I don’t know what was wrong with those who left bad reviews for this house yet we had a wonderful stay and had no issues at all. It has everything we needed. It was close to beach, shops and more. The host was friendly and flexible allowing us to make an early check in.

Absolutely loved my stay at this delightful Airbnb! From the moment I stepped inside, I felt welcomed and at home. The space was beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently located to the beach and the shops. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions and helpful recommendations. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a charming and comfortable place to stay. It exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return!

We had a great stay in Rye. The property is in a quiet residential area, it has some fantastic outdoor spaces and is conveniently located close to a beach and small store. I would recommend the property and the Mornington Peninsula area in general.

The Hidden Gem was the perfect place we could have stayed at during our short getaway. Leonie ensured our stay was satisfactory and was proactive with responses and general details. The house was equipped with numerous activities to keep our young kids occupied and entertained, giving us time to enjoy some R&R. Definitely worth it and would be happy to visit The Hidden Gem in the future.

If you are a large family/party, this is the perfect place to base yourself to explore the Peninsula. Great location (15min drive to Sorrento, 30min drive to The Pillars) with supermarket round the corner, extremely spacious, and fantastic amenities. The area is private and peaceful. The pool table, bar area, and pizza oven are great for family nights in. Would definitely stay again!

Photos do not do this beautiful property justice! The house is absolutely gorgeous & it was absolutely spotless, one of the cleanest properties I’ve booked. The pool & facilities were all amazing. I would definitely come back & couldn’t recommend it enough. The host is also very easy to deal with & lovely. Thanks again!

Thank you Andrew's your place was very comfortable, featuring an amazing wood fire, pool table, and air hockey. It had everything needed for an indoor stay, with all amenities available. The hosts were very approachable and helpful, making our stay an awesome experience.

Svetlanas place was incredible to stay in! It was absolutely perfect for what my friends and I needed, great location, access to beach and other necessities. The place was exactly as described and Svetlana was very responsive and able to accommodate early check in etc. We would definitely book this place again, felt right at home.

Werner and Karys' place is absolutely one of the best AirBnBs in Geelong. The pictures don't do the view or effort put into the place and hosting justice. Strongly recommend a stay here if you're around the area 😊

Jims unit is in a fabulous location, and as it is at the rear of the block there is no High St Road noise. It was fantastic to be so close to Moby cafe and a short walk to the Gardner Hotel. The space was full of light, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is large and well equiped with washing machine and dishwasher There is a small spiral stair case to get up to the apartment with 25 stairs, this was no issue for us as we had small suitcases. Thanks Jim for leaving a delicious baguette which when toasted was sensational, particularly with the fancy butter and jam you also provided. We had a fantastic stay, and would book the unit again.

Family of four, two adults, two children aged five and three. The property was clean, tidy and looked like the photos provided. Walking distance to Fawkner Park which has two really great playgrounds. Very family friendly area with McDonald’s across the road to the property. We visited Cupcake Queens cake shop, which was under 10min walk this was amazing for us as our son turned five on our trip. Tram stop at the front of the property and car parking spot that fitted our Subaru outback we hired. Gorgeous views and it was really nice to see the hot air balloons in the morning floating past. Host was very responsive to questions immediately which was great. Highly recommend this property.

Darren and Yolanda’s place was absolutely stunning and artsy. My family could not get over looking at the gorgeous view just opposite of the unit. I would highly recommend!

A fantastic apartment in a brilliant location. A street full of restaurants/ bars around the corner. Walking distance to many attractions ( the prison is worth a visit !! ). The apartment is exactly as described and Michelle was the perfect host. Always available, quick to respond to any questions and better than google for local information. Would highly recommend. 5*

Georgina’s place is perfectly appointed and located for access to the CBD via tram, the Botanical Gardens and great restaurants in the Domain all within walking distance. The apartment is charming and Georgina has included everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. We will definitely book again.

Our family of 4 (two adults, 4yo and 2yo) had a great staycation at Peters place. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and very comfortable. Excellent location. Just across from Spencer st station, shops, restaurants, supermarket all on the doorstep. Hotel amenities were impressive. Pool more suited for capable swimmers. If you were hoping to have lots of time in pool with young children, the pool might not be what you’re after-no shallow end and temperature a bit on the cool side, not a criticism (I loved it) just forewarning any travellers with young children. Will definitely stay again.

A perfect base for exploring the peninsula, the accommodation was luxurious, private and functional. It is situated in a delightful and quiet residential area, a very short walk down to the beach. Hosts instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

had a great Christmas! thanks so much for having us. The house was massive, clean and fairly well equipped, could do with some more cooking trays and pots and pans but otherwise very good.

Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality. Polperro’s villas are so beautiful with incredible views of the vineyards. Loved the wine selection, they all were fantastic. The villa had all the amenities, wine selection, chocolates, mini bar, breakfast options. Inside was supper clean, spacious, too warm to use the fireplace but would have been nice. Sit on the deck with a glass of wine and admire the view. It was so peaceful.

Helen's place was just what we needed — somewhere rustic surrounded by bush, but with all the amenities you could hope for, and in a great location with a quick and easy drive into town or the beach. Instructions were clear and all our questions were answered promptly. We'll definitely be back!

Kris was an amazing host. Communication was second to none and it was always positive messages back and forth. The villa was a lovely place to stay at.
