We had a great stay! Very clean, spacious and great location. Close walk to the trains and many convenience stores.

When we made it back home my toddler was crying because she wanted "the upstairs house". That, I am guessing says it all, it was a terrific time, the house beautiful, clean, very welcoming and we could enjoy Tokyo as it was very centric, mainly very close to Disney, a great mall with lots of restaurants and a market that came very handy. When it was time to leave, we were almost ready when the cleaning started but meeting the cleaning lady was a great experience, super nice and made us feel comfortable without feeling she was leading us out. We will be back soon and we will recommend the house and Chiharu to any of our friends, since we all often visit Japan!

Maison’s place was a great place to spend our trip in Tokyo. Conveniently located, it is only a few short steps from the train station, which is one stop away from Ikebukuro station. The house itself was well kept and clean, and there was even a washing machine, which was helpful since we were there for a week. There was also lots of space, which is very hard to find in Tokyo! The hosts were very hospitable and allowed us to check in early on the day and were also flexible with allowing us to checkout late since we had a later flight. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a convenient location while also being away from the noisier areas of the city!

This is my 2nd visit for Yoshi-san listed house. As usual, it gives me surprises with so many amenities, facilities, tools which basically ease and facilite our 8-person trip so well. House is so comfortable and clean. Highly recommend and will definitely come back again. Thank you so much Yoshi-san!

El lugar es genial, es una casa con 3 habitaciones, 2 estaciones de metro muy cerca lo que facilita mucho la movilidad por la ciudad, konbini muy cerca tambien, el espacio del lugar es bastante ya que es una casa, eramos 3 personas, cada quien con 2 maletas grandes y teniamos mucho espacio, si vuelvo a Tokyo definitivamente repetiría hospedaje a aquí.

We were three adults and two kids staying at this place. It was lovely. Emi had toys for my kids to play with that were age appropriate for both. She happened to be at the house when we arrived, and she took us to the grocery store, and helped me get settled. She had notes all over the house explaining how things worked. This is a GREAT location, sort of out of the insanity of Tokyo, but very close to a train station, which was a few quick stops away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There were some great restaurants and bars around to check out. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Bamboo House! It was spacious, impeccably clean, and a cozy place to call home during our trip. The surrounding area is charming, adding to the overall experience. Our hosts were incredibly kind and went above and beyond—picking us up from the station, being highly responsive, and generously providing drinks, snacks, rides, luggage storage, and fantastic recommendations. Their hospitality made our stay even more special. We highly recommend Bamboo House and would love to stay again!

Our family of 4 loved our stay at June’s place! It was in such a great location - only 2 stops from Shinjuku but in a lovely local neighbourhood. The size of June’s place was perfect for us, it had everything we needed and we loved the heated floors for our cold spring nights! The 7/11 was directly downstairs and was very convenient for breakfast and snacks. They also offer luggage forwarding which we highly recommend! June was a wonderful host. She messaged to let me know we could check in early which we were so grateful for arriving on a cold rainy day. She gave us great restaurant recommendations and we had two awesome local meals. We highly recommend June and her place!

非常舒适愉快的住宿体验，房子在当地的居民区里面，很安静，配有电梯，便于搬运行李。房子离车站很近，出行简直太方便了！房东也很好，有什么问题都能及时回复解决。我们是三个人入住，房间大小很合适，非常开心选择住在这里！！！

Great place and Leticia is a really great host. She met us and walked us there since it is a 12 min walk from the metro, telling stories along the way. We had a great time staying here and this fit 5 of us comfortably.

Area is quiet and a good place to stay. A bit of walking to the train station. Didi is very helpful during our stay. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Absolutely fantastic location if you want to be thrown right into the bustle of Tokyo. Just 2-3 mins from the Scramble, the place has lot of food and restaurant options nearby. Lot of convenience stores too. Host was very responsive and the instructions were spot on, and description of the place matched the place. Cozy amenities, had all necessary amenities for our 5 day stay. The surrounding areas are a little seedy, but nothing too bad. Overall, great value for money and a pleasant stay. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Masami’s place. Not only was it extremely clean, but all the instruction booklets about the place were so helpful! We loved the location and found it very easy to get around the city using the buses and trains. Thank you so much Masami-san!!!

Honestly such a great spot! Very close walking distance to multiple train stations and we were able to walk restaurants/gym/coffee shops. We would 100% stay here again when in Shinjuku!

un appartement très agréable situé près de la station Otsuka avec la ligne yamanote qui est idéale pour visiter Tokyo les chambres sont grandes et confortables, la salle principale et l'espace bain /wc assez petits l'appartement est très propre petit bémol sur le chauffage( car il faisait froid la semaine où nous y étions) qui passe par les climatiseurs des chambres et un petit chauffage portatif pour la salle principale quand le temps est meilleur cela ne pose pas de problème je pense quelques ustensiles de cuisine et couverts en plus seraient utiles (couteaux) mais soyons honnêtes nous n'avons pas beaucoup cuisiné !!

Toshi was an excellent host! He was very prompt and very helpful. The location was excellent, seconds from the supermarket and a Family Mart nearby. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I am going to return whenever I am in Tokyo. You will be happy!

This was my first trip to Tokyo, and we weren't entirely sure on the blest place to stay in the city because it's so big. Eric's place was in the perfect area in Shinjuku in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Super close to the train station, and you can get to Shibuya and other places very quickly. The host responds very fast and the Airbnb itself was perfect for 3 people which is how many guests I had. Majority of our time was spent out and about, and this airbnb was the perfect place to come home to after a long day to just sleep. I would not recommend having more than 3 people stay in this airbnb just because the rooms are small and it is really only suitable for 3 guests. This airbnb was perfect for my trip to Tokyo and I highly recommend booking it!

We loved staying here! The neighborhood (Gotanda) has lots of shops and restaurants nearby yet is not as touristy or crowded as other parts of Tokyo. 5 min walk to the metro and JR station made it very convenient. The apartment had 3 separate mini-split AC units so each bedroom and the living room could be adjusted to fit preference. It was also very clean and well-stocked with the essential supplies. Bryan even stocked the fridge with an assortment of drinks for our arrival. That was a nice personal touch. He met with us upon check-in to go over the equipment and answer any questions. He also gave great recommendations for restaurants which we tried them all out. Overall, very happy with having stayed here and can't wait to return.

Andy is a wonderful host! Very friendly, responsive to questions and is very accommodating to any needs. The room is in an amazing location, being right in the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku but set back on a nice peaceful street. There are several metro stations nearby so you have access to almost everywhere in the city, and have access to one metro line not even a 2 minute walk away! The space is very clean and packs in all the amenities you need for a lovely stay in Tokyo, and a private bathroom and entrance are always an added bonus in Japan. Thank you so much Andy for a wonderful stay, and we hope to come back to your wonderful apartment again! ☺️

Jacob and Natsuka's place was lovely, with a really homey feel and lots of thought in the little things, like a separate getting ready area with mirrors and a stand, and a multi-outlet power base with usb and usb-c ports. They left lots of instructions to help foreigners navigate the very Japan-specific home features. Shimokitazawa is such a fun area, you could spend multiple days in a 1km radius and still feel want more time.

Mathew was the great host, always responsive, providing clear instruction from airport to apartment with exact photos so we know exactly where to walk to the apartment. The most impressive was that he was flexible to let us drop our suitcase before check-in time as we arrived early in the morning so we can explore the city freely without suitcase. The location of apartment was great, easy to walk everywhere, walking distance to Mita station and Hamamatsucho station, walking distance to Tokyo tower and surrounded by local restaurants and convenience stores. We will definitely stay here when we plan next trip to Tokyo. Will also recommend friends to stay. Thank you Mathew for making our trip wonderful.
