It's only 10 minute walk from the Gion corner or you can catch a bus via the extremely close public transport!

Staying here was the best part of my trip. Chieri is an amazing host and I had a great time getting to know some of the locals in the area.

One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in. Amazing location and beautiful house. As a home base to explore Kyoto it's perfect. So relaxing to have your morning coffee watching Kyoto's famed Kamo river through your window right in front of the house. Major highlights of Kyoto all within walking distance and train and subways very close to go everywhere else. We walked down the stunning Pontocho and Gion district nearly every night of our 8 night stay. Nishiki Markets are only a 20 minute walk away and Kiyomizu and the incredible Sanjusangendo Temple is a 30 min walk away and Fushimi inari one train stop away too. Even walking along the river taking in locals and bird life was wonderful.

We had the best time staying here, comfortable lodgings in a fantastic area. Truly the best part of Kyoto, a walkable distance to so many things! The staff were so so sweet and helpful. Thank you so much x

Simple and very accommodating service, with a great understated and relaxing vintage aesthetic. It feels homely and authentic. The cafe is a very atmospheric place to hang out and get delicious coffee and food. A very convienent and cool place to stay

La guesthouse Annex était une super expérience ! Idéalement situé pour tout types de transport, le logement très typique a rajouté une dimension traditionnelle au voyage la chambre est très belle et confortable. Les filles de la guesthouse sont très accueillante et ne manque pas de super recommandations que ça soit pour les restaurants, les activités ou les sentô à proximité ! Merci à toute l’équipe je recommande fortement ce logement

Great place to stay in Kyoto! Awesome location and very clean and traditional Japanese accommodation. Super easy to get to and from Kyoto station. Host was great as well with great communication. Would definitely stay here again.

这次和好友一起去关西玩，在小黛家住了三个晚上，真的很棒，典雅的日式榻榻米别墅，内部装饰的也很漂亮，住在里面非常有代入感，别墅位处京都富人区，环境非常好，虽然不在市中心但配套设施很好，地铁和便利店都是极短的步行范围内。然后，小黛姐人真的超级好！很热心，入住之前不厌其烦的在微信上回答我各种问题，到京都当天更是开车来山科站接我们，然后给我们详细的介绍京都应该怎么玩，怎么坐车，还让我们碰到问题随时微信上联系她，最后一晚还拿出珍藏的红酒招待我们，给我的感觉不是房东，而是多年的好朋友在日本招待我。

Amazing and unique stay! Lovely home and great views. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!
