We had a great stay (4 adults, toddler and baby). For our group the house was child friendly on a quiet street with a large shaded out door area. We made use of the extremely well stocked kitchen and bbq. A short walk down to the beach and great little coffee caravan. Would recommend

Perfect place for us and our daughter’s siblings to stay on her wedding weekend. Great location.

If you have someone who is a wheelchair user or just needs help getting up stairs ect then this place is for you! My mum is fighting cancer so she uses an oxygen tank and a wheelchair for assistance, the stair chair was amazing to get her upstairs, it saved her so much energy and made the stay so worth it ❤️ The photos on the listing of the views do not do it justice, we spent most of our time upstairs and on the balcony looking out to the ocean, it was truly the stay of a lifetime. The kitchen and the house in general is so well equipped, everything you could possibly need is there and we found that so useful especially for a big family like ours. The beach access out the back gate is just awesome, we saw so much wildlife including penguins, shearwaters that nest around the area and so many wallabies! Thankyou Deb and Mary, what a wonderful space you have down in Ventnor. We won’t hesitate to book this again!!!

Had a wonderful stay, lovely walk to a beautiful beach. The view over the golf course was so peaceful. A lovely neighbourhood, with friendly people. We all had a blast and loved the space and was a great for our dogs and great to have a doggy door that went into the garage. Would recommend this place for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.

We had a great stay! The house was as described and David was very responsive, kind and accommodating. The easter eggs and cookies were also a nice touch. Would stay again.

Cathy was a very responsive host and made our stay a breeze. The house is very spacious and comfortable and was exactly as described. Great for a bigger group of people. Big living area to watch the footy, prepare food, relax, etc.

Johns place suited us perfectly for the weekend as we had the whole family staying as we had to attend a family function. lovely, spacious and everything that was required on hand. John also very responsive with any information required and info to pass on

We felt right at home and had a fantastic stay. As we were down for the F1 this apartment was right on the doorstep of Albert Park and had amazing views of the whole precinct. Plenty of cafe’s and restaurant’s in the immediate vicinity also. Kehren was in contact with us from when we first booked and made the whole check-in experience a delight. His communication was great as everything was thoroughly explained in his messages and also when he showed us through the apartment on our arrival.

I would highly recommend it, the apartment is exceptionally well located with great views toward the city and the bay. Everything we needed was within a 5 min stroll, restaurants, tram stations, supermarket, bakery, bar etc. We will definitely stay again.

We had an enjoyable stay at Sarah’s. The apartment is lovely, and neat as a pin. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and make light meals when we felt like staying in. It’s wonderful that the facilities include the use of the pool and the gym. We found out that not every AirBnB offers this even though the building might have these facilities on site. We loved the neighbourhood, as we enjoy walking, the NGV is not far and neither is the South Melbourne Market. You will find Woolworths less than 5 minutes away and the coffee from House of Cards is not bad (2 minutes away, almost in front of the building). If walking is not your thing, the trams are less than a 10 minute walk mostly under a lovely tree canopy, so you’ll be in the CBD before you say Southbank. We would love to stay at Sarah’s again as we love coming to Melbourne for art, food and shopping and Sarah’s apartment is our new favourite place to stay.

Wow where to start, this apartment was amazing, we had a fabulous view of the lake and the sea, it had everything we could possibly need and more, it was spotlessly clean and we loved every minute of our stay. Yes, it is on a main road but this in no way spoilt our holiday. Mark and Bianca were very responsive to questions we had and recommendations requested, the perfect hosts. The general location was also great within walking distance of lots of local areas and a short tram ride to the city. If this is available when you are looking to book you would struggle to find anywhere else that ticks so many boxes.

Fantastic location between Albert Park and Chapel St. Great private space with all the amenities on offer for a weekend away!

Was a lovely night away in Joanna’s apartment! She made this process so smooth and easy. Lovely space too. Much bigger than the photos. I thought the second bedroom was the bunks, but nope. 2 large bedrooms with a seperate study with the bunks! Amazing. Thanks Joanna !

Incredibly peaceful surrounds with rolling hills, pond with ducks and access to a tennis court and a basketball ring. The cottage is perfectly basic with a great selection of board games and a TV without Netflix/streaming. We enjoyed sunset on the back porch, games of tennis and the close proximity to beaches and wineries. Thank you Anastasia for sharing this slice of summer paradise

I reached out to Jacqui as a film student of SAE searching for a location to film my final project for my degree. Jacqui was incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming to myself and the crew. Allowing us to film on the property, and helping if we ever needed something. Beyond this the property was picturesque and serene. I myself stayed there for the entire duration outside of filming hours, and found the place very peaceful. Overall it was an amazing experience with a beautiful place to stay and an incredibly kind. generous host. I would recommend this property to anyone I know.

The animals at the ranch were amazing, so well behaved and friendly. We didn’t get to the horses but the dogs and cats sat on our knees and we could give them a cuddle. Ranch is really relaxed with lots of chilled out horses so that tells you a lot. Everything was comfortable and we really did enjoy the magpies in the morning. Chrissie was very nice as well and it was great watching her get the horses ready for a trail ride with people. Nice place!

My partner and I stayed here for the weekend for some wine tasting and a hot air balloon ride. The cabin was really nice and felt so authentic. The atmosphere and environment was beautiful - the surrounding farm lands really added to the authenticity of the cabin experience as well as the well-kept antique furniture. The whole cabin reminded me of my late great aunt’s home back in South Carolina — pure nostalgia for me. The kitchen was super functional, the hot tub was great, the heated floors in the bathroom was an excellent touch, the single air-con was incredibly efficient in keeping the entire cabin cool in the summer heat but I would recommend bringing a personal fan just in case. Overall a fantastic experience, looking forward to staying again

I’m so glad I found this place - it’s cosy and clean and Bill and Jude went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after, Jude was lovely to deal with, very kind and easygoing. The place had everything I needed and the garden is gorgeous, great spot for a cuppa.

Such a beautiful getaway, host were so friendly, beautiful dog gave us a tour of the wonderful land such a treat .

Jo was a beautiful communicator and this carried through to a cosy and wonderful landing at her south melbourne cottage. Incredible location, comfy bed and an immaculately kept kitchen were some of the highlights. Thanks Jo for a beautiful stay, we look forward to coming back 💛

We spent 6 nights at Phar Lap Tree Cottage and found it to be a relaxing, private , quiet and cosy place to stay. Kevin is a very thoughtful and caring host and welcomed us with chocolate Easter bunnies and a nice bottle of wine. There were also generous breakfast provisions. The queen size bed is probably the most comfortable one we've experienced on our airbnb stays. Looking out over the lovely garden, listening to the birds and watching the sunsets from the verandah was a special highlight. The cottage is in a great position for easy driving access to the Bellarine Peninsula and Great Ocean Road. We plan to stay at Phar Lap Tree Cottage again.
