Charmant studio juste à côté de la rivière, parfait pour des promenades à pied ou en vélo. Je regrette un peu que l’appartement soit loin des commodités, en contrepartie il se trouve dans une zone très calme.

We really loved our stay! It felt like a very traditional apartment and we loved having that experience. My only complaint was that the washing machine was dirty and there was old hair and gunk in the lining fir the washer door- its because its a side loading washer; we have the same kind at home and i totally understand that they are difficult to keep clean. It was no big deal, but we didn’t use it as it kinda smelled of mold so we hand washed our clothes instead. That was our only issue though, everything else was very clean and comfortable! We also LOVED his recommendation for this yakitori place right around the corner, Fuedaiko. We loved it so much we went three times, they were awesome and the food was so good!! We really loved it here and totally recommend it, super close to the station, beautiful views, and also close to 7/11 and Lawsons which is always a plus!! Thank you for our stay we loved it!

교토역에서 충분히 걸어다닐만한 길입니다. 캐리어 끌고 다니기에도 좋아요. 길이 깨끗하고 평지라 편합니다. 화장실이 작지만 깔끔하고 샤워커텐 치면 편하게 샤워가 가능합니다. 여자 둘이서 캐리어 방 안에 두고 잘 쉬었어요. 원래 바닥에서 잘 못자는 편인데, 바닥에 까는 이불이 두껍고 푹신해서 불편한줄 모르고 아주 편하게 잘 잤습니다. 이틀이 아쉽게 느껴지는 숙소였어요. 숙소 바로 옆에 강이 있는데 참 예쁘더라구요. 피크닉을 즐기니 못한게 아쉽습니다. 숙소 체크인이 늦었는데도 불구하고 친절히 안내 해 주셔서 감사합니다. 다음번에도 이 숙소에서 묵고싶다고 같이 온 친구와 대화했어요. 타월도 호텔수건이라 좋아요. 여러모로 신경 쓴 숙소라 편안히, 기분 좋게 쉬다 갑니다.

Sumi a été une hôte formidable. Elle nous a donné des instructions claires pour se rendre, nous attendait dehors à notre arrivée et était disponible si nous avions des questions. Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé et correspond aux photos. À quelques minutes de marche de plusieurs temples et de restaurants. Je recommande ce logement dans hésiter!

We stayed in the Gion House Upper Level and it was a great home away from home in Kyoto. The location is perfect: the street it's on is calm and private but it is just a few minutes walk away from many great restaurants in a charming old district of Kyoto. The house maintains the aesthetic of a past era while incorporating a small modern kitchen and a tidy bathroom. There are two bedrooms, one with a comfortable western-style bed and one in Japanese style on the floor, both with nice white bedding. Curtis and team were great to work with and very helpful and responsive when needed. This is a great spot to feel like you live in Kyoto!

Asia was a super helpful host who provided us with plenty of information and local recommendations. The place was comfortable for the four of us. The property was an easy walk to the train station and other attractions around Kyoto. We would love to stay at this property again in the future!

This home was perfect for our Kyoto trip the area it’s located in is close to everything but not too close that it’s noisy and so after a long day you can actually relax and sleep so well here. Has all the essential amenities needed (shampoo/conditioner, a toiletry kit, laundry soap, disposable house shoes). Has a heating unit works very well as does the washing machine. The home was very clean. Upstairs there is a set up bedroom with two beds and a Japanese style room with floor beds in the closet that can be set up. There is two floors and two bathrooms, one on each floor. Home looks just like the pictures, very beautiful architecture and so spacious. We came here early March, there was light rain and the home provided umbrellas which was a lovely touch. There is a tv with an Apple TV. Overall a perfect choice and would stay here again in the future!

Perfect place to stay, very clean, very warm and great location near the stations. The samurai and other Japanese decorations were epic too. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful time at Junko's place. It was a beautiful, traditional house and the surrounding area was gorgeous. It was easy to get around via train, and we were able to walk to the Fushimi Inari Shrine. It does get a little cold at night so bring some layers for when you sleep. Highly recommend. Thank you!!

整體來說房源內部相當的整潔乾淨，唯一可惜的是沒有廚房的用具，不過也能理解，畢竟小廚房離榻榻米很近如果開放使用廚房的話，可能就很難維持整潔了，不過房東還是有提供微波爐給我們使用，想要吃微波食品或是喝個熱牛奶都是可以的，真心推薦這間房源! 乾淨整潔且讓人放鬆的好地方!

Lan’s place is approximately 20 minutes walk from Kyoto station with plenty of restaurants and kombinis along the way. The place is very clean and comes with a washer/dryer that works well. Stairs up to the second floor is quite steep so we left our roller luggages on the first floor. Overall a good experience and would recommend to those visiting Kyoto.

We absolutely loved our stay, highly recommend it, and would stay here again! Check in and check out was easy and seamless. The directions we received were perfectly easy to understand. We didn’t understand the scale of Kyoto before traveling here and wanted to stay in the Gion area. This was perfect. Easily walkable to Gion, Kiyomizu-dera, train station s, and there were always taxis nearby if needed. The area was the perfect distance from the hustle and bustle of Gion. We felt at home walking away from the bustling Gion by just a few blocks. Heading toward the more peaceful and quiet location of our stay in Higashiyama. The pictures were accurate and we found ourselves thinking the place actually seemed larger than the photos. The windows behind the bed were nice and covered easily for sleeping. The staff responded promptly any time we messaged them. Amenities were great. It was the perfect stay for my husband and I TY!

Très bon logement, propre, agréable, spacieux, proche de plusieurs sites d'intérêt, et des transports pour les autres sites à voir. La cuisine est bien equipée. L'avenue sur laquelle donne le logement est assez bruyante, mais avec des bouchons d'oreilles ça va très bien.

Great location! It's easy to walk to many temples as well as Nishiki Market. Nice apartment. The kitchen is really basic, though, just one burner. The only food provisions provided are coffee and tea packets. It was pretty quiet. We used the washer/dryer (laundry soap provided). The clothes come out cold and a bit damp, so we hung them up various places in the bathroom. The beds are comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, you can walk to key touristic areas/food/bus/metro… the place was as described and had additional surprises (big welcome water bottle, slippers, bath salts and other toiletries! :) There is a store across the street, we were able to make breakfast every morning! Washers/driers available and functional with clear instructions!

The staff at check-in was extremely helpful and supportive. The room was exactly as described. Location was less than 20 minute walk from the main Kyoto train station with a local train stop just a block away.

La ubicación estaba super cómoda, hay un seven a unas 3 cuadras y hacíamos unos 7 min caminando a la estación, y de camino hay mini súper y una cafetería frente a la estación que estaba super rica, además el edificio es bonito y la habitación muy agradable. Lo recomiendo y volvería a hospedarme ahí!
