2回泊まらせてもらいました。どちらとも手厚い対応で、とてもいい旅になりました。

We really enjoyed our stay at Tohru's place - wish we had booked for longer! The room was very spacious, cozy and had a fantastic view of Mt Fuji! Tohru and his family were super friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated the recommendations, photos and rides to/from the station. Highly recommend! Thank you again Tohru

We had the best stay here, absolute highlight of our trip! Tohru and his family were so hospitable, easy to communicate with the whole time, and very responsive. The views from the room are incredible! And having access to bikes meant we could easily ride around and explore the whole town! Will absolutely be coming back here again

Our room is facing mt fuji but unfortunately we are having both rainy day when we stay there. It’s pure luck. We enjoy their private hot spa so much with a family of 3. A very good bonding time. We have tried both taxi and walking during the stay. It cost approx 1000yen from kawaguchiko station to the house or 26 mins walk ( it’s a damn long walk because no scenery) And please don’t try to walk with big luggage because the road is quite narrow for car passing. Taxi is much better choice 👍🏻 and not costing a fortune.

This Airbnb is in a great location with amazing views of Mt. Fuji and within a short walking distance of Lake Kawaguchiko.

Great hosts and a lovely place in a good location. Truly recommend!

子どもの小学校卒業記念に6家族23名で利用させていただきました。写真通りの設備で、子供も大人も大満足の旅行になりました。子供たちは備え付けのゲームや、大画面でのスイッチを堪能し、小さな子たちも広い広間で伸び伸びと楽しんでいました。内風呂、露天風呂ともに想像よりも大きくしっかりしていて、大人は大人で、お湯につかりながら疲れを癒すことができました。オーナー様の対応も、直前で一家族が子供の病気で参加できなくなりましたが、人数変更時の連絡もスムーズにタイムリーに対応していただきましたし、事前の問い合わせに対してもすぐに反応して頂けるので、安心して利用することができました。とても良い記念の旅行になったので参加者全員大満足です。

返信も早く、滞在する前から安心できました。 当日も暖かいサービスをありがとうございました！

È stato bello passare delle notti in questo alloggio tipico giapponese con vista sul monte Fuji! Lo spazio era pulito e ordinato e l’host è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Inoltre c’è la possibilità di noleggiare le biciclette e io ho raggiunto le attrazioni vicine: pagoda chureito, i 4 laghi, Fujikyu Highland e svariati centri termali.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce riokan, et avons été conquis. La chambre traditionnelle, où nous avons dormi sur de véritables futons, sur un tatami. Tout est impeccable, les bassins du onsen sont très agréables. Nous avons choisi la formule de dîner complète, et ceci nous a permis de découvrir des plats surprenants, que nous n’avions pas encore rencontrés lors de nos 15 jours précédents au Japon. Et par dessus tout, je tiens à souligner la gentillesse incroyable de nos hôtes. Nous étions dans ce riokan pour l’anniversaire de mon mari. L’équipe nous a concocté de très belles surprises pour cet événement. Un accueil incroyable! Merci beaucoup pour toutes ces attentions

Our stay here was amazing! The hosts spoke very little english but were amazing at using google translate, they explained everything about using onsen respectfully etc which made us feel much more comfortable, and made our stay so much more peaceful. Everything was clean and organised, we got a lovely free breakfast and had a traditional dinner which was a very cool experience. The host was even lovely enough to drop us off at the station the next day! Will absolutely recommend this to anyone coming to Japan, great to spend a few days here to relax and unwind before heading home.

I had such a great time staying at Issei and Kana’s. They were both so friendly and made me feel right at home. The location couldn’t be any more convenient, like a 2 minute walk to Rokugou station. The night I arrived I mentioned I might want to explore by bike, and the next day they had one ready for me to rent (for super cheap, like $8). The room itself was very pretty with a beautiful garden view, and the home-cooked meals were delicious, including the wagyu beef which was incredible. Issei and Kana was super easy going and responsive and made my stay very easy. Thanks guys!

What can I say about this place, it was a high light of our trip! The hostess (I don’t know her name which is bad!) was soooo amazing, she used google translate to communicate with us and always had a smile on her face. She was so helpful and really wanted to make our stay great. The Onsen was amazing, highly recommend. If you are uncomfortable being naked they totally understand and you can use the private one for free for an hour. It’s not as hot though so I def say you should try the main ones. The breakfast is nice and included in the price. We tried the 5500yen meal on the first night and it was an experience! Many things I had never had before, the beef was delicious. On the 2nd night we had gyozas and dumplings with a wonderful chilli oil, oishiii! The morning we left, they took us to the train station, it was a wonderful stay! Tip-ask for an extra futon if it’s a bit too hard on the floor for you 👍🏼 thanks so much, hope to see you again! 🥰

We had a great time and a supreme cultural experience staying with them and eating an incredible dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend if you'd like the true ryokan experience!
